Yesterday I actually left the workout. I understand. Every day is different and as long as we stay committed we can show up another day with a different version of our best and push harder. ❤
I struggled with the cardio workout too - I was so tired and got up at 6am to do it. Not gonna lie, I’m a tad hormonal and had a bit of a cry part way through…. Not my best effort but I finished it! The workout today was epic!!!! I’m a day behind so did this one on my rest day so I can catch up!
Okay, I had my doubts after that first set. Those weights were feeling extra heavy today. But we did it squad!! We finished. We are more powerful mentally and physically than we were 40 minutes ago!! Keep crushing it!!

I think that's the first workout I sweated that much and kept wanting to STOP! Let's keep digging down deep because the feeling of completion is INDESCRIBABLE!! 💪💪💪
I think I was the only one who left a "I HATED IT" review. Everyone else was all "drinking the Kool Aid, this is so fabulous". No, day 17 was NOT fabulous!! We did it though didn't we? I literally said what you said when I was done. I said "I feel weak and defeated". I'm neither. But, I'm also not a Rockette. hahaha Today was better!!!!

Something to push you?” I know I can’t get stronger or overcome plateau if I keep doing what feels “good or easy” and never challenge myself. We gotta keep cheering one another on!!
Please include the cool down in the workout time. Today's cool down went almost 4 minutes past the timer expiring. You include the warm up. Why not cool down?

Ouchies!!!! This was a burner 🔥 still pushed myself in the 2 rounds to use my heavy glute band!!! And did floating leg deadlifts with 12kg(26 pounds) kettlebell!!! All this unilateral work is really improving my balance!!! Happy rest day all 💪💜

Wow. I really did not want to workout today. I was moving the entire day. Then I couldn't find my booty band for 30 mins. My husband kept saying, do a different video. But No, I was determined, I found it eventually and it actually flew by.
I am traveling on business - brought my glute bands with me but just didn't feel like going to the gym this morning for weights. Did the complete workout with just the glute bands and I found it a struggle but I'm here to say I made it through. Kudos to all of you completing the workout with glute bands and weights. I will come back to this workout another time.

I have a genuine question: This is my first time following a program instead of doing random workouts. I’m trying to lose weight and normally do 3 days weights and 3 days cardio during the week. I’m a bit behind y’all in the program but I’ve notice there really isn’t much cardio. I know weights are important to lose weight too, but does the lack of cardio hurt my ability to lose weight? I find myself craving the cardio but I don’t want to work out for an hour and a half a day. Any advice?
Crushed it! I’m trying hard to focus on my attitude through this last week and a half of tier 1. I have been a complainer about the 4-min sets but I’m also feeling my endurance improve. I’ve really had to force myself to stay focused through each set and not get distracted by my kids or my phone by minute 3. My goal is to push through and finish and hope for more variety next month. 💪

I know I’m supposed to only put positive thoughts, but this format of four minutes straight of one move is making me want to quit…after more than three years. I’m not against unilateral training, but this is soul crushing to me. I’m modifying into 45 second rounds with 15 min rest, only to hear Sydney say “promise me you won’t quit”…so I’m practically in tears here thinking I’m not good enough. I thought it would only be one week…but four weeks is way too much of the exact same thing. I dread the workouts and I would never recommend this to a friend if this is how they get introduced to this channel. 😢😢😢😢

I was looking for a glutes workout this morning, and this one worked perfectly! Whew, talk about a nice burn in the muscles! 🔥I love using the mini band to work the glutes, it is SO effective. Using the combination of weights and the band in some of the exercises made it even more spicy! 🌶 Yeah, this workout is going in my "fav glute workout" folder! 👍 Thank you, Sydney 😁
