Something to think about to anyone out there; after I got an allergy test I became allergic to things I was never allergic to before. @@teddyxruxpin it's not that bad and it's only one cat that triggers a reaction more than the other cat. And it's only if he's really close to my face. • @theo2z1z94

There is a positive side to this story. Due to the test I found out I had allergies to the dust mites that get in the mattress. Since then I've used an allergen cover and I breathe much easier at night. I'm pretty sure that I was allergic to these things before the test and it was only because of the test that I found out. But I could just have easily figured that out without getting a test. Moral of the story I think is "he that breaks a thing to find out what it is, has left the path of wisdom" -Gandalf

It took me 2 week intervals of the elimination diet with wheat, eggs, dairy and even potatoes and spicy peppers to deduce what will trigger joint pain, stomach issues and psoriasis outbreaks. I was finally able to get an allergy test that confirmed that I’m indeed allergic to dairy, eggs and wheat. The test didn’t include peanuts, white potatoes or peppers, but I refrain from eating them. Greens 🥬 are the healthiest, water and nutrient dense so it is good to have big salads or add the greens to smoothies. Experiment with different mixes for variety. Make your own dressing, too. There are tons of recipes which include adding veggies and some plant fat to bulk up the dressings and calorie count since veggies are low calorie on their own.

I mean the juicer type that gives you only the juice so it is easier for digestion. Taking some supplements because following some certain diets makes it difficult to get nutritional needs.

Lectin Diet. Without the eggs. What the chicken ate makes a difference with the eggs reactions. Feed the bird Corn or Soy and you'll get more intense reactions. Takes SIX WEEKS to clear the corn and soy from a bird before the eggs are safe to eat if you have corn or soy reactions.
I can avoid (as I have been doing for years) all the items on your list and and I STILL get autoimmune reactions. They don't always get triggered by what I eat.

When I wasn't digesting proteins and fats very well I drank a Tbs if apple cider vinegar or lemon juice in 8-10 oz water just before every meal for maybe 2-3 mo's until I didn't need it anymore.

I’d had the same symptoms as my sibs all my life but until I aged into the 60 year old range…my sibs had never told me of their symptoms and clinical diagnosis. My family were raised on farms and farm foods …fresh etc. and I don’t know if they suffered gut trouble thru those years or not but,,,what I have noted in my 😢era,,that since gmo’s came into existence…there are many more IBS and auto immune disorders diagnosed. First was wheat…scientist decided that the wheat produced 40 years ago that fed many nations under starvation,,didn’t have enough protein it so they manipulated the genes to produce more protein in wheat as we could supply that to the world but not actual protein foods. Then…some 5-10 years after such seeds were used …we began to hear of wheat allergies in numbers never before dreamed of. Those scientists who invented that first..gmo…thought they’d be helping a starving world but instead they’ve messed up the guts of billions of people from the solitary use of such wheat. And of course,,the other grains fed to chickens and cows…other farm meat animals,, affected us too be cause we eat what they eat…the molecules don’t change because something ate it.

I've been on a keto diet for about 2yrs now to reset my metabolic health. I lost 55 lbs and got rid of psoriasis, eczema, swollen prostate and 5 allergies. I'm 69 yrs old but feel so much better. All this achieved by using advice from online doctors like yourself.
I recently had xrays done to check on reported dark spots detected on my lungs in Zimbabwe. I used to smoke but started vaping about 17 months ago. Results of the recent xrays indicate nothing to be concerned about and not urgent.
2days after the xrays I developed a massive itchy burny eczema type rash on my upper chest and sternum. I've not had this type of rash for over a year, could this be as a result of the xray. Pse let me know, I'm very concerned.

Could you do a show on what you should eat if you have gastroparesis. My girlfriend has it after a botched gall bladder surgery and is having a lot of problems. Thanks

He’d likely say follow a keto diet with IF, however yesterday he put out a video about B1 deficiency. That’s one of the signs. B1 helps with that! ☀️

She might be deficient in potassium. Potassium increases gut motility. You can mix half a teaspoon potassium citrate powder with water twice a day or take tablets.

My husband and I went on gluten-free diet because he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 5-6 years ago we lost very little weight and it did not make any difference we did it for over a year so we decide to just eat healthier . He gets transfusions now four times a year for his rheumatoid and it is keeping it from deteriorating further but he still is on prednisone low low dose , we did recently start taking Morenga every day in pill form and I drink it as a tea also and it has helped him with pain for his rheumatoid but my arthritis it has not helped at a loss of what to do diet wise anymore ! We do eat a lot of eggs but I don’t think he would be willing to give them up

I’m interested to know about the other proteins one can be allergic to, especially since you mentioned fish. I’ve never heard about this before, but I do get extremely tired after eating it.

I've suffered with Sarcoidosis for decades, just to find out it's gluten. Why couldn't any of the plethora of doctors figure this out? I figured it out on my own and I don't even have a medical degree.

I have Hashimoto's Disease. An endocrinologist told me this is caused by a gene I was born with. She said, "Can you guess what causes it?" I said, "Uh, Estrogen?" I was 52 then. She nodded. "I can tell you right now that you are at least perimenopausal. There are three times in a woman's life when that gene can express itself: Puberty, when estrogen goes ZOOM; childbirth, when estrogen goes WHUMP; and MENOPAUSE, when estrogen is like a roller coaster." Eh?
