2 years back I used to journal every single day due to hostel environment I got no time to follow it later! Since a month I'm home I have got back to it again! I journel my thoughts n feeling. Whenever I feel low or not good so mostly I prefer journel in diary or in my phone(journel app) so yeah! It's great thing for sure. I feel good n relaxed after releasing my emotions nd thoughts also. Where I write like.... What happened today nd right now how am I feeling n what I have to do after that... It's great thing. Better to split that notebook in two parts or you can make journal with leftover pages in academic notebook If you don't want to invest in buying one so ....

You can write anything that is going on in your mind, Alternatively, you can also use journal prompts. There is no rigid structure that needs to be followed. :))
First, ask yourself what it is that you want to journal on. If that answer is not clear, you can start by writing 5 things that you are grateful for, on that day and 3 things that you learnt about yourself. Continue journaling this for atleast 3 weeks and you will get the hang of journaling. :))
Actually me 2saal se journalling aur abb ye mereko actual me affect kar rahee hai i,e kee me jourlling me khoodkee kamiya ko likhatee hu aur unko improve kartee hu par abb me bohot chhotee chhotee bato ko mere kamiya man rahee hu bohot jyada in deep khoodko analyse kar rahee hu aur matalb time waste ho raha hai
