    I soak my ground flaxseed, nuts a few raisins, cinnamon and coconut shreds overnight - I warm it up and add coconut oil - healthy and keto too

    I have been using only one teaspoon of ground flaxseeds in my oatmeal every morning in an effort to lower my cholesterol and low and behold, I started losing the love handles and belly fat without any exercise. I am not saying not to exercise. I am just saying that this is one powerful little seed! And no side effects so far! Thanks for the info.

    Hi, I add freshly ground falxseeds to the milk I use on cornflakes. I also mix it with cooked oats...I do not add it while cooking but I mix it directly while eating. Will definitely try water and flaxseeds daily thing. I take the lemon and honey water in morning. I am thinking will drink that while sleeping instead.

      I just eat 1-2 TBS of ground flaxseed, & drink it down, with water or tea. I don't add it to any of my foods, because I feel it spoils the taste of my foods.

    I grind the flax seeds and add it to the bowl of oats with milk and other nuts such as almonds, walnuts including pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds and dates all of which were soaked water overnight and some it ss breakfast. Does help in weight loss. Give it a try for 2-3 months with one hour of daily walks.

      Did it worked for you. How many days it took. We are having one teaspoon of flaxseed powder with water on empty stomach and go for walking for one hour. Will it give result

      @@hamzzhudha9432 You need to consider certain things as well. Like you walk briskly for at least 1 hour to start with say 100-110 steps per min, use google fit to measure it. Then have light meal at night preferably before 8 pm (not rice or heavy things). you will feel difference in 15 days.

    I mix some flax meal with some seeds..an egg..salt and water to.make dough. Press in tin.bake till done about 20 min. Cut in small fingers..enjoy with smoothir..salad
    .creame cheese..very good for take away lunches and breakfast..u can dry after cut in fingers in cool.oven and store in tin..keep.up to a month..

    I add these in overnight oats. Ground flaxseeds can also be added while kneeding roti dough, or while baking cakes, breads, muffins etc

    Nice video and ideas, but regarding loss of nutrition benefits after half an hour when its in grounded state is not true, you can keep it for a period if 1 year inside tight containers at room temperature. It is stable.

    Grounded flaxseed has shelf life of 3-4 days in normal temperature. we can store them in an air tight container and keep inside refrigerator. Please give correct information in video as your videos are helpful to us

    I make a dry chuttney with curry leaves(roasted), add in salt, jeera, garlic cloves, read chilly powder and roasted coconut(small amount). This tastes very nice with jowar bhakari and curd or steamed rice and ghee.

    - grind the flax seeds using a chutney grinder - once grinded consume it immediately or it will oxide
    - in one glass of water add 1-2 tbsn of brown flax seeds (grinded)
    - stir until is dissolved
    - drink in an empty stomach every morning
    Alternatively you can add the grinded flax seeds in a yogurt. Add turmeric. Have it for lunch or breakfast
    Alternatively sprinkle grinded flax seeds on salad or smoothie bowl. Good for breakfast or lunch.
    Alternatively add 1 tbsn of raw whole flaxseeds (not grinded) in a blender to do a smoothie + 1/2 tbsn of turmeric. Blend it all together and have smoothie for breakfast or lunch

    Add 2 tbsp ground flaxseed to 2 tbsp almond flour. Add coconut cream to desired consistency and add milled chia seeds for an added boost of nutrients! It’s absolutely scrumdiddylicious for brekkie! Bon appetit!🙏🥰👍👌

    Hi mum thanks, what i do, i grind 1 tab spoon flexi seed add 1 tab spoon of chia seed, add nuts, in a bowl i mix with water then 3 minutes cook in microwave take out and eat, works well for motion, pass easily, i dont know whether I am write.

    I heard that flaxseed contains phytic acid which can impair the function of thyroid. So it’s better to roast flaxseed before grinding it.

      Is there any alternative to flaxseeds that contains the same properties of flaxseeds? Actually I am currently doing seed cycling which is a natural treatment to balance hormones.     A friendly word of warning people. I have constipation issues and flaxseed gave me terrible problems. Backed me up for a week. If you’re new to it start small and drink plenty of water. Might save someone a week from hell.

      You were not alone I know what you mean! I put two tablespoons of flaxseeds in a smoothie, drank at 9am. Two hours of ingestion I moved every hour on the hour til 11pm that night. I had to care for a woman. Going too her home I had to hit every fast food restaurant. Boy did I go. Now I am Leary! I bought a bag that is powered it did not have same effect as whole.

      Granted flax must always stored in bottles and keep in refrigerated at least one month is 👍 OK my consumption of this flour is so much so my granted flaxseed does not last more than two weeks much times use for baking bread
