I've started making this roti following your method, regularly. my family loves it. Your method is so effective, each roti puffs just like it is expected. Before I've tried 10 different ways to get this right. Thanks a lot!
You're welcome! I'm so glad to hear that your family loves the rotis and that my method has been effective for you. Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your success!😊😊
This recipe is a lifesaver!! Thank you so much. I have been trying to make bhakris for years but have never succeeded. Thanks to you, the bhakris turned out soft, thin and fully puffed up 😊❤❤
Newbie and pretty bad at making jolad rotti. This recipe has been my savior. The only thing I would change is when you're rolling the rotti, don't flip it. Just keep rolling on the same side until round, flat, and nice. Then, flip it on your hand and move it to the Tawa. Remove excess flour. Came out beautifully well.
Great 👍I'm thrilled to hear that you tried making Jowar Roti and that they turned out good and delicious! Your dedication to trying out the recipe is commendable. Thank you once again😊🙏.
It takes lot of hard work for making jowar roti really n its time consuming as well....i used to kneed dough for long time still result was not as expected...i will definitely try this trick now to save time n my efforts 👍🏻🌸🌸
My aunt used to make yummy, thin and soft jowar rotis with her hands for dinner. I wanted to learn from her but never could find time. Sadly she passed away. If we add wheat flour than it will not be gluten free rotis
Jowar flour is non sticky so alone we can't use for roties
Wheat flour quntiti is very littel
One spoon wheat flour …. What fuss about it 😂😂😆😆
You can add rice flour instead of wheat flour.
@@anoopvohra2773 1 tbsp wheat flour is not issue. It's about Gluten
Best method so far 👌
Glad you think so!😊
It's not gluten free if you are adding wheat flour
This is my comment posted with a different name ? Why this manipulation ?
Exactly 😅
U can make same without wheat too
Thank you so much for sharing the secret of adding wheat flour to it. 😊
I will surely try it out!!

If you are adding small quantity of wheat flour to this the recipie is of no use. The purpose of jowar roti is to avoid wheat
😊
What is wrong if a small quantity of wheat is added?wheat is not poison afterall
Agreed
She added only 2 tea spoon of wheat... what's wrong in that..
@@pragnyaharibal373 the purpose of jowar roti is to get free of wheat. 2 spoons is also not ok if you plan a full.millet diet.
