It's anyone that can take the time, and is in the condition to be able to absorb his information, they will benefit. God willing, his podcasts will be a requirement in all medical institutions. It would be nice if doctors prescribed his videos instead of, or in conjunction, with meds. What a wonderful world this could be!
I take no drugs thanks to listening to people like yourself and like minded Dr's, I am 76 with no health problems, thanks for all that you do. If people would take the time to apply your message to their life what a different it would make
This was awesome thank you!!! Choline - how much is recommended to adequate? Iron - Anaemia can cause dementia. Iron can deposit in the brain so be careful when you supplement. Vitamin D - obese women less than 30ng/ml - regulates insulin and neural inflammation, had positive outcomes when supplementing. Omega 3 - lower DHA can cause cognitive impairment. It should be 4 or higher. EPA - brains worker harder if deficient. B12 - better cognitive function if deficient and start supplementing. B12, Folate and Choline together Magnesium - serum testing is least accurate. Deficiency effects neural function.

magnesium L Theronate.....only magnesium that breaks through the brain barrier ....i take 3 a day....less brain fog in morning , retention/ memory increase and great vivid dreams
Im not bragging but I take lots of C and at age 72 im on the top 10 best scores ever on Deadpool and Avenger, very fast modern pinball machines in a huge busy arcade. MULTIBALL!! 5 at a time... I also get lots of omegas from wild salmon and vape high cbd industrial hemp. Eggs have choline.
I always have to ask what the side affects are. Additionally they are wrong at times. For instance I've asked about 8 doctors about taking spironolactone long term. All said its okay. Then i find out, no its not okay.
I took it for six months. I felt a hell of a lot of leg tingling and my feet felt like sandpaper, my eyes and hair were dry too. I was also lightheaded and couldn’t exercise
I have memory fog from sleep deprivation similar to the Russian sleep torture experiment living next to a hotel without a license to sell alcohol for a decade of sleep torture from poor housing and a water damaged flat roof is this memory fog reversible? Started b complex and choline supplement to see if my memory returns in my early 30s.
It would be nice if that were true but it's not just the glyphosate. I'm one of those people who have had to eliminate all grains, organic and non-organic, as I react to all of them.
It's both. If you want to learn more, you will see it. And change your eating pattern. Or you can't, that happens also. Some people rather die soon with the sugar rush and enough dopamine in their brain 🧠, when they could have lived 10 years extra. It's about longevity.
@@ssadelaidian3811it's because of glyphosate that the body is observing it as something harmful. Stephanie Seneff talks about it and has done research in rise of illnesses alongside the rise in use of glyphosate.
THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr Osborne! Another stellar, high quality presentation! You put so much detail, effort and time into your extremely helpful videos, it's very appreciated. Top tier work! 👏❤
I am suffering with anxiety and depression. It is so severe, that i know i cannot think, i try so hard, but cannot think. the depression, has a hidden factor as well, it blocks my memory and my brain goes into shock when a slight bit of pressure comes on, and I am blank, just blank, cannot focus on anything. its kinda like a huge pressure closing a valve in my brain. my brain just shuts down, nothing going thro .. i just don't know what to do.
Hold on to hope. There are things he listed that might be your missing puzzle piece. Vit D (2000iu or more with k2, b vitamins (natural, not lab made), and magnesium. All very important and yet most people are deficient. These can help. Some say ashwaganda helps with anxiety.
Very low carb keto diet but gradually ween off the carbs get off all processed foods a high fat and meat ( beef grass fed ) is what you want to aim for the powers that be want us to not eat this they want you on low fat they want you ill get off sugar and all seed oils, please just give it a try my brain fog cleared up, give it a month then aim for another month take it step by step
Looks like from this video you need to increase vitamin C intake through food and daily supplement, also take daily Omega 3 supplement containing EPA and DHA., check your with your doctor if you have vitamin B deficiency and/or vitamin D deficiency, someone with vitamin D deficiency shows depression, dizziness, fatigue, things like that ... If you want to increase magnesium, best to do it through food, eat a handful of pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds a day, these are good supplies of magnesium, I pray you get better. If you can, try to keep consistent go to bed time and waking up time (eg. 10pm-6.30am allows 8 hours sleep), this really helps.
IMO, He's listed a lot of great nutrients. I love Dr Osbornes videos. They have helped me. I have also been using Retinol (to load the bio avialable copper into ceruloplasmin transporter enzyme.). Also Magnesium glycinate for mitochondria energy. Vit. B2 ,B5 to assist and recycle glutathione. BTW mold exposure down regulates the gsh enzyme needed for the creation of Glutathione.
This was quality content. Thank you. I was watching the live and in the comments you put the link to see the written notes. I didn't click on it because I was watching. Now that it is no longer live all those comments disappeared. Will you post the link to your notes. THANKS.
Is ROSEHIPS TEA 🍵 A GOOD remedy for Vitamin C ASCORBATE source for health self Care throughout a day???? Good remedy for brain fog relief??? Parsley tea 🍵 also???? Qualities???
I got damaged by psychiatry quite badly in late 2006. A cast of characters and some snorts and giggles for psychiatric abuse and health care fraud of a captured person. About 30 grams of lithium and Risperdal M-tab over 5 weeks, causes Drug Induced Parkinson's.
What about long-term carnivores? It was my understanding that if you are not ingesting a lot of carbs, your body will produce an optimal amount of vitamin c to prevent brain fog or other issues.

Vitamin C and Ivermectin good to regrow gut micro biome bacteria (bifidobakteria) after things like covid ☝️
I find R Lipoic or Alpha Lipoic Acid works great for brain fog... it crosses the blood brain barrier and seems to clear up problems

Is that why people who can't eat gluten can eat gluten in Europe?

I take all of these suggested supplements and they all help, but picometer magnesium + IV magnesium was the big game changer for brain fog.
Roundup aka glyphosate is used to dry our wheat etc etc
It was patented as an antibiotic.
What about long-term carnivores? It was my understanding that if you are not ingesting a lot of carbs, your body will produce an optimal amount of vitamin c to prevent brain fog or other issues.
I'm pretty sure that vitamin c isn't produced from the body. Must be ingested.
