You missed shiva in junon harbour
Priscilla will give you a pendant for rescuing her with the Shiva Materia. You can't miss it.

I think it's because Shiva is the one summon you can't miss as it's part of the story to help Priscilla

Sorry you need Ramhu too. This game is unforgivable for this.
You actually can. All you have to do is defeat the Emerald Weapon and get the Earth Harp from it. There’s an old man who will give you a full set of Master Materia in exchange for it.
Question is there a way to go back for Ramuh? I miss him cause I dint see it
