The day I went to visit I was told I was too far down stream for bass. It's where people get off the river from shoot the hooch. I ended up fishing a connecting creek in the area. Only caught red breast but they were nice. I had a few follows from bass one which looked like a spotted. He got real close for me to see
Oh gotcha. Shoal bass are defintely going to be most concentrated in rocky, faster moving water. Thanks for watching!
@@AaronsOutdoor1 the spot I started at was very fast moving water my lure literally passed by me not that long after casting it lol. I'm gonna try further up if I visit again in November

I live in the area too, I started fishing and the best places for fishing out of MANY lakes is probaly going to be the Chattahoochee, your not going to catch a 8 pound bass but you’ll catch many different species with there own sizes. Would reccomend

Those choppo’s are bad luck man. I got mines hung in a tree after a few casts.☹️
I don't know if I agree man. I have caught a bunch of river/creek bass on the choppo, including some really nice ones! If you use braid, its easier to get the choppo unstuck if you get it hung. Thanks for watching!
