    7. Mara in Animal Kingdom Lodge (Falafel Burger)
    8. Animal Kingdom: Harambe Market: Grilled Vegetable Stack
    9. Les Halles in Epcot (good for vegetarians but not vegan)
    Table Service
    1. Sanaa in Animal Kingdom Lodge - ask for full vegetarian menu; bread service is outstanding
    2. Boma in Animal Kingdom Lodge - buffet, amazing soups
    3. Tusker House in Animal Kingdom; buffet with many veg options; character meal
    4. Biergarten in Epcot; menu with a lot of meat, but also many vegetarian options (not so many vegan options)

    6. Ohana (in Polynesian Resort); you can change meat for tofu
    7. Kona Café in Polynesian Resort
    8. Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom (Asian-based; can be switched to veg)
    Snacks
    1. Dole Whip: the pineapple is vegan (vanilla has dairy) (where to get: Aloha Isle in MK; Tamu Tamu in AK; Pineapple Lanai in the Polynesian resort; Market Place Snacks at Disney Springs)
    2. Popcorn with “butter” all over Disney World is vegan

A lot of places have the black bean burger, but it isn't vegan. Many of those places upon request can sub out a gardenburger which is vegan. I agree with you though, that's kind of a last resort when it comes to Disney...

I visited in February 2020 and Disney has done a great job of adding Vegan/Vegetarian options especially to their quick service restaurants, so much that I was not expecting it! I have been vegetarian for a while now, I usually order sides or slightly modify meals to make the vegetarian, which I am used to doing but this time was not the case! I would go up to quick service restaurants prepared to order sides but when I thoroughly examined the menu, I saw that they have added options like plant based hot dogs at Caseys Corner, plant based sausages at Flame Tree BBQ, and I saw an interesting plant based burger at Pecos Bills, and many many more! I was staying at Saratoga for a night and didn't even realize one of the breakfast sandwiches I was jealous I couldn't have was actually plant based because I just did not even give the menu description a second glance when I read the word "sausage", but I will be reading more thoroughly from now on!

Loved the tofu bowls at Satuli Canteen! I wanted to eat at all the restaurants at AK Lodge, they all looked good :-) Sanaa was fantastic - totally agree about the bread service. Disney World's actually really good for vegetarians - you can often ask for a veggie option if there isn't one, and at some places (like La Hacienda de San Angel) they bring out a special vegetarian menu if you ask.

So happy for this food blog!!! I absolutely love Biergarten. I agree with the other choices but have some other gems. Columbia Harbour House has a vegetarian chili that is fantastic. Pizzafari surprised me on my last trip with a wonderful Mediterranean flatbread. Their broccoli is also wonderful and flavorful.

Also as an added tip you can ask any quick service kiosk (ice cream carts, popcorn stands, counter service restaurants, etc.) for a food allergy book! Every location should have a binder of what is dairy-free, gluten-free, and even have complete ingredient lists if you need it! It also helps you to ask for it because whenever you ask a cast member for that binder they call their manager and tell them someone asked for it as well as what you ordered. I think it's a way for managers to see what options are working and were they can improve! :)

To help any future viewers or time travelers, I can personally recommend the vegetarian Bangers & Mash at The Plaza in Magic Kingdom. Those were absolutely bonkers and very filling, no weird 'fake meat' rubberiness.
Also worth mentioning they have the fried green tomato sandwich there as well, but it does come with bacon by default.

It has probably already been said but Chef TJ is at Cape May right now (Spring 2020) or was before the covid shutdown. My wife and inlaws got to experience his service while I got to stay behind at the resort (POFQ) with a cranky 4 year old but she has told me he is absolutely worth seeing if you are a vegan. When you make reservations make sure you ask what days he works and hopefully he will be there.

I was happy to find some kind of vegan snowcone thing and a boxed salad that was more than pedestrian for me because they included red bell pepper and kidney beans. Thank you so much for making this video - awesome job! We've just got back from a WDW trip and ate at almost all the CS places you listed. In addition to the rice bowl, Pecos Bill's can make a vegetarian version of any of their meat dishes with a really tasty courgette and squash mix.
Other than these places, however, I felt that many of the quick service veggie options had gone downhill since our last trip. It used to be that almost every CS place had a different and interesting veggie option available, but now it seems to be more and more veggie burger or salad. We ended up hitting a number of our favourites (listed in your video!) twice, just so I could get a decent meal. If anyone else has found this, please write to the Mouse to let him know you're not happy! On the last night we went to Boma and hogged-out on amazing rice, cous cous and stacks of vegetables, so that made things a lot better! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :)

I think we will enjoy Via Napoli's white and Blaze pizza because we love pizza and Italian food. I have never experienced Disney World as a Vegetarian as I have only been one since September. I am very excited for that though!

I might be going back to Disney World next January as a full vegetarian, so it’s good to know that there are some really great options! Last time I went in May I was a little stressed because I didn’t do my research on vegetarian food across the parks. This time, I will make sure to plan out the different options that I will have.

Thank you so much for this video! I would’ve been so lost every time I’ve been to Disney (and I’m an AP) if it weren’t for online resources like this. One of my favorite places is in the land pavilion and I think they have 2(??) vegan options. Thank you for making this video so I can see all the food without having to go everywhere lol

Wow! Thank you AJ!! This was wonderful. We are vegan, and recently have become gluten free due to 2 Celiac diagnoses within our family. If you could do a video about gluten free choices, that would also be great. I know you are not vegan or vegetarian, so I truly appreciate that you made this video!
