I’m trying Sakara and I have levels. Girl, these meals are making my sugar spike like crazy. Definitely no 9s for me. Straight 2 and 3s. It all tastes great though and I feel really good.
For someone who's really into data, the lack of nutrtional labels is certainly a con. Personally I'd try it to get meal ideas, then meal prep the same meals myself.
I subscribed. I like your content. I first discovered you through your Apple Watch only video to Chicago I believe. I'm really interested by a smartwatch / Apple Watch and Apple pay to replace your phone. Those are my favorite videos, replacing your phone with .... , so I wish you'd do more like those. Cheers
@@ShervinShares Honestly, I don't know either. You could maybe try to fully replace your desktop/laptop with an iPad or heck, even an iPhone only, from emails to video and photo editing. I'd love to see a video of the surface duo 2 potentially replacing your laptop, if that fits your budget and your type of videos of course, since you seem to be focused on health first and tech secondly, but if you're willing to do it then I would definitely watch it. Also, if you're planning on doing more of these vlog-style 'replacing my ... with ....' videos, please make them longer. I really liked the Apple Watch 7 video, but I found it a bit too short, I liked the length of the chicago apple watch video better. But it depends on your channel's performance of course, if you get better views and clicks with shorter videos, you should stick to that. Maybe pick up a Pixel Watch when that comes out later this year and do a Pixel Watch only video, and compare it to the Apple Watch how it performs on LTE and such. Pixel Watch has a lot of hype, and that will be the first look of the new stock WearOS3.0 which has a lot of interest too, so I think hopefully the video should perform well. I hope that helped a bit.
I Replaced my Laptop with... iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch I Replaced my iPhone with... iPod, , Z Flip, Smart Glasses, Oculus VR Headset, Pixel Watch, Pixel Phone, etc - lots of great ideas here! and yes ideally somehow Id like to tie it into health & wellness ah interesting! make them longer, that's really good to know!
What kind of review is this? No macros? No micronutrient detail? Not revealing your interview person is paid by the company until 60% of the way through the video? Dude you used to make good reviews. You basically just tasted a bunch of stuff for glucose and flavor. Maybe that’s helpful? Those two things would be in the top 10 things for a diet review, but not #1. Maybe instead of videos with all the company employees you could have done some research and reverse engineered the macros. Or done any meaningful value-add.
Just to pick a random one, compare to iceage meals. Less tasty and less fruit, but lasts longer. Price is maybe a tad lower. Nutrient wise would they be equal? Etc etc. more meaningful than just tasting shit. Without knowing macros and calories, you can’t live healthy and have a great fitness level. Especially with a varying diet (which it seems changes week to week). You literally have no idea what you’re eating.
i appreciate the feedback! this was put together relatively fast so i could focus on some bigger videos coming out in the future. i'm not a dietitian so i didn't focus on macros. and only discusses areas where I felt i could talk about (CGM & Taste). I'll take this feedback for future videos!
@@ShervinShares thats a super reasonable response. I use renaissance periodization (a bunch of phds) for my training and some nutrition stuff (templates, they have a textbook etc) but if you don't have any background maybe just learning IIFYM (if it fits your macros), the basics of macros to calorie conversion (carbs are 4 calories, protein 4, and fat 9), and the basics of fat loss (get a Dexa scan, learn that a pound is 3,500 calories, and blood glucose which you already know).
@@ShervinShares doesn't have to be that one, any reasonable thing will do. That's just the one I used and their ice concept and being able to use the freezer is clutch because because as I'm sure you've realized a lot of the "high quality" food prep teams make offerings that go bad in 24-36 hours...aka youre shopping 3 to 4 times a week which is annoying. They're also limited on taste and ingredients. What I've found helps is to look at what the psycho CrossFit ppl do. At high levels of proficiency they consistently seem to have crazy high levels of nutrition perfection. Good group to case study. And willing to try and spend crazy things as long as it's proveable it works.

Yes it’s not ideal. I think their goal is to provide healthy food + convenience. More about saving time

This is the lifestyle I want to have!! Would LOVE to not think about cooking & cleaning up again, plus quality foods = peace of mind.
Imagine!! Ideally have a chef cook you fresh food everyday… I guess every person who works at a tech company gets this 😂
Thanks Shervin.
