I watched Pete's video and he makes it look so easy. I tried for about 10 minutes to get a side leg on starting with the center bolt and realized, no way, too hard. So I did what you did, seating all 5 blinds nuts, carefully making sure they were in the correct holes just using a screw and a few of the washers. Then putting the leg in place it was still too hard to start with the center, so I put 2 of the easily accessible outside ones in first. Then I put the center and 2 other outside ones in and it all went very easy as it's all lined up at that point.
Honestly for the price and 2 / 3 multi day off road trips I do a year the Tusk traverse stuff has done me really well for the side bags. a rock strapped drybag up top. Comes to roughly 40l in my normal setup, but this year did a larger duffle and was 60. For road touring my moto guzzi came with really high quality aluminum hard cases that I feel no desire to upgrade. 4 years into ownership of the tusk stuff about 10-12 trips a few tumbles and it's still going strong. I've wanted to get nicer stuff GL or Mosko, but I just know no matter what it's gonna be replaced in 10 years so why don't I save / spend out on other gear Great run down on the 80L set! Will be curious to hear how you like it after some trips.

@@DavidODonnell-Breck yeah a little tricky for sure
Nice soft luggage setup. How do you like your 790 so far? Looking at the MY25 790 to replace my T7.
Absolutely love the 790 so far!
What are you guys using for luggage on your Adventure Bikes?

I ordered the Mosko V4 about a week ago. For now it will go on a Tenere 700
@ What size did you get? 40L or 80L?
