@@mattjones8254 it's never worth the chance. anyone who is suspected of having illegal guns must always be approached with as much caution as possible. also, possession of federally regulated weapons without registration is not a simple gun charge. it's a serious felony,.
especially with assault rifles...I own some and believe me, the federal government does not mess around with this crime...I have a friend who fu%ked around and found out. .. ended up in very serious trouble...not to mention the cost for the lawyers...tried to warn him but he's a hard head...

It was definitely not overused. Considering who and what he's connected to, things he's done, it's just the right amount of force. It sounds to me like you're not familiar w things that have been said and going on by ppl who were there firsthand for years upon years. This is just the right amount of force for all of the serious, murderous (literally), vile things he's done.

The legislative pleadings/privileges are absolutely ridiculous, especially when it's against a well-known respondent in a civil complaint. I would like our laws changed so that a claimant claiming horrendous, criminal allegations have at least a preponderance of evidence BEFORE these types of lawsuits can be filed.

The Lil Rod lawsuit includes his son, several executives that run 3-4 businesses he owns, that are also included in lawsuit. Plus a few others that procure drugs, SA, and other stuff. Many RICO allegations made. It’s 90 + pages w/300 accusations.
