    2 years back I used to journal every single day due to hostel environment I got no time to follow it later!
    Since a month I'm home I have got back to it again! Maybe your video made more clear why should I continue.

    In journaling only positive points need to be added or we can write anything which is going in mind

      You can write anything that is going on in your mind, Alternatively, you can also use journal prompts. There is no rigid structure that needs to be followed. :))
