Set goals, and post motivational pictures around your room and on your binders and notebooks, so that when you look at them, you see what it is that you're striving for. When you have a lot of school work, take a 5 or 10 minute break when you get to that point where you just CAN'T focus anymore, and do one of our really quick workouts! It'll help you reach your goals, and bonus: It will help your mind refocus and clear it up to keep studying!
I do them only once a day, about 5 days a week, but the first week I saw a difference and I am still doing this, and still see progress, it really does work great, it is a great core exercise. core is the most effective. But I mean only 15min a day, you can not beat it.
I remember doing this workout one year ago- I couldn't even make it through the abs. I started doing it again 4 days ago and was able to make it through the whole video! Now, I didn't really lose weight in that year and I also didn't tone up that much but I got a lot stronger -even though I didn't exercise on a regular basis. I'm super proud of myself and feel like this is gonna be my summer! I work out every day and eat clean- ish.

I've just been realising that a lot of people are wondering if they will gain muscles with exercises. It really is just about what you eat, like models, they don't eat as much as other people do. So if you want to be bulky and all, make sure to eat a lot, but when I say "a lot" i mean eat A LOT of fruits and veggies and anything healthy. But if you want to be like a model, only eat meals, and don't eat anything unhealthy for you and your body. And obviously don't eat a lot. Its all about your diet folks! And just so you know, i use the modelling type of diet, and it really does work!! Most of the information provided here was given from my dad, and he's very fit! Hope you learnt something! So I'm doing different exercises from XHIT daily and that since 2-3 months, I'm from size M to S down. It takes its time already but if you train every day like me, for example, it goes faster! Anyway you should not stop even if you have your dream weight. Of course you do not need train every day, so build it into your everyday life as it is best for you. Have fun while exercising :)

mahek imran I noticed a flatter stomach and tinier waist after about 2 1/2 weeks. Same for the booty-- it took about 2 1/2 weeks. This workout makes your body look great but keep in mind that, since this is a lighter workout, you wont see a super huge difference. But it's a great beginners workout! Once you've got this down, you can move on to the more intense workouts that will definitely give you a Candice body. And don't worry if it hurts! I was exactly like you when I first started out-- pain is normal for a beginner. Just push yourself and do it for a little longer each day until you can do it for the full amount of seconds. And pain is good! That means your muscles are working. I recommend doing this every other day, or every other 2 days when your first starting out. If you do it everyday your muscles wont have time to repair and you wont notice much of a difference (not to mention it can cause injuries). Good luck girl and don't give up! Patience and consistency is key. Start now and your body will be perfect just in time for summer :).

If you’re really looking to slim your thighs like a Victoria secret angel just search up : Victoria secret legs because Candice and Alessandro Ambrosso (i forget her name) did a thigh workout. They’re not really intense but it really helps with thinner thighs

Maybe you can suggest a variety of ab ones, arm ones and butt ones with some cardio that add up to about 60 mins and the best order to do them? What you say may be true but that's not all. If you want to be skinnier you have to pay a lot of attention to what you eat. Muscles occupy less volume than fat, so don't think that doing excercises will make them look bigger, it just makes look more toned what you already have. If you want them to be skinnier, the key is the food and/or cardio (anything that burns calories.) Of course I agree on the fact that you shouldn't crave Victoria's secret angel's body, but love the one that you have. :*

This workout makes your body look great but keep in mind that, since this is a lighter workout, you wont see a super huge difference. But it's a great beginners workout! Once you've got this down, you can move on to the more intense workouts that will definitely give you a Candice body. And don't worry if it hurts! I was exactly like you when I first started out-- pain is normal for a beginner. Just push yourself and do it for a little longer each day until you can do it for the full amount of seconds. And pain is good! That means your muscles are working. I recommend doing this every other day, or every other 2 days when your first starting out. If you do it everyday your muscles wont have time to repair and you wont notice much of a difference (not to mention it can cause injuries). Good luck girl and don't give up! Patience and consistency is key. Start now and your body will be perfect just in time for summer :).

If you’re really looking to slim your thighs like a Victoria secret angel just search up : Victoria secret legs because Candice and Alessandro Ambrosso (i forget her name) did a thigh workout. They’re not really intense but it really helps with thinner thighs

Hey Rebecca!! First of all, I LOVE your videos! However I would like your help. Could you please help me design an hour workout which would be good and efficient? Maybe you can suggest a variety of ab ones, arm ones and butt ones with some cardio that add up to about 60 mins and the best order to do them? (So I can get the most out of my workout) I have a very small space in my room. I am highly active so I like intensity lol Thank SO MUCH for your help!
What you say may be true but that's not all.
If you want to be skinnier you have to pay a lot of attention to what you eat. Muscles occupy less volume than fat, so don't think that doing excercises will make them look bigger, it just makes look more toned what you already have. If you want them to be skinnier, the key is the food and/or cardio (anything that burns calories.) Of course I agree on the fact that you shouldn't crave Victoria's secret angel's body, but love the one that you have. :*

Oh my gosh this was such a great workout, but I'm so out of shape I could hardly do any of those workouts. Oh well when I'm fitter in the future I will look back on this and smile out how far I'be come. Could y'all make a video specifically really out of shape beginners, please??
