I have endured horrific pain for 3 months with doctors telling me I have arthritis (without investigation) when I knew it was the muscles.After months of suffering I googled my symptoms (despite the doctors saying don't use doctor Google) and realised my intincts were right. I have trouble doing the’ next level’ exercises. The other ones I already do. Eighteen months ago, before my injury I could do anything I wanted. After injury, I could not even put my socks or shoes on. My physiotherapist just told me I’m free to try what I want to try. Thank you. I will add the ‘next level’ ones to my morning stretching routine before I get out of bed. They do help. I ‘plan’ to go hiking in the bush this summer.
I found your site while searching for tinnitus help. I have had tinnitus since I had a severe head injury when I was 8 years old. That was 52 years ago. I have severe tinnitus and memory problems as well I'm praying this helps my problems.
I'm sorry. I hope this might be of help to you. I have had tinnitus and it does come back every now and again. I thought it was my ear was damaged or liquid stuck in my ear my or inner ear deformed and the sound bending around it and making that sound. From what I can tell, it turns out it's related to lack of working out, cardio (bloodflow) and tightness in the jaw and around the ear and neck. Tightness would also be in your mouth. So the answer there is to massage the inside of your mouth and on the outside near your ear and your jaw. Same goes for your neck and traps. It's all connected. I hope that helps you.
Love your videos! Recently diagnosed with mild scoliosis and am under chiropractic care, which has helped tremendously. The figure 4 exercises help me the the most with my stubborn pirifomis and hamstring issues.

I deal with this type of tightness and pain occasionally. These stretches seem to help a lot and quickly. I've found that hitting the glutes and hip flexors with a message gun is the most effective at quickly eliminating pain and tension. It's like night and day after just 30 seconds.
Ok… you are doing things for me that no one has ever done. And that is *really* saying something. I am scheduled to get a second lower lumbar injection tomorrow because my first ones a month and a half ago didn’t work, but now I almost feel as if I don’t need the shot tomorrow. Wow.
That very first exercise is the one that finally started offering me more permanent relief. Using my own body weight to roll those muscles out was a game changer.
Holy sh*t ….. I have been suffering with sciatica and piriformis pain for over seven years, therapy, injections, acupuncture, medication. Nothing seemed to really help but these exercises which they never really did in therapy actually helped me to feel better within the first time running through this. I’m hoping it’s going to be more permanent but we will see. I actually feel a good blood flow/stretch sensation in my legs and lower back, I can’t thank you enough.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
@@magic.weaver I started these is just days before I arrived in Aruba for vacation and I am actually doing them right now, it definitely helps to loosen up the piriformis… Unfortunately, I still may need to go for injections because it is also affecting the sciatic nerve. But I will say, if you really do these stretching exercises and do the repetitions you will feel relief… Hoping for a more pain-free vacation now
I know how much stretching helps but I struggle with thinking up ways to posture the body to stretch certain areas, especially this new strained ass muscle. Thanks for all these demonstrations. Liked and saved to do it daily until my muscles acclimate to exercising again after 12 years sedentary.
The pain is awful when I do these exercises. It goes all the way down the outside of my left leg into the ankle. Is it normal for them to be painful please? If so I will continue and work through it.
I'm awaiting a long wait for MRI with the VA here in Kansas. I tried your movements, and it made it worse. When I'm working the pain is a 3-4 level. At night after sitting down for an hour or so, I can barely get off couch without extreme sharp pain 9-10 almost dropping me to the floor. Numbness in left foot when standing too long as well. I'm 46, never been injured or experienced pain like this. Any recommendations please!
Thank you sir it helped me alot . I have pain in my whole right leg ranging from hip , knee to feet . And i also have knock knee problem. The pain gets intence whenever I wear my shoes. Plz put some light on it. Tq By the way your hairs are very nice plz share some hair care routine
@srirangapathak7014 You actually like Dr Rowe's hairstyle, so much your asking advice on how to achieve it? That's easy, just google hairstyles from the 1950s. His hair looks like he got caught in a time warp! Although, it's a nice colour, and he has no obvious problem with premature baldness, it's way too boring. Also, it makes him look like he's a participant in some strict ultra christian group. He needs to mess it up a bit, so he looks less like an older man, and more like his real age.

My piriformis doesnt allow me to stay seated, i get the radiating pain in my foot immediately. I can drive and sit in certain chairs or angle, cannot sit in bed or lie on side. Advice please
I've also faced the same problems as you mentioned and luckily i found Dr.Rowe and followed his exercises twice-daily. Now I feel much better than previous (just a result of 2-3 weeks).

Added soft tissue massage and reflex points for the Psoas muscle to the mix. Loving it, so relaxing. As well as foot reflex massage of areas related.

Could this be easily confused for L5-S1 bulge disc pain or vice-versa?
Doctor does this also help for pundendal neuralgia??
