@@boixos1889 just discover this exercise 4 days so i cannot confirm it. But the pain in my high hamstring go away like 50%, now i'm at least can sit down and focus.

Hey what if you have to sit long hours due to health problems and have pain on one side of the buttocks. I think it is a nerve pinch in my lower spine but I don't have pain going down my leg it stops at my butt. I don't have pain when I am up walking around. But I have to sit because I have limited energy due to illnesses

Are we to flex our glutes or leave them relaxed? I assume flexed. Should we also be doing this more than once a day/ morning and night?

Can upper hamstring tendonopathy cause pain in the hip at the same time as causing pain in the ass?
This could be gluteal tendinopathy.

@@abrahamcruz7319 yes thankfully i was a bit better now. What i did was just do some yoga good for your your situation, also lessen motorcycle rides, get a better posture. I also eat foods that helps my constipation to get my vowel movement everday to lessen your uric acid.
