Struggling mentally and physically today and had 0 motivation. Instead of skipping the workout i dialed it back and just kept moving! I may not have worked as hard as I possibly could have but i still showed up to move my body

Yesterday I actually left the workout. I understand. Every day is different and as long as we stay committed we can show up another day with a different version of our best and push harder. ❤
I struggled with the cardio workout too - I was so tired and got up at 6am to do it. Not gonna lie, I’m a tad hormonal and had a bit of a cry part way through…. Not my best effort but I finished it! The workout today was epic!!!! I’m a day behind so did this one on my rest day so I can catch up!
Wow. I really did not want to workout today. I was moving the entire day. Then I couldn't find my booty band for 30 mins. My husband kept saying, do a different video. But No, I was determined, I found it eventually and it actually flew by.
Okay, I had my doubts after that first set. Those weights were feeling extra heavy today. But we did it squad!! We finished. We are more powerful mentally and physically than we were 40 minutes ago!! Keep crushing it!!

GM!!! I've been reading the general consensus of Day 17's workout. I think a lot of us felt defeated, including me!! When you see LOW impact, your mind says EASY! WRONG ! I think that's the first workout I sweated that much and kept wanting to STOP! Let's keep digging down deep because the feeling of completion is INDESCRIBABLE!! 💪💪💪
I think I was the only one who left a "I HATED IT" review. Everyone else was all "drinking the Kool Aid, this is so fabulous". No, day 17 was NOT fabulous!! We did it though didn't we? I literally said what you said when I was done. I said "I feel weak and defeated". I'm neither. But, I'm also not a Rockette. hahaha Today was better!!!!

Something to push you?” I know I can’t get stronger or overcome plateau if I keep doing what feels “good or easy” and never challenge myself. We gotta keep cheering one another on!!

I work in healthcare and had a really emotionally draining day. I always do your workouts no matter what kind of day I've had. But today when you said how you had a rough night it made me feel like I was at least in good company. Thank you!

Feeling so much stronger! The cue to hold do the ab hold with head lifted during the glute bridges was the ticket. Helped the mind/muscle connection increase 100%, especially on the isolated side. SO ready for rest day. haha!
Today was not my day. I woke up feeling defeated. I’ve struggled with my body for years now and having that mindset this morning really had me questioning should I even workout today. However, I did it. Glad I made it through even if I wasn’t in the right head space. Happy Wednesday everyone!

I am traveling on business - brought my glute bands with me but just didn't feel like going to the gym this morning for weights. Did the complete workout with just the glute bands and I found it a struggle but I'm here to say I made it through. Kudos to all of you completing the workout with glute bands and weights. I will come back to this workout another time.
This is what I did too! We are traveling this week and I did it with just the glute band and it was tough! Can't imagine what adding a weight would have been like!!
I can't tell you how stoked I am to have found this workout. I'm rehabbing a total knee replacement and the weakness in my left QL, SI and psoas is causing all sorts of problems. I need to strengthen all that and dial in my external hip rotation so this is perfect. It'll make my cry but i think it's going to help 💪😁

Ouchies!!!! This was a burner 🔥 still pushed myself in the 2 rounds to use my heavy glute band!!! And did floating leg deadlifts with 12kg(26 pounds) kettlebell!!! All this unilateral work is really improving my balance!!! Happy rest day all 💪💜
Love love love Sydney’s workouts! I did the Transcend program and now I’m working my way through the STF program. The only thing I wish is that we would get a bit more notice when we need to put on bands. Sydney’s slide right on but some of us need a little more time to adjust them 😉.

I'm fighting off a very mild cold right now, but it is still enough for me to want to tap out of the workout. I had to take a break yesterday so missed this workout yesterday. Proud of myself for catching up with it today despite still not feeling great. Lots of extra water and rest for me this evening after this burner of a workout!

Using the combination of weights and the band in some of the exercises made it even more spicy! 🌶 Yeah, this workout is going in my "fav glute workout" folder! 👍 Thank you, Sydney 😁
I am usually an evening workout girl. This morning I just got up early to do it (I have an apt after work). It's also 81° in our non central air house. Motivation and energy was low....but I still got up and did it! Not feeling strong exactly, but definitely proud and accomplished! 😅
yesterday I was crushed when I joined for the workout to the point that I was crying when Sydney said work on your mental health… I was feeling that I am not good enough and I cant achieve anything 😢😢 It feels good that she is here and she motivates me , us for being a better version of ourselves all day everyday..❤❤❤

I am usually an evening workout girl. This morning I just got up early to do it (I have an apt after work). It's also 81° in our non central air house. Motivation and energy was low....but I still got up and did it! Not feeling strong exactly, but definitely proud and accomplished! 😅

yesterday I was crushed when I joined for the workout to the point that I was crying when Sydney said work on your mental health… I was feeling that I am not good enough and I cant achieve anything 😢😢 It feels good that she is here and she motivates me , us for being a better version of ourselves all day everyday..❤❤❤
