I don't know why I enjoy watching Alex's cooking videos so much. Maybe because he packs so much of his distinctive personality into 20 minutes. My guess is that trucking is not his end game. He seems organized, crazy clean (you could eat off the floor of his truck), and goal oriented (note taped list). Plus there's an eye for presentation, garnish and plating a meal! He's no longer making the rookie cooking mistakes that we cringe watched during his first videos. Somebody should set up a GoFundMe for his obvious next chapter in life: Le Cordon Bleu!

Thanks for the kind compliment and yes you're right about trucking not being the end game for me.
When I turn 28 (in 4yrs) that's it between me and trucking.
I'm a very ambitious person and I have alot more dreams I need to accomplish. By the time I'm 28 I feel I would've done everything I wanted to do within the industry and that's when I just have to move on.

@ALEXTHETRUCKINGGUY I am glad to hear you have aspirations beyond trucking. You are actually the first trucker I watched, and because of your videos, I am working on becoming a truck driver. I am currently 27 years old. Depending on my experiences as a trucker I might make it my career or go get my Master's Degree in Counseling. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. At least we get more trucking videos from you for four more years, right?
