These workouts just get better and better. The core is so underestimated and ignored, especially when doing traditional weightlifting. But the kettlebell activates it almost automatically!
I gotta Morton’s neuroma bc I’m getting old and will be working out w YOU all summer to get my physique back. Used to walking 30-40 miles a week, so ima need to swing my freaking face off to burn at that level. Let’s make it happen, buster 🙏🏽❤️🤘🏽 love your simple, comprehensive workouts. You know stuff!
