I thought all bands were created equally--WRONG! I received Sydney's "heavy" band yesterday and put it to use today. The band is awesome, no slipping and MUCH more resistance than the rubber bands. I highly encourage everyone to purchase Sydney's bands. Sore legs tomorrow for me!

Good morning Sydney and Dustin just wanted to let you know I just received my bands yesterday afternoon and I'm so pleased with the quality today was my first time working out with them I did the 15 minute ab and glute workout and it was absolutely amazing thank you so much for your words of encouragement and believing in us and we believe in you👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤❤❤

This was amazing! I am 41 almost 42, and it has become harder to do longer exercises with strength training. Too many years as an athlete and not truly understanding how important nutrition, hydration, and recovery are. I do about 5 of the 15 minute videos a day. I work from home, so it is awesome to be able to have a short little burst of exercise.
I'm not sure the name, I think bridge pull through, the exercise from 10:00-9:00... anyway, I used to never be able to do them...I was shocked today I did them all no problem 💪 thank you, Sydney !
The toughest move for me was standing abductions (almost the last move), but only on my right side. I have been noticing that my right side in glutes and hammies is a bit weaker than left so that is definitely something I need to work on. Thank you for another round of great and challenging workout
I love this one and picked up a second set of bands so I can do this workout at work during my prep period. It makes me so much happier than grading papers!
