After healing from a IT band injury my physical therapist recommended I strengthen my glutes to avoid future injuries. After a year of Sydney’s glute exercises twice a week I am injury free. I just completed the Buffalo (NY) 1/2 Marathon! Thank you Sydney! You’ve made me a stronger runner!

Hello! I really liked this workout. I have been weightlifting with mostly you for about three years now. I’m 38 soon. I have noticed certain limitations my body is starting to make me aware of, just a general wear and tear that being alive will do to you (right hip). I really liked this workout because it engaged my glutes and challenged me in a way that didn’t compromise my back or require me to hold very heavy weights which can sometimes be tiring for my hands. Personally, I’ve been incorporating more yoga and Pilates style routines into my week, that’s just what my body is telling me I need right now. I’ve also decided to cut back on how heavy of weights I lift to focus more on maintaining my strength but not injuring myself trying to max out every day. The joys of hitting 40 soon. So again, thank you for this gentle yet very effective glute band workout, it got me sweaty!!!

This was the best band and glute exercise I have done so far. I am 71 years old and very regular with exercises. I was looking for something that is challenging and yet low impact, with the potential to scale up…I have finally discovered it. A big thumbs up. Plan to share with my children too….

I’ve done this work out at least 20 times and I share it often. It is definitely a favorite on my list and I make sure on rest day is this is one that I do. I also use these moves as subs for moves like lunges that I can’t do often and this is a good library of Gluth moves that you can substitute in or remember Plus a great one for travel just all-around great. I love it.
this is the first time in my life that ive ever completed a workout video and didn't skipped any exercise, my legs did started trembling when we reached 10mins but i kept doing, this gave me a boost, thank you so much

I have done this Glute Burner gem so many times. It is my absolute GO TO!! I LOVE IT! It never disappoints. Sometimes I use a light band, sometines a heavier one, I just listen to my lower body. This workout is a LIFESAVER as I cannot always do heavy weight work with an arthritic knee so this is a PERFECT way to work my lower body. Thank you, Sydney!!❤❤

I was going to take a rest day but decided I could get through a 20 minute workout instead. I UNDERESTIMATED THIS WORKOUT!! It was such a burn for my glutes. Definitely will do this again!!

I woke up a bit later than usual and didn't have much time, but I did this 20-minute burnout again this morning and LOVED it. Felt good to still get some movement and a little burn in!
Loved it. It was snowing/raining at lunch so instead of my normal outdoor walk at lunch I did this in my office. I had not modify some but still felt the burn and sweat :)
I've done this exercise at least 9 times! I love adding it to the end of a 30 min leg day or any other day where I feel like I need a little extra burn but don't want to push dumbbells. Would love more of these in the future. Thanks for everything and making any type of work out accessible for us!

This was great! I did this workout on vacation while everyone was taking a nap! My husband was 5 feet away from me napping and I didn’t disturb him!
