  • Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly relieve glute muscle tightness and pain using NO EQUIPMENT!
We're going to focus on lengthening and strengthening the three glute muscles, commonly known as the buttocks. This includes the gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus, and gluteus medius.
When these muscles are tight and weak, they tend to cause a lot of issues including back, hip, and leg pain.
All of these exercises will focus on fixing this, and each will target the glutes a little bit differently. To get the best results, go through all exercises and use what gives you the most relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home, require no equipment, and may give quick pain relief... even in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Watch now and get rid of glute pain for good!

About 2 weeks ago I had to call off work for 3 days. My back was in severe pain about 9-10.
I was going into deep depression but something inside me said "you need to gett off your pitty pot and fkn move! Do something now!". Out of desperation I looked up "lower back pain exercises". I discovered this channel, and now after about two weeks I'm finally feeling a little better. I can sit for longer times now. Pain went from 9-10 to about 1-2, not bad huh? I'm joining a gym and will continue to work out even after the pain is completely gone.
Thanks again sir! You're a life saver.

I am a physically active person anyway so I was able to do all the exercises 10 times. It is amazing my left glute pain is gone. I'm so happy I found you Dr. Rowe. Thank you so much.

I was recently diagnosed with gluteal tendinopathy, having lots of pain in my left hip. I needed to do bridges, dead bugs in a variety of exercises but getting on the floor was difficult. My husband and I bought a basic massage table on Amazon and I am now able to do all these exercises similar to what you have on your video without having to get down on the floor. I found that doing bridges on the bed was just too soft a surface and it didn’t work. I recommend to anyone who has difficulty getting on the floor to get a basic foldable MASSAGE TABLE. Thank you for all your great rehab videos.

I fell at work, on my bum. Over a month ago. Had to take 2 days off because of the pain. I thought I'd break some bone. Eventually the pain went and now it came back a lot worse! In form of zaps and muscular spasms, horrible! I thought it was my tail bone, but ordered a book of trigger point for pain, and I found out that it was my gluteus maximus that I had hurt. I wasn't able to explain the physiotherapist
What kind of pain I had, all I knew was that I fell on my bum. Now, I am able to do some exercises. It still hurts a lot, and I'm so happy that I found your channel Dr, because I can see a difference now! Thank you so much for sharing your expertise and knowledge.

OMG! (Oh my glutes!) I have been having glute pain for over a month and tried different stretches and even a lacrosse ball with minimal relief. This morning it was really painful so I wanted to see if I could find other exercises/stretches I hadn't tried. Your video popped up and I immediately clicked on it (I've been subscribed for a while and I've found your other videos quite helpful/informative). After going through the video and sets of exercises (just once!/one set!) I've already had a ton of pain relief. I will keep doing them and add more sets. Thank you for providing this super useful and helpful information!!

But I have a big pickleball tournament tomorrow and need a fix. After these exercises, I feel a LOT better and will repeat them later today and tomorrow morning. I hope I don’t have to take Tylenol before this tournament. With these exercises, maybe not.

Very recent studies have proven that it's much better to do stretching before going to bed because your body will quickly "remember" the range of motion it went through. Bet money you will notice a significant difference in pain and range of motion in the morning if you exercised/stretched the night before.
