@@SurvivalRussia I play Tarkov together with my friends from time to time, and we all enjoy your channel. We have even picked up your English so there is a lot of "blah blah blah", "tralala", and all that good stuff while raiding. :-D
@@SurvivalRussia Hi, friend of Robin here. We would love to play some raids with you, if you want to. (I am responding instead of Robin because for some reason his response to you keeps getting deleted by YT...)
Welcome back. I also have re committed myself to EFT after some self evaluation. After searching around through released and soon to be released games and asking what I wanted in a game, the answer was Tarkov. It checks all of the boxes but I have deal with the learning curve and the anxiety of escaping raids.
learning curve and anxiety will go with time what doesnt go with time is getting one tapped and killed by people who probably didnt deserve to kill you. Get ready for frustration and dont be afraid to run good gear after you understand the game at a basic level
Mate this is my 4th wipe and after 140ish raids I have a 25% survival rate. I'm level 26, 2mill in rubles, stash value of 35mill, Hideout well on the way to level 3 everything. One thing I have learnt over 4 wipes is I will always have money gear and get one tapped by Chad's. Don't worry about losing gear you find heaps.
If you'll ever ask yourself if Tarkov is worth it... I'll write you a story about me and the game :) I've first heard about the game from my friend who either played or watched some of the "Contract Wars" I can't remember and told me about "Escape from Tarkov" Mind you at that time all I was playing was Dota 2 and CS:GO where in both I tried to climb the ranked games taking it somewhat seriously. I've managed to get into Supreme which is second best in CS:GO and into ~3500-4000 MMR in Dota 2 which WAS high at the time, but nowdays it's like the middle where you ain't considered trash nor great :^) Why am I saying this? Well a known fella called FrankieOnPC released a video from a little game called Escape From Tarkov which was in 2017 and around that point I was getting burned out real hard on both games. In CS:GO my rank was lost and I've not played it for couple of weeks and my friend needed a pause from Dota and I can't enjoy these games alone so I've eventually stopped playing that too for some time. I was watching the Frankie video and just said to myself, this game looks awesome ... but I'm always sceptical around new games ... I'd rather wait and see and most often when game comes out it's utter trash which even if fixed just puts me off forever. If they can't release a game that can be enjoyable even if there are some bugs or crashes ... I just can't let my hard earned money to be spent on something that has no heart. BUT thankfully I didn't have to put any money into Tarkov :^) You see, I don't know if they still do that or not, but back then they used to give out these "Press accounts" to content creators which usually were just ONE account, but my friend who still does UA-cam and streams on Twitch asked for one of those. They gave him one but the activation email took so long he forgot about it. It literally came after like week or so, but for some reason the account was locked and he couldn't log into it. He asked for another one which they gave him AND after like week or two the first account they gave him was unlocked ... so he gave that one to me so we could try the game together (since I told him about that game he felt like he needed to gave me the first one) We played and at that time I had a real old PC ... 1GB graphics card, 4GB RAM DDR2 xd mafakin' 2,4GHz processor well ... it was a real cheap PC, but until then it was enough for me, but not enough for Tarkov. Yet ... as a kid I always played new games on lower framerate since our PC was always on the lower end and I didn't mind that at all ... the first raid, the first duffle bag I've looted ... there it was! A key to the dorms! It was magical moment... it really gets you with the atmosphere where you fear to even take a peak around the corner in that first couple of games. You slowly creep around the map, explore and find new things and then the timer turns red and you realise you need to extract. You don't know the map, you run around like a maniac and you either die or get the MIA. It felt really weird when I played it for the first time, but at the same time I kenw my PC is shit so I was letting it slip and not take it so seriously... I was just enjoying a game with my friend and that was all that mattered to me :^) Year later I bought a brand new spakin' PC which was for the first time I've bought my OWN PC and ofc I tried to run some games here and there to look how they were running and then I remembered about Tarkov. I've tried to log into the account and after a warning that the "press kit" was deleted from the account, but I can use it as a standard edition account I got into a game! I played for many many hours straight! I was hooked and since 2018 to this god damn day I play every wipe, every god damn thing on ETS, bough myself an EOD, bought the game to 2 friends and eventually bought them EOD too and I've never had any regret about the money. The fun we've had over the years and seeing how the game got more and more popular! I'm really happy because at one point I was afraid the game is gonna die out. Before 0.11 the game was literally GHOST TOWN. You could go any map at any time, early wipe/later wipe and you would just not find any PMCs ... Punisher Part 6 was impossible to compete ... you could run around the map and throw granades all around you and no one would come even close (if there even was a single soul) But thankfully, when the 0.11 came out I don't know what exactly helped the most, but more streamers started to stream the game, even though I don't watch him at all, but around the time when Shroud streamed the game for the first time I was in disbelief how many people were in the lobbies! Before you could see like 5-10 players in the lobby, you'd finish your raid, went another one and like 3/4 of the players you saw before were still there xd All the meta changes, the HK dominating the game, PK-06 sight being the one pixel reddot, thousands of backpacks in your backpack in one raid, no weight system, no hand stamina, decrowning of HK by VAL, decrowning of VAL by VEPR Hunter, Decrowning of VEPR Hunter by UMP this wipe ... and many MANY other things this game had or didn't have ... are slowly but surely getting into perfection. Sure the game is hard, sometimes outright bullshit. You can see milions of "Tips & Tricks on PVP" and practice in offline mode on raiders or whatever, you get into the raid and seconds after spawn you get one-tapped by another PMC. You go another raid, can't find a living soul only to be again one-tapped not being able to fight back what so ever... You can go into the game with great mood and leave the raid with even happier mood .... or rip your ass hair out so fast you won't be able to sit down for a week. This game ... is just one of a kind and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us :) (Hopefully better servers that's for sure >.>) Last year I've bought a new account that I'm keeping a standard one, since I find playing EOD just ... really easy tbh :X I've tried hardcore account one wipe and managed to get to level ~50 then burned out... All kinds of challenges for myself, but playing Standard account and deleting everything from my stash on wipe just starting with a knife is what I like the most. It's much harder, the smaller stash makes you value your space more, you must think ahead what you need and what's only gonna take space... if you'll ever find yourself in this situation after some more wipes, def. try this one out... just delete ALL when the wipe hits. If possible get a Standard account and you'll have a blast that I can promise ya! See you in Tarkov my friend! Hope you'll enjoy the game as much as I do!!
Kevin, i just wanted to say you made the best videos on Tarkov period. Explanations and breakdowns of all the thoughts going through your head, and showing newer players how to get through. Hope youre having a good time out there lad.
I miss your uploads. you have us so much good information and you've helped me grow as a better player. Glad to see you're still streaming over on Twitch!
Super addicted to the latest Tarkov wipe, but have been struggling with PvP - I hadn’t played in a couple years and definitely rusty. You speak my language. I haven’t until now now found a streamer who approached the game from the same point of view I do. That coupled with the way you speak to the strategic reasoning you have for the movements you make is why you now have a new subscriber. Keep it up! I’ll enjoy what comes next!
Good to see you posting again Kevin! These videos are my favorite Tarkov content and I quote it to my teammates constantly. Looking forward to the next one!
So glad to see this back. This series Is probably one of the most In depth series out there for any player. Also explains positioning and power plays way more than the average UA-camr. Good shit.
Just got back into tarkov after 2 years of afk. I used to watch alot of ur vids. And the other day while i was pvping. Randomly kicked in to run back and flank and than i remembered u. I still have massive nervousness while fighting heck even before a fight. Hands shakin and shit even after 1k hours in this game.
Hey Kevin(from the internet), Glad to see videos popping up from you! Was worried we was going to lose you to lifes bullsh**. I know how that goes. Good to see you back at it and in good spirits. -Matt(from the internet)

Just have to say that I've only discovered the channel and I'm really enjoying it. Thanks for uploading and we really hope to see you put more out - are you playing this wipe?
First time viewer here, and a fairly new Tarkov player. I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to create this content. And I am loving the slogan, "always remember to pop a pain." as i've been through many a struggle with not realizing we can do that prior to a gun fight. Definitely looking forward to more of your videos!

Missed you mate, please keep doing this, this is gonna be a huge year for tarkov, it's exploding on twitch, and except for a few cheaters this is the best wipe we had
I’ve only been playing EFT for a little while and just now graduated to actually being able to survive scav runs. I really appreciate your patient and detailed approach to explaining how and why you succeed, as well as any possible failures. Subscribed and eager for more knowledge from you.
I'm a new Tarkov player, and watch a lot of vids, but this video is the one I learned the most! You are so right with those streamers what calling others very nasty words, or even cheaters when they shot, but when they shoot other players the same way, they are suddenly stupid jerks or something. Thanks for the video man 👋 I'm struggling a lot, and have zero confidence, because I'm every time dead in a few seconds. Now playing a month, and I'm even thinking to stop playing Tarkov. But I love the game a lot.Just playing only as a Scav, but as a PMC it's not fun. Your video give me hope, and I'm going to watch your other too. I have played COD and Medal of Honer a lot, and fairly good as a player, but Tarkov is just so different.
Very true, moving the way I do does put me in bad spots with no cover. But not all of us call hacks. I have played for almost 2 years and only encountered 3 cheaters and only called hacks during those 3 encounters. Anyway awesome video. Keep em coming!!
Glad to have you back bro, I myself am back from a break from Tarkov and am enjoying ratting around in preparation for wipe. Looking forward to any content from yo, no rush though! Much love
Yeah because those same people started out with good gear at the wipe right? Gear helps but skills are what's the difference. There's no skill in sitting in a corner
Hey, you forgot to mention that the 2 people, after you fight the pilgrim guy, may now know your position recognizing the weapons you used before. so they may can push you faster
Welcome back. Also 100% agree about the esports style players. This is where inertia has become a real breath of fresh air. It has cut so much of the bullshit these guys relied on out of the game.
the Breakdown series is my favorite Tarkov content to watch helps me a lot I'm still bad but these videos do so much to help me try to bring it all together I've had the game for a while it's just haven't really put in the time for it really hope you continue to do these man.
heyy nice to see you again i also took a big break and left the whole last wipe behind but the game right now is in my opinion better than ever… i am glad that you are back, the breakdown series is super valuable for me thanks for that
I just want to say iwe learned more in your 5 videos than whatching pestily or ant other tarkov tip channel combined thanks i think that you are my faforite tarkov channel
Glad to see you continue this series. I've be been on a bit of a loosing streak, but with the help of your advice I feel like I can turn this around. Thanks and keep these coming.
I missed your comments on the game, like you I intend to play slow and position well (I try at least), and this wipe has been the best for that style of gameplay, hope you'll enjoy it !
I hope to see more uploads from you Kevin. You are one of the very best Tarkov "guides", in lack of a better term. Cheers!
Lars! Always "funky" too see you under these videos, really cool heheh

Glad to have you back bro, I myself am back from a break from Tarkov and am enjoying ratting around in preparation for wipe. Looking forward to any content from yo, no rush though!
Much love
Keep it up dude, i love seeing content that doesn't focus on Lvl 5+ armor and 400k guns, this is much more interesting.
Good to see you again, Kev! Great advice as always from Mr T-Rex eyes
Please we need more
Good to see you back Kevin from the internet!
We miss your content, Kevin!
Cheers from Brazil.
Good stuff, I appreciate players that use their brains and don’t worship players that rely on having better gear/guns because they play 24/7
Yeah because those same people started out with good gear at the wipe right?
Gear helps but skills are what's the difference. There's no skill in sitting in a corner
having better gear isnt gonna win you a gunfight if the other person knows what theyre doing
@@jAmzye think you missed my point
@@sp00kyd4ddy6 hence my point lol
@@bolawdean not really you said people rely on good gear to win my point was you cant rely on shit in tarkov unless you know what youre doing
Glad to see you back on the UA-cams
Glad to see your movie again, I like them the most among all EFT creators :)
is the true survival/hardcore series gonna come back? I really enjoyed it
Hey, you forgot to mention that the 2 people, after you fight the pilgrim guy, may now know your position recognizing the weapons you used before. so they may can push you faster
Welcome back.
Also 100% agree about the esports style players. This is where inertia has become a real breath of fresh air. It has cut so much of the bullshit these guys relied on out of the game.
Playing agressive is still the way to go though.
the Breakdown series is my favorite Tarkov content to watch helps me a lot I'm still bad but these videos do so much to help me try to bring it all together I've had the game for a while it's just haven't really put in the time for it really hope you continue to do these man.
Wilkomen, from the norse part of the PNW, good to see more videos on the channel, missed you, sugar.
