    Thank you for a great video, my buttocks pain was relief after doing all 3 hard exercises ,I'm a truck driver and yesterday I was driving in pain all day I felt like my butt was on fire and ibuprofen worked very little but i feel better now,, in appreciation I just subscribed to your channel, thank you and god bless

    I'm glad I found this video. I have intense pains in the upper point of my butt crack whenever I sit down for more than 5 or 10 minutes and then it hurts the worst when I get up from sitting down. I'm really feeling it today because I sat down at the lobby of a mechanics for 2 hours. Boy, that hurts.

    This video was helpful! What I need and haven't been able to find is recommendations for good desk chairs (or qualities to look for in desk chairs) for those struggling with a literal pain in the butt. Do I want a mesh or a cushion seat for example. Help!

    Hi doctor, I’m diabetic and had peripheral neuropathy I have reversed both recently but the butt pain is still there whenever I sit in hard surface I directly feel my butt and after few sec it starts hurting and recently the improvement in this pain is while sleeping in sideways my side bone is hurting.. kindly advise me to whom to consult

    This is a very helpful video. If you do the long lever bridge should you feel it more in the hamstrings or the glutes?

    How many times a week should the excercises need to be done?

      These can be completed daily if not done too intensely. Little and often to get started.
