I have been using only one teaspoon of ground flaxseeds in my oatmeal every morning in an effort to lower my cholesterol and low and behold, I started losing the love handles and belly fat without any exercise. I am not saying not to exercise. I am just saying that this is one powerful little seed! And no side effects so far! Thanks for the info.

I just eat 1-2 TBS of ground flaxseed, & drink it down, with water or tea. I don't add it to any of my foods, because I feel it spoils the taste of my foods.

@@hamzzhudha9432 You need to consider certain things as well. Like you walk briskly for at least 1 hour to start with say 100-110 steps per min, use google fit to measure it. Then have light meal at night preferably before 8 pm (not rice or heavy things). you will feel difference in 15 days.

Grounded flaxseed has shelf life of 3-4 days in normal temperature. we can store them in an air tight container and keep inside refrigerator. Please give correct information in video as your videos are helpful to us

A friendly word of warning people. I have constipation issues and flaxseed gave me terrible problems. Backed me up for a week. If you’re new to it start small and drink plenty of water. Might save someone a week from hell.
You were not alone I know what you mean! I put two tablespoons of flaxseeds in a smoothie, drank at 9am. Two hours of ingestion I moved every hour on the hour til 11pm that night. I had to care for a woman. Going too her home I had to hit every fast food restaurant. Boy did I go. Now I am Leary! I bought a bag that is powered it did not have same effect as whole.
Granted flax must always stored in bottles and keep in refrigerated at least one month is 👍 OK my consumption of this flour is so much so my granted flaxseed does not last more than two weeks much times use for baking bread

I heard that flaxseed contains phytic acid which can impair the function of thyroid. So it’s better to roast flaxseed before grinding it.
