Current situation in my life No social media, No junk food, No short content Replace those habit with Journeling, Mediation, Reading and atleast 10 hour of study I trying to maintain those habits till my entrance exams (JEE)
Habit: 1. waking up at 4:00 am every day. 2. Self Studing at least 8hrs every single day . Reason: preparing for my entrance exam .Trying to be consistance
Habits I want to adapt - 1) Waking up at 4 am 2) meditation and yoga for atleast 30 mins everyday 3) 9-10 hrs of self study with full concentration 4) eat healthier, cut out the junk food 5) stay consistent with my work Hope I can achieve my goals ❤❤

Basically a promotion video! itna kharcha kyu karna alag alag topic ke journal kiliye!! Better just write in one journal , journaling is not supposed to look like another thing which "should" be done everyday or if one doesnt do it one day , they should not feel it like a burden! Best is do it when on feels like, its not compulsory to do everyday!! It should not feel like school homework!!
@@Nim7760 I don't think so, you should be disciplined in journaling. Cause if you don't want to work and you set rules for yourself to work, those rules would be flexible and in way that you want (and you knew that you don't want to work).
I have done journaling but without any discipline. But today i got a clarity that i need to first find out "why I need to do it". I will find it soon ❤😊😊
I've been journaling almost every single day since the last 2.5 years . When i was called on the stage of the class to give the introduction ( first week of the college ) , in that i said that my hobbies are journaling and painting , to which maam said in front of the class that it is one of the things which everyone should be doing and appreciated me . I personally like writing journals bcoz all i do is i try to be better than yesterday and just dump all of my thoughts in that journal , so its never a burden for me . One more thing drishti di which you can try is ... its just like a prompt only , but try to act like the main character for 10-15 days ( have an image of your higher self aka the main character and act like her for 10-15 days ). i am currently doing it and trying to maintain it as positive as possible , i know there will be bad days and failure , but im trying to be positive . and yes , we need part 2 of this video :)
Thanks Drishti Di for giving me more clear idea about journalling.I am 15 yrs old (going to be of 16 this July) and I started journalling on 23 Sep, 2022. And it's going to be 2yrs this September since i started this habit. In the beginning i used to write whenever it felt like + with the rule that i will write diary for atleast 4 times a month. I stared adding prompt too in between. This year (2024), i stared writing it daily with prompt after every 3 days of journalling. And Yes!! I found it a wonder for my mental health. I can write the thing which i am not comfortable to talk about with others. AND TO THOSE WHO HAVEN'T STARTED YET, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? JUST GIVE IT A SHOT !!!
After watching your video "7 little habits to change yourself in 2024" I am actually started working on this habits. I took 1 habit at a time and today I am successfully adapt the two habits 1. Gratitude and 2. Journaling. Thankyou so much for sharing your knowledge to us. I am really really greatful for this ❤ ✨.
Are you still studying? If you are, you can always keep it in your school bag or hide it in your school material. Edit: It seems like many of you had a bad experience with this idea. Please do not try this then. Sorry🙏😂

I have developed a habit of feeding the squirrels,ants of my terrace. + In birds i give food to crows nd pigeons nd this has been my regular routine since some months I would say. As I live in Delhi so in this Delhi winter also I have hitted my terrace regularly in fog n smog nd this gives me alot of happiness ☺️ that am able to fill the stomach of speechless birds nd animals. 💡The change which i have realised is in winters earlier i hardly bother to go upon terrace nd now I am addicted to it. 💡By this am able to connect with the nature.
I started writing diary in 2023 because my friend gifted me and writing a diary was so much fun for me. I actually enjoy it😅. Now I use two journals, one for writing my thoughts and tracking my study hours that I spent on each subject, I also track my mood and sleep schedule and the second one for writing my daily goals and plans. I am writing it daily without knowing that I am being discipline 😂 I didn't have any why when I started I just wanted to give it a try, but later when I completed my first diary I wanted to buy the new one because I realised that I can do nothing with it😅. I became so dependent on it and i am using them till today. Ngl, but it's actually fun to track something and for this reason I am always excited to write journal.
Hi ! I am a 10th class student and I am struggling a lot with adopting habits and being consistent with them. I have been wanting to stay consistent in playing guitar and from two to three months I am taking lessons too. I want to make atleast 30 mins a day for this. I want to be consistent so that I can become great at this. My WHY is because I want to play guitar on stage in the last year of my highschool. This will a great accomplishment of my life because I know I am talented but I can't show to others as I have performance anxiety and hence I am not able to perfom on stage. AND Drishti di, ilysm !! I'm going to adopt a new habit and that is doing journal... I will dp this for my own happiness. ... Now I am going to college next year by taking a drop and I have been journaling since I was in 3rd class like it's do sound absurd but I use to write this that and shockingly for a child about my feelings, then finally from 2019 I started consistently jounaling may be not day by day but atleast weak by weak 🙃 and then specific events dates situation and since then till now 2024 the change I have felt is amazing Like now when I read my old journals it feels like yeahh the growth has been there 😌 So do start journaling....

I write in "My Diary" app, privacy issue hai ghar mai, didi sab padh leti hai agr diary mai likha toh! Well real Diary mai maintain karna zyada muskil hai, phone mai typing speed boht high hai, maza aata hai.
🔹For last 10 days I am waking up at 6am and going for running. 🔹And also started meditation for 5 min(3 days before). 🔹And decided to read 15 pages(5page*3books) per day. 🔴So I will maintain these habits (running,reading,meditation) for a month and track them on my journal. 1ST EDIT- 6 Aug. 2024 I tried one month but next month I tired 😴 and left. I too have been journalling since a year, yeah I do it ocassionally in the form of diary entries. I love to do so, it's literally a luxury for me. Plus, you asked of which habit I would like to include. I am trying to build a habit of moisturizing my skin daily as my skin keeps getting dry easily.... I have been doing it consistently since the last 32 days.
Now as my exams have finished so I have took up a habit of waking up early around 5:30 a.m. and I have been successful in it for more than a week now. Really i now realise how helpful and important it is to wake up early in the morning. By the way, thanks for the video. It was brilliant.

I was not consistent in journaling, not because I wasn't disciplined about it but cause I was at home at that time when I first wanted to do it and yk there's literally no privacy at home. But since I moved out, I have NOW been regular towards it. I have always loved the idea of "diary writing" since I first got to know what it is in school itself, and then during lockdown I came to know it's a REAL thing that people do so im kinda bent towards it. Most probably cause im the kind of person who needs to rant about all the "unsaid" things/feelings of the day/week. So now im regular, but obv as you mentioned in the video that it's hard to keep it a daily thing cause there are days you do not do anything and it's so hard to make an entry out of that. But other than that, I think im getting pretty good at it and the best part is that there are no rules, no judgements, just us, being us in those pages. It really helps to clear my mind up to some extent.

Hmm, journaling has become my favourite habit now, it also helps you in many ways! I have been journaling for 2-2.5 years now! Some tips here:- Just get simple stationery like, colourful pens, sketch pens, glitter pens, sticky notes etc Don't buy those expensive journals, start with simplicity, complete that first A journal has no rule, as it's your own diary. Create, make and write anything you want! Happy journaling!
That is the thing i was looking for...As my icse boards are going on so i decided to write about my work, mental state, my fear , frustation ,etc..and my reviews on my exams... So instead of watching porn, I started journaling on a daily basis, and this helped me a lot. Actually, I have tried to quit this addiction many times, but this time I am sure that I can get rid of it. Inculcate digital journaling instead for privacy. It's been 3 months since i set this habit in motion. Going so well.
I have developed a habit of feeding the squirrels,ants of my terrace. + In birds i give food to crows nd pigeons nd this has been my regular routine since some months I would say. As I live in Delhi so in this Delhi winter also I have hitted my terrace regularly in fog n smog nd this gives me alot of happiness ☺️ that am able to fill the stomach of speechless birds nd animals.
💡The change which i have realised is in winters earlier i hardly bother to go upon terrace nd now I am addicted to it.
💡By this am able to connect with the nature.
I am starting Reading books for english improvement as well as for positive thoughts 👍😊
I started writing diary in 2023 because my friend gifted me and writing a diary was so much fun for me. I actually enjoy it😅. Now I use two journals, one for writing my thoughts and tracking my study hours that I spent on each subject, I also track my mood and sleep schedule and the second one for writing my daily goals and plans. I am writing it daily without knowing that I am being discipline 😂
I didn't have any why when I started I just wanted to give it a try, but later when I completed my first diary I wanted to buy the new one because I realised that I can do nothing with it😅. I became so dependent on it and i am using them till today. Ngl, but it's actually fun to track something and for this reason I am always excited to write journal.
Hi ! I am a 10th class student and I am struggling a lot with adopting habits and being consistent with them. I have been wanting to stay consistent in playing guitar and from two to three months I am taking lessons too. I want to make atleast 30 mins a day for this. I want to be consistent so that I can become great at this.
My WHY is because I want to play guitar on stage in the last year of my highschool. This will a great accomplishment of my life because I know I am talented but I can't show to others as I have performance anxiety and hence I am not able to perfom on stage.

Now I am going to college next year by taking a drop and I have been journaling since I was in 3rd class like it's do sound absurd but I use to write this that and shockingly for a child about my feelings, then finally from 2019 I started consistently jounaling may be not day by day but atleast weak by weak 🙃 and then specific events dates situation and since then till now 2024 the change I have felt is amazing
Like now when I read my old journals it feels like yeahh the growth has been there 😌

🔹And also started meditation for 5 min(3 days before).
🔹And decided to read 15 pages(5page*3books) per day.
🔴So I will maintain these habits (running,reading,meditation) for a month and track them on my journal.

I too have been journalling since a year, yeah I do it ocassionally in the form of diary entries. I love to do so, it's literally a luxury for me. Plus, you asked of which habit I would like to include. I am trying to build a habit of moisturizing my skin daily as my skin keeps getting dry easily.... I have been doing it consistently since the last 32 days.

I was not consistent in journaling, not because I wasn't disciplined about it but cause I was at home at that time when I first wanted to do it and yk there's literally no privacy at home. But since I moved out, I have NOW been regular towards it.
I have always loved the idea of "diary writing" since I first got to know what it is in school itself, and then during lockdown I came to know it's a REAL thing that people do so im kinda bent towards it. Most probably cause im the kind of person who needs to rant about all the "unsaid" things/feelings of the day/week. So now im regular, but obv as you mentioned in the video that it's hard to keep it a daily thing cause there are days you do not do anything and it's so hard to make an entry out of that. But other than that, I think im getting pretty good at it and the best part is that there are no rules, no judgements, just us, being us in those pages. It really helps to clear my mind up to some extent.

I have been journaling for 2-2.5 years now! Some tips here:-
Just get simple stationery like, colourful pens, sketch pens, glitter pens, sticky notes etc
Don't buy those expensive journals, start with simplicity, complete that first
A journal has no rule, as it's your own diary. Create, make and write anything you want!

Journaling is my favourite hobby. I write journal cuz I don’t want to forget my days like it’s kind of nostalgia. It creates very happy memories to write your day on the page, and after that it is not going to disappear anywhere.

So instead of watching porn, I started journaling on a daily basis, and this helped me a lot. Actually, I have tried to quit this addiction many times, but this time I am sure that I can get rid of it.
