Not gonna lie, wasn't sure what the 20 minute workout would be like - would it be long enough?? Once again, Sydney brings it, never underestimate ANY workout from Sydney no matter how short or how long! This was an awesome, fast-moving burner, so so good!

Loved the 20 min workout - 32 weeks pregnant and really not feeling it today so went in with the aim of just moving my body and being shorter I knew I could get through it
How about 90secs sets!!! It was challenging to go 90secs at first but I focused in on each rep and just did it. This has got to be one of the toughest yet by Coach Sydney 🎉
I was way unstable in that tricep/glute kickback this time around. But I pushed much heavier on the shoulder presses and sumo squats. Great quick sweat and burn. Thanks Syd!
Sydney so surprised to see todays workout was 20 minutes after a hectic morning getting the dog out, getting the car over for inspection appointment and quick run for groceries! An again, you brought it and made me sweat in 20 miutes! Love you!
LOVE a good 20 min workout! I'm a busy homeschool mom with my littles and a dog and chickens and rabbits to take care of and to be able to do this workout and get the animals all settled before my kids come down for the day is a gift!
Please do more 20 minutes workout. It actually very useful for someone like me who having a trouble to schedule a workout time in a middle of working hours

Since I could not do the 20-minute full body on Saturday, I did it on Monday, instead. I was so inspired by your energy, enthusiasm, and "never quit" encouragement, that I added an additional 20 minute workout from.your awesome selection to this one. Thanks for always encouraging us to "show up." When I do, amazing things happen. ❤️

My arms almost fell off with those shoulder presses after yesterday's workout! That was a spicy 20 min and i loved it! Short, intense, and burning like crazy! You were so quick with the dumbbell transitions, i wasn't sure if i was grabbing weights, up off the floor or my Maltese, Bella! Amazing start to Saturday! Thank you!

The pace of this workout made me feel like I was doing cardio. That was crazy! Crazy good. I feel pumped to get on with the rest of my evening.
