Thanks for being real and posting your videos of trucking life. I worked for a trucking company in California back in the 80’s. Never drove truck, just worked dispatch and administration. Always appreciated working with my many drivers and would never have a more enjoyable work life than with those drivers. AND thanks for the post of you cooking your breakfast burrito! Took me back to 60’s and 70’s when we were barely making it and mom made homemade and delicious food like your burrito. Thanks for bringing back memories.
Hey Alex, new to your channel but loving the videos! Its amazing how a simple meal your dad would share with you as a child before he went to work stays with you and brings you great memories as an adult! He sounds like a great father.
I loved my Mexican Foster parents I loved Grandma because she never wanted anyone to starve each meal was massive my favorite was breakfast Barilotos I remember at a Kinseta the men had grilled Hourse Brain's that was interesting eats 😊
My boy said “let me sneeze on it real quick so no one else eats it” 😂😂😂 shoutout Alex, you’re a real ass genuine dude and deserve all the good coming your way pa 🙏
Hey Alex I don't know if you read your comments on your videos but I just wanted to let you know that I have recently found your channel and I look forward to each upload now I've been binge watching your uploads looks like the Pete is nice and roomy, safe travels brother
Hey Alex I just want to say that burrito you made looks good I might make one tomorrow morning love you bro. Keep up the good work also your doing great on the videos. @AlwxNino
You know it's good when Alex has to get out of the truck, walk around it and come back to continue eating. I make this from time to time too, but I've used the beef kielbasa sausage and franks red hot in it.. Gonna have to try it with thee hot dogs and Tapatio tho. Hmm.
This reminds me a lot of my grandpa, he trucked for well over 25 years. He would do stops across the entire US and told me a lot about different places he’s driven and showed me some pictures he had. He lived in Nevada but would make it a mission to find a delivery in or around Ohio so he could come see me once a year or so. Seeing this videos is cool but brings some questions, how do you do dishes? Do truckstops have areas where you can wash dishes?
@@usr21882 I guess but if anything gets crisped up to it it’ll get weird eventually, the paper plates I expected, but not the portable stove. My grandpa always used a microwave oven, plastic silverware, and aluminum foil for his meals lol
Just wanted to say Alex your videos helped got me started on the path of being a truck driver. Side note the shit looked good!! Now I’m thinking about breakfast lol.
Rodney Carrington college football it will get it will get it is a great night at work today so we can see what I have to figure that out to do u the right direction of the other day and I hope the right direction I think I can make you guys have your phone on my to figure out to figure that too and it will take me about the right r I can make you some pictures from yesterday the other side is a while and then we have an extra one of my it i I can make a while ago the other one as well and see how the right thing I 😊
Thanks for the burrito folding, rolling demo. Franks & eggs. I would have added some sort of cheese. But hey, you do a much better job of staying fit than I do and no cheese probably helps. HUGS man.
I bet it feels so nice that you don't have to let the truck run all night when sleeping. As a guy who occasionally had to sleep with running vehicles at the military, even when you get used to that kind of "white noise" the vehicle is making after a while its always a breather when you can just shut the engine for night and not worrying about batteries going flat in the morning.
Former driver and Sleeper Chef. I started taking advantage of local produce during the spring) summer months. Get a small blender and Almond milk, I was hoked on fresh berry smoothy. Chicken and zucchini at least 3 nights for dinner. Very seldom I'd get Chester's chicken. One cheat night is ok. Since retiring I still cook the same stuff at home.
I work in the oilfield 20days straight then 10 days off but yes being away from the family is hard but it’s our sacrifice that gives them a better life. Keep up the good videos and keep it between the lines. Old man needed a good back hand.
My boy said "let me sneeze on it real quick so no one else eats it" 😂😂😂 shoutout Alex, you're a real ass genuine dude and deserve all the good coming your way pa 🙇
love the videos man i think a metal splatter screen that sits ontop of the pan will help keep that oil from popping around in your nice new truck. safe travels!
Hey man I used to watch the channel "Mav" who would make food in his pick up truck. I am a CDL local driver though and now you're doing cooking in your truck. Great vids. Keep challenging yourself with the cooking, very interesting to watch.
I always keep a sleeping bag in my truck. Also fam you should get you a propane little burner to cook with. Also it can potentially keep you warm if you was to ever breakdown and can't run your engine. I have a car carrier and have everything I need in it. Oh also I bought me a foldable dinner tray that I cook on and it fits under my bunk perfectly.
yo alex g! i don’t know how often you read comments but every time before i go to bed i watch your videos or when i’m eating or waiting or any free time i get! love the videos bro!!
I'm glad Alex, that you finally came to the conclusion that you need to buy and live like a truck driver , you cant continue with ready-made sanwiches, cake and juice.keep up the good work,im glad to bewith ur page✌️
I LOVE BREAKFAST WRAPS.I wonder if you try installing a lagoon table mount. saves you time. and when you in drive mode. you can push it back to the bed side. it will be in shelf mode.
I'm a month late (and a new viewer) so I'm not sure if anyone else has said it yet, but if that sleeping bag is like one of the ones I have you don't actually need to roll it up. It's usually in what we call "stuff bags" so u can just shove the entire sleeping bag into its case and keep pushing down as you go. Once the entire bag is in you just pull the straps to compress it. Takes out all the hassle of trying to roll up the sleeping bag super tight.
Hey Alex. how's the little guy? I think one day he's going to maybe team drive with dad? I do envy you having such a great son, as I never had kids. You're a role model, in November I hang up the keys for good. It'll be 38 years and it's wearing me out although now and then I might have to do a run, I started out a 20-year-old kid and now I am 1/2 owner of a trucking company. I just about doubled our traffic 6 months ago. I still need another driver and I was talking with Jay from riding with Jay, but he wanted midwest and I do east coast N-S. I still have an empty truck. Monetize your channel Alex, I know Jay's is heck I sent him $50. I like your videos better though, not as much drama.
Yoy"re a Mass-hole too? I was born and raised there and I miss it. I enjoy team driving up there with my guys every now and then. One of my biggest shippers is in Deerfield.
My question is how long does the battery lasts if you watch tv, play games, running AC and refrigerator, does it have a separate battery pack for this.
Sharing the pre breakfast lunche w pops before his day work and heading out , and you heading back to sleeep full and sleep like nun untill school time . Thought I wa sthe only one neeee
Man dude , for a youngster cooking carne asada cheese n chiles. That looked awesome, bro someone taught you well or you learned well. Keep doing your thing . GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILIA🙏🏽
2 Hotdogs cut in half lengthwise, white bread, van camps pork and beans, sliced cheese. Spread beans on bread, place hotdogs cut side down, top with American cheese.. bake or heat in frypan and cover. Yummy Cheese melting, hotdogs curling....spam is great in breakfast burritos
Alex. I enjoy your videos. Btw. You don’t have to roll up your sleeping bag. Just stuff it in the sack it comes with and compress with the straps. Keep the videos coming
8:52 That morning stretch hits the right spot everytime.

First I saw one of Alex´s videos randomly, later I suscribed but now I hear the Quagmire alarm and I can say I love this dude.
So glad I'm not stuck in a truck anymore and have to live like that. Took me 19 years to get a daily well paying run and weekends off.
Thanks for keeping this country moving, stay safe brother!
My boy was craving that burrito since the night before lol!! Bomb 💯
