    Tried intermittent fasting but found I’m really a breakfast person! I found that missing breakfast made me binge/ overeat later in the day so I’m reinstating breakfast and skipping dinner. These tips will really help me structure my meals - thank you!

      I eat from 9am-7pm and have lost 14 pounds. I love breakfast. There is also evidence that earlier eating windows are better for you than starting at say 12pm.

    Fasting gives me dizzy spells as my blood sugar drops too low. How can I get round it?

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  Рік тому +1

      Hey Willow, thanks for writing in and great question! You can try a daily intermittent variety instead, delaying your first meal until somewhere around 10am-12pm. Giving yourself an 8-hour window to eat 2 meals and perhaps a small snack, fasting the other 16. You still will get great benefits with a 16-hour fast and hopefully your blood sugar levels won't drop as much/fast. But please consult your doctor before giving it a shot to ensure you are in good health to do so.

    Would you say carbonated water is bad for you if you drink more than a litre a day because I prefer carbonated water than plain water?

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  7 місяців тому

      Thanks for writing in and great question! Carbonated water can be OK as long as the ingredients are just carbonation and water; natural flavorings are OK but we wouldn't recommend this being your primary source of hydration because the FDA doesn't require companies to disclose what exactly they are. So a little here and there SHOULD be fine but we recommend "regular" water for your main source. Check this out for more: ua-cam.com/video/cWMkIVIoZ7Q/v-deo.html

    Loved your video! Thanks for the tips and help! I have a question for you, though - I do like to have a sandwich sometimes but everyone says no processed foods. Is deli meat from the deli better for you than regular lunchmeat? Thanks so much! :)

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  10 місяців тому +1

      Hey @charmarie222, thanks for writing in! When choosing a deli meat, you will want to choose a variety that is organic, doesn't contain preservatives, nitrates, or any other junk that is hard to pronounce. You're basically looking for the meat, salt, seasonings, and maybe some naturally occurring preservatives like celery juice/powder. Best of luck!

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  Рік тому

      Hi Faiza, thanks for writing in and great question! You CAN use deli meat, as long as it's a cleaner variety. What we mean by that is ideally organic without added preservatives, colorings, hormones, etc. Thanks for watching!

    I'm sorry Sir, but 2 of your Dinner meals are not 50% or Half of the plate worth of Vegetables. In 1st meal I don't know if you're using the squash for carbs & the beef for fat & protein. There is very little nutrition in lettuce. 2nd meal is 50% protein, 25% vegetables & 25% grains. 3rd meal IS a good example of your 50, 25, 25 that includes protein, grain, vegetables & healthy fats in the Avocado.
    With that said, You have a lot of great & healthy ideas. Thank You ❤ 🎉
