Back to basics I loved! As someone with a hip replacement and disc removed from my lower back plus probably the oldest person doing the workouts(71) I am living proof you can build to increased strength over time .I used a barbell with 10 kg either end for RDL did wall squats with 7.5 kg on my lap for each round .Yes ,I am sweaty at the end but still have enough in my tank to go and do a distance swim after I sit and rehydrate for a short period. So have belief in yourself! Thanks Sydney great workout as always.

Great basics workout but lawd, those transitions were quick for a strength workout! Didn’t feel like I could lift as heavy as I wanted to bc my heart rate was high from moving quickly. Happy to have these workouts!! ❤

I was happy to see a 30 minute workout, but I prefer a longer one if there's more rest periods in between. The rest time went by way too fast for me. I'm so glad to be done (with the help of the pause button)! 😅 I really liked the last move. ☺

Back to Basics another Fave!! I pushed the heavy weights started with my max challenging weight and pushed through each set keeping the pace of 1-2 and holy moly I crushed it! Thank you Sydney for encouraging me all the way! When I’m asked what am I grateful for this season it’s Sydney my personal trainer love you Girl Have A Blessed Thanksgiving with your family ❤❤
A great workout, thanks! I especially love it when you remind us to put the heel down first when doing forward lunges! Just one thing - I couldn't do the Supermans, because of my lower back, but I found that the Bird-dog exercise is a great substitute
