I made this last year I added sesame seeds sesame paste pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds chia seeds almonds hazelnuts pecan nuts and walnuts large nuts crushed them in pestal and mortar it was delicious and healthy 😘🇬🇧

Any dry fruit should be brought to its natural foam..That can be done by soaking in water overnight..Nutrients will be absorbed by the body well..The above recipe may be okay as sweet..
