Wow, I really liked this one! I was surprised b/c I am not a big fan of cardio - and you scared me when you said we had 8 rounds at the end! (The 4 exercises done 2x was much more doable, although there was no way I was doing jacks with a KB.) Is there an upper body companion to this? Curious since you referred to "punching" during the cool-down. I'm thinking about rotating several of your workouts for maybe 4-5 days/week, which means there would be some back-to-back. What do you think? There's 4 that I am thinking about using - 1) this one, 2) KB Flow/Feel Your Abs, 3) KB Lockdown Hair, and 4) KB Muscle Wake Up. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! If it helps, I'm a mid-50s woman who has been a daily exerciser for years and who is also a yoga teacher.
