So glad to see you finally do some Pixies! Great job as always.. you’re my favorite internet guitar teacher, Adrian. Your Les Paul riff series is getting me to pull my own out of the case again after a long stint wielding a Stratocaster. Some Second Coming era Stone Roses would be pretty neat to learn.
Great, as always. One small request/comment, I find it really helpful when you give the notes their name, not just the fret position. But I realise that would make the whole lesson take longer, it's just really helpful when you are trying to master the fretboard!

Great song choice! If you ever do another Pixies song, Wave of Mutilation (UK Surf) would be interesting.
It’s pretty easy, and I think you could probably work it out by yourself. Getting the right vibe with the reverb and tremolo is the hardest part.
UK surf version is gross

On an unrelated note, Adrian, I've been listening to an audiobook of "Play It Loud" by Tolinski & di Perna, an enjoyable history of the electric guitar. They happened to mention the extraordinary length of Hendrix's fingers, which I somehow hadn't been aware of. The finger length comments sure made me think of you. I remember one of your basic blues lessons where your fretting pinky finger kind of freaked me out......I know long fingers are not a requirement but they must be handy!

Two guitars in a band. Back in the early 90's I had a Tele and the singer had a Rickenbacker. Similar range in the spectrum but I was much fucking louder ;)
Could you get the same sound with a smaller amp and a cheaper guitar like a fender squier?
