Losing 10 kgs in 10days is literally IMPOSSIBLE! Even if you do lose 10kgs in ten days it is very dangerous to your body. Weight loss must be effective but it shouldn't be too rapid.
Start with lemon and honey water..on empty stomach or turmeric tea.. Light to moderate exercise.. Breakfast: after 30-40 mints of drink..Have banana and pomegranate 1 bowl.. Keep yourself hydrated:8-10 glasses of water Mid morning snack: curd,moringa leaves Lunch: 1 roti with green chutney Evening snacks: Among, raisins with green tea Dinner: Have by 7 p.m: Poha To make the poha upma: add 1 cup poha,pour some water and rinse/ drain ,heat a pan and roast some peanuts ,once roasted remove and add 1 tspn coconut oil and mustard and Fenugreek seeds, onion,green chilly ,turmeric ,1 grated carrot or any vegetables,pink Himalayan salt..after 2 mints add peanut and have it ..
Hello Mam, your recipes are good, and I have tried some of the healthy breakfast recipes. Off late I am a little concerned about my daughter who is only 13 and who came across this video and tried attempting it despite my rejection of it. I believe being healthy is important and it should be done slowly and gradually and most important should be enjoyed to the core. My humble request to you to keep continue uploading your healthy recipes but quick weight loss diets is something that scares me and it gives a wong impact on teens who wants everything to be quick. I don't think it's a healthy practice.

I just had a little query: Is it okay if I have the poha upma dinner with only peanuts and exclude other vegetables? Excluding the veggies doesn't reduce the nutrition in the dish, does it?
well, we need some ingredients to balance the nutrition of a particular dish; you can use any veggies of your choice...add at least one vegetable ...even a humble tomato would work well, which I have not used here. Hope this helps!!
I hope and pray it will help you too, dear. Make sure you have atleast 1 tbsp of homemade ghee (will be posting my version soon) a day to nourish your thyroid gland ...coconut oil also works well. Please avoid sugar totally 1 st thing 2 nd breakfast should include high protein complex carbohydrate and healty fat do ur dinner light compared toh breakfast and lunch. 3 rd 8 hr sleep is important and 8 o'clock tak ur dinner should be done 7:30 to 8

Hi, I have Thyroid problem since my puberty. One suggestion dont skip your medicine in the empty stomach. (Never discontinue) They say avoid high protein. But in limit its okey and do excercise. Its very important to keep your thyroid in check as its the root cause of pcos not lot other issues

Please avoid sugar totally 1 st thing 2 nd breakfast should include high protein complex carbohydrate and healty fat do ur dinner light compared toh breakfast and lunch. 3 rd 8 hr sleep is important and 8 o'clock tak ur dinner should be done 7:30 to 8

Hi chechi, This diet plan seems very good for people who are veggies . If possible please make such non-veg meal plans. You know as we are in kerala, we always get enough fish all the time around the year. So fish meals will be fine.

Hi, I have Thyroid problem since my puberty. One suggestion dont skip your medicine in the empty stomach. (Never discontinue) They say avoid high protein. But in limit its okey and do excercise. Its very important to keep your thyroid in check as its the root cause of pcos not lot other issues

+Ashish Dednath ghee is a must in your diet, but limit to 1-2 tsp. Avoid all processed and junk foods. eat meals on the right time...best to have home cooked meals! pls watch my videos to help change your lifestyle :)
