There’s hope for doctors with integrity!
An actual Professor of Nutrition .
In pumpkin seeds lowered with Zink
Wow what a fantastic lecture! You must be a great medical doctor and teacher. Thank you very much.
Not a medical doctor, but I love your compliment!
Are you Osborne's mom?
Wow. One of the only doctors who I've ever heard mention the importance of avoiding phytates in regards to zinc absorption
I've heard a couple of others on UA-cam, but I agree it's not mentioned enough. I used to consume loads of phytates (and other antinutrients such as oxylates) and definitely had some deficiencies linked to that
Why would most mention it when they can offer you a manmade drug instead and get a kickback from the company? It is not in the best interest of most to give us information on ANYTHING considered a natural remedy.
You need following to absorb Zinc into the tissues at a cellular level ::
1. Active B6 - P5P
2. Vit B12
3. Magnesium
4. Copper ! (intracellular Copper else you'd develop Zinc intolerance)
5. Vit C
6. Bioflavonoids such as Quercetin / Rutin / PAC's
Zinc synergies well with certain Amino acids such as Taurine, Methionine, Lysine, Argenine. Hence, Zinc is better consumed with B vitamins & aminos or still better a protein source.
Most natural dietry sources of zinc also have Copper.
You must have Zinc & copper at seperate times and strive to maintain a 7.5 : 1 ratio. Imbalance in Zinc, copper ratio will create multiple health issues.
If you want Zinc, copper, aminos, B vitamins & all Zinc synergistic cofactors try carnivore diet !
Your comment is the most productive one I’ve seen according to many academic medical research I’ve done!
I can only add that it seems to have brought my sense of smell back which I lost in covid 2 years ago

CONGRATULATIONS MY DOCTOR, THANK SO MUCH
This was so informative. I am going to search your other videos.
A very comprehensive and informative presentation doc. Thank you
MEGA EXCELLENT TUTORIAL IN DETAIL
Once again, thanks very much for the valuable information.
Very useful info. A chart of what zinc needs to work with would be helpful. And in-depth charts on what drugs (like blood pressure meds) interfer with zinc absorption would be a help to get those on blood pressure meds to work on their diets instead.
Amazing information, thank you for sharing 🙏
Excellent lesson! I'm so grateful for docs like you. As per simptoms of deficiency, I do have losse of smell and taste for over 25 years, my hair is very strong I have way too much hair, nails very strong, as per sleep I can benefit from better sleep, I dont have white spots on the nails, I do get colds very easily. Now my teen daughter: doesn't have any issues with taste and smells, shes losing lots of hair, very brittle hair and soft nails, issues with growth, issues with sleep, white spots on nails, and get every cold and flu around, almost every month.I find her ferritin levels are low, and the doctors dont want to prescribe iron injection. Injection would be the quickest way to get it up faster
thanks alot for the information you delivered
The best medical doctor I” ve come across for the last year ! All the lectures are concise , accurate in every sense , very useful info that not many doctors provide so generously , specially when it comes to informing all the ins and outs of chemicals and the way they disrupt all our body functions , bringing on more damage than repair ! Congratulations Dr . Osborne and many thanks for this mission you have taken on , of informing and re-educating us !❤❤😊
Thanks for the complement. I am a chiropractor.

Hey doc, amazing crash course with abundance of info, I’ve recently been diagnosed with a zinc deficiency, was prescribed solvazinc 45mg effervescent tablets pack of 90. I’m currently taking fluconazole for Candida/yeast overgrowth to wich I requested as symptoms got unbearable. My doctors are ignorant to this but prescribed them anyway. The document study you share at 25 mins will possibly solve there ignorance and may well test. Had Dutch test privately in past. But could you please share a link for that study for me to look further and share with doctors? Sincerely grateful for you and the work you do the knowledge you share is valuable life tool so thank you ❤ from uk 🇬🇧
thanks doc !

Thank you Dr Osborne!
I was diagnosed with copper deficiency turnout I take zinc too long. It affects my vision, lost of red color. The only color I can see is green. Stanford hospital solve problems but other hospital can't. Stanford hospital is very good hospital.❤
Thank you
Thank you so much for this info! What about ionic zinc in liquid form, is that a good alternative? I have heard it's easier for the body to absorb it in the mouth compared to the gut. Would love to hear your thoughts about that.
THANK YOU
What do you think about zinc orotate? I read that is one of the best absorbable versions.
I was trying to order your supplements and as it seems you do not ship to Spain. How can I have your supplements then? Is there any way to do this? If not what would you recommend to buy that is similar what you offer...
I have gastritis, gerd, weakness, spasm, etc. How to heal this?
I began to show symptoms of arthritis in my fingers both hands. Is zinc good for me if I add it as a supplement?
Can you talk about monolaurin/lauracidin?
As always learn so much from you. May Jesus lead you and prosper you in all you do. 🙏
What the best source of d3 lichen or lanolin
You did not mention zinc gluconate? Very common. In the majority of supplements.
Very thorough. Thanks
How much zinc do you recommend a day? I am wanting to take zinc capsules.
P5P and zinc carnosine is my go-to.
I like opinions.
Wow Root cause, I like your philosophy!
HBP may be corrected by deep diaphragm breathing, slow and methodical.

@@lindapestridge3073 exactly...
What's an accurate test?
I am impressed in ur class. I am ur new subscriber from india . Can u also do a class on grape seed extract ,green tea extract and pine bark extract
How long does Zinc stay in the body how often do you need to replenish like if you fast any length of time
What about doxcyclin, what effect over long haul use does it cause.
hi, i dont have loss of taste but i have a constant bitter/ fowl taste in my mouth. Im on no meds or supplements. Could this be zinc def ?? thanks
Aoex lab , chennai, india manufactures Zinco vit tabs with grape seeds , it is rich in zinc.
What about zinc sulfate?
I remember taking like 150mg of zinc a day for maybe 2 weeks and i remember my racing mind slowing down lile time slowed down and i had enough to focus without my mind being in a hurry to flip to something else it was nice not to be in a hurry and nice to have time to notice things and read bumper stickers and wonder what the person in the car i met was going, i have had ADD all my life and my brain is in a hurry and it never gives me time to explore an idea before switching on to something else and it was a cool experince but something happened very fast, my busy mind went so quiet i lost care and i went into a deep depression because my busy mind that kept me interested in so many things at once was now gone and i was left with a i dont care about nothing attitude just existing. It got so bad i thought i would rather be scattered brained and too busy to notice detail then to feel this way so ivstopped and started taking multivitamins hoping to replace the copper and other minerals zinc might of lowered it was not long and my busy mind was giving me a 100 ideas of things to do, before i could complete one i was already doing another but it was better than not caring to do anything. I should of just backed off the zinc but ibwas so depressed i just wanted out of that horrible feeling. My son has ADHD i remember giving him zinc when he was head start and how the teachers said he was not as hyper that day but different.
Zinc is one of the most common deficiencies in ADHD, along with magnesium, iron, and polyunsaturated fatty acids (think omega 3, side note, zinc helps process these). I also found zinc significantly helped ADHD (and indirectly through helping sleep), it was also helped by choline, grass fed fatty red meat (high in zinc, iron, fatty acids and amino acids we use to produce neurotransmitters), cardio, fermented foods (like sauerkraut), going paleo, getting sunlight, setting timers etc. What else helped you?
Just have to be careful with it's impact on copper. They can work against each other.
You take it by itself or with other things
@@WhiteOak09 I took plain zinc nothing else. I had heard it lowered copper and I had suspicion I had too much copper from how excited my mind was. Zinc can slow down your racing mind and lower copper. I found a little excitement is better than a brain that has lost all excitement in anything.
@@Angel-gb9gi thank you for your reply 🙏.
Lost on what to do. I have to wait a long time to get back to my functional med dr. He wanted me to take zinc. My reason for needing like every vitamin possible are my stomach issues. I actually by choice have lead a healthy life style. Always have. Anyway, when I take zinc my heart rate gets crazy. It almost doubles from my 55 bpm at rest, to 90 bpm at rest. If I walk fast, it goes crazy fast. I stopped taking the zinc and my heart normalized. Maybe whatever is in it? Maybe the dose is a lot. They wanted me to take 75 mg twice a day. I was doing 50 mg twice a day because that was what I had. I have been thinking of trying it again but only 50mg once a day. Maybe 25 mg twice a day. I definitely eat PLENTY of meats and other foods that have zinc. I'm not absorbing food.
