- I’ve been a vegetarian for over 10 years, and been going to Disney for over 25 years. I feel confident saying I’ve tried the majority of vegan and vegetarian options in the parks! This January, I finally documented some of my vegan and vegetarian meals.
Hollywood Studios: Prime Time, Fairfax Fare
Magic Kingdom: Friar’s Nook, Kona Cafe, Pecos Bill
Epcot: Festival of the Arts, Teppan Edo

i'm glad that disney is offering more plant based items but i feel like they can do better. i remember the days when they had nothing but french fries.. the struggle is so real
The Beyond Sausage at Casey's Corner is really good
As someone with a milk allergy, even back in the early 2000s Disney dining was great and conscientious about allergies. With the rise of the plant-based symbol to mean no dairy, and plant-based stuff everywhere, eating at Disney is an absolute paradise nowadays. It's fun to see what other people choose to eat!
The Caesar salad dressing is not vegetarian, fair warning they list theirs as having anchovies. most traditional Caesar dressings are made this way
Oh great point! Thanks Zack! Cousin Harold’s it is 😅
She eats fish she isn't a vegetarian
Pescatarian is a big leap from vegan imho. But I have gone pescatarian in the past. It was an easier step for me. There is a plant based Ronto wrap in HS that is delicious.(or at least there was last year)
Disney has a lot of great meals for vegetarians and vegans, but the special offerings for festivals and special events aren’t the best.
Are you in club 33? How do you afford to come here so often.
Not in Club 33 no! We usually take 1 long trip a year and 3-5 shorter trips. Since we have income from the Mouselets business as well as our full time jobs, we’re able to travel more frequently!
So you eat fish so this really isn't a vegetarian review then? Okay, information that might have been helpful at the start of this.
LOLOLOL, okay, you can't complain about butter when you are eating eggs and FISH! Gurl, look up the definition of vegetarian, okay?
