I just ordered your book on Amazon. Can't wait to get it on Thursday 🤗 What is the link to get your 14 hour class you talked about tonight that's Free. Thank you for your channel and wisdom ❤️
@@cathyandresiakhello. I humbletly think that the true challenge would be to eat grains as berries. Sprouted or soaked whole grain (barley berries or bulgur) and cooked. Flour based foods / products may contain additives and use to be processed in unhealthy forms. Greetings
How wonderful that you are off medication and doing so much better. I recently began to understand that gluten makes seizures worse. Can you explain more about the millet and coconut milk please? Thank you.
@@sallykelly7115 I am a Christian and cannot seek advice from Anthony Williams who according to his own website: "converse(s) with the Spirit of Compassion, who provides him with extraordinarily advanced healing medical information that’s far ahead of its time." That's is demonic pure and simple. I'll stick with the Lord Jesus Christ!
Quit gluten 4 years ago. 2 weeks in my endocrinologist called and asked what I had done since my levels were normal and "You know aswell as I that it takes 2 years to get them back to normal" I told him I only quit gluten and he got silent for a full minute and said "Well.. We (doctors) dont know everything"
@@HatBilly2008 Not at all, in my country they replied "..well..we dont know everything" meaning they dont have all answers. But that was after seeing my thyroid levels coming back to normal after 2 weeks of a gluten free diet. He actually called to ask me what I had done since as he said "This takes two years, you know that as well as I do, so what have you done?"
@@HatBilly2008 Yeah mediterranian diets really good.. I just dont get one thing; the past 3 months Ive been lacking energy again, was oing so good with vitamin D supplementation and no gluten or dairy and now I have symptoms again..I hope its not another episode but the signs are there.
My family has known for years we had problems w wheat. My sister chronic progressive ms no use of her body from chin down, mom with migraine and Ra. I am 76 battle gut issues, good news is the last six years I stopped RX s that I took for 20 years!!! No more joint pain, no allergies, no depression, and much more, craving s gone. Doctors never asked me what I ate. Tested blood positive for gluten I feel my loved ones have been robbed. My family doesn't take me seriously about how they need to stop eating gluten and sugar. I am a living example , I feel like I am 20 years younger. Thank you for getting this info out.
I start removing gluten from my diet, and the people around me think that im crazy. They dont know im having anxiety and sometimes depression to the point i caan feel my chest aching from these depressive modes. I was diagnosed with adhd and GAD few yrs back, tried anti depressant, practice breath work and yoga.. but this doesnt help much with my negative talkative brain🧠 Met one lady and told me about gluten and how it affects the brain. I thought at that time, i couldn’t do it bec i love bread, pastas and other pastries. I start doing inner child work and listen to a lot of audiobooks how to heal your inner child and one of the audiobook i was listening talks about gluten, inflammation and gut-brain health.. Now i decided to go gluten-free 🥰 and so far i feel more better and even others think im crazy. I am very proud of myself 💕
@@joannacabunce8154 Interesting question. They say it only takes 2-3 days, but it probably takes way longer than that to repair the damage that it can cause and feel better. Glad to hear that you are getting and feeling better. 🙂
I was suffering from nurological, and gastric problems from 40 years on ward's, I left all gluten foods since 4 months Iam feeling much better now.thanks doctor
After years of debilitating migraines, epilepsy, and finally being bedbound for 10 years with ME/CFS at age 50, I changed to OMAD ketovore after intially reducing gluten. I am now no longer bedbound and am able to work with my horses again and write plays. Having been a psychology lecturer and mental health nurse these things were alwyas a challenge. My infrequent migraines last half a day at best, I don't have brain fog and I feel much healthier at 64 than I did at 50. Unbelieveable improvement. I am still on epilepsy tablets but reduced dose and it is fully controlled. I realise my diet is extreme but I never feel hungry and there is no doubt that if other foods creep back in the brain fog and fatigue also creep back. And the vanity side - it helps you lose weight and look much younger than your years.
I diagnosed myself with gluten neuropathy after year's of doctors visits, multiple surgeries and ending up on morphine at the young age of 34 due to the deliberating pain of neuropathy. As soon as I took a chance and dropped gluten, the pain went away almost immediately! Now if I am accidentally glutened, I fell the burning/tingling fire off neuropathy in my hands/feet and especially lower back. I wish more PCP's and specialists could suggest a GF diet to people who are suffering. Because of my age and the fact I was a weightlifter/runner (seemingly healthy), that option was never put before me. Thank you for this video.
Whoa...I'm 60 but my hands burn terribly and low back issues. Had back surgery but the burning is awful, down my spine, butt and leg. Going to go gluten free and see. TY for sharing your story. Hope it helps me too
Truth! My kid lived in this world of swimmingly confusing and deteriorating maladies - horrifying frustration in which her perceptions and self description were wildly unhelpful & drs barely effective. Went gluten free out of desperation & over 2 years she healed so now is fully functional. Can’t do it just part way!
It definitely helps to cut out all grains and even all cooked starches in my case. But nightshade plants like potatoes or tomatoes are even worse for me than junk wheat bread! But antibiotics and mercury toxicity were 2 of my root causes for being sick and definitely mold in houses.
@Taiwo Omotosho I also put her on a combination of herbs, minerals & vitamin C because I was sure she had mycoplasma blood/lung infections (massive pleurisy with asthma)...all based on YT doctors!
@@shantinaturechild6385 Nightshades for me too! - inflame my psoriasis. Just read where spinach is akin to nightshades! Is that true Dr. Osborne? Should we eliminate spinach as well?
I had always sore feet and pain in my lower legs all the time since I was something like 25. Sometimes the pain was pretty acute and came up to the heap. All disappeared when I started a gluten free diet 5 years ago. I was also sleepy all the time, that took quite a while to fade out but it did after around 2 years in a gluten free diet. Now I am 55 and I am more energetic than when I was 45.
Thank you Dr Osborne I've been studying nutrition 45 years and I have never come across anybody with the knowledge you have and the amount of detail that you give us you are an angel
Thank you so much Peter. I have been suffering for three years with symptoms of neuropathy in my hands and feet, my facial cheeks, red migraines, and vertigo. nausea, muscle weakness and fatigue. I have seen several doctors with no diagnosis only medication’s to treat symptoms. I stopped gluten, and this all went away. Thank you so much for this video.
Thank you so much for making this information available. I wish [all] doctors wanted to correct medical issues by alerting their patients about ways to correct symptoms without merely prescribing pills [that cause even more trouble] than they are worth. May you and your ministry be blessed.
I struggled with chronic migraine all the days for 11 years.Started gluten free diet my own for one year.By God's grace I am almost healed.I thought I have to live with pain all the days. But Iam doing so much better now even if some doctors laughed at my story of gluten free diet.
I’m in Canada, province of Alberta. Today was the day I found you! 🤗 Thank you! 🙏🏼 I’m looking forward to learning about what is wrong with me and how to fix everything! I never considered gluten free but I’m already convinced, because of your teaching, that leaky brain and leaky gut are probably my problems and gluten-free, my solution! Again, thank you for what you are doing to help the rest of us! ❤️
@@marlenekrueger8382 I am in Ontario....gonna try going gluten free as I have all kinds if various sypmtoms that it is hard to get through a day. Did you get yourself tested?
I’m in Ontario & was told I was a celiac baby (1959). I don’t know why the Doctor didn’t keep me on a special diet as I grew up & I feel stupid I wasn’t aware of it. All my life I’ve had problems, strange neurological symptoms & being sensitive to everything. I’m allergic to the cold, have terrible anxiety/depression & have developed many food allergies (anaphylaxis), can’t have additives, colours etc. medicines. Doctors were of no help, blaming everything on depression etc.. I desperately want to go gluten free, but am not sure I can afford special foods. I am allergic to nuts, seeds, eggs, sulphites, milk, preservatives, pesticides etc. If I eat the vegetables & fruits (allowed) plus maybe fish, does anyone think it would work? Thanks for any help. 💖🙏🏼💖
Thank you so much for covering these issues. I have fallen into serious trouble in recent months (worse than I have been in many, many years) and have had a variety of old symptoms revisit me. Praying about this recently, I went to sleep last night with UA-cam running and woke up in the middle of the night just at the beginning of this airing in my feed. I needed some help and reminders. (Every supplement you mentioned used to be part of my norm but many had fallen off.) Also, some reassurance that I am not simply "losing" my mind and can once more restore myself. I've been in process of backing everything up and moving back to a very strict autoimmune diet as you suggest. (Yes, I had brought some things back in that didn't 'seem' to bother me.) No surprise that God chose to use you to answer my concerns and set me straight, as has been the case since my diagnosis all those years ago. Thank you, Dr O. EDIT: I woke up this morning to watch it again fully awake and just now got to the end of the questions. Thank you for that word. I have so many friends and family - some of whom work within healthcare - who look upon me as 'suspect' due to my status. Thank you for your factual 'opinion' that I can add to my arsenal when faced with their criticisms.- just another Godsent for me
I have always taken B complex vitamins, but never realised how important they are for the central nervous system, now after having Shingles I feel more nervous and my skin is sensitive and burned after shower . Slowly I am improving and take all the B vitamins , D3, hoping it will improve my life. Thank you for the information, I love all your lectures and research
All of what you brought up on this video, I've experienced throughout of my entire life, and only recently Ive discovered where this started from. On the road to learning and applying what is needed to recover
Thank you so much, Dr for giving this information. Make sense for me. 4 years ago I suffered of tingling numbness sensation both hands. The Dr. Diagnosed me of carpal tunnels syndrome . He scheduled me for surgery. I also have injection every 6 months for my trigger thumb. I think how many times if I undergo surgery. And it comes in my mind and ask myself what I eat? and why I suffered this kind of sensation. So started cutting off eating sugary food, bread, pop, and all processed food. Thank God. I listened to my body before I agree to surgery. Now I'm enjoying my life with out pain and tingling, numbness sensation. ❤ I loss weight too.
After 1 year of work related chronic stress and eating way too much sugar, I developed gut issues, stomach distension, breathing episodes where I felt like I couldn't get in enough oxygen for about 30 minutes each time along with extreme lethargy, periodic fast and hard heartbeats, horrible leg cramps, extreme Irritability and depression like never before in my life. The breathing episodes made me feel like I was dying and eventually landed me in the hospital. I was treated for upper right quadrant pain and shortness of breath. They did an ultrasound of my liver, pancreas, gallbladder and right kidney but found no issues. The blood work showed low lymphocytes (higher risk of infection), high neutrophils (body under stress), high chloride (too much acid in the blood), high globulin (possible infection, inflammation), high glucose (body has too little insulin), high proteins and low osmolality. I didn't get an answer from the doctors what was causing my low oxygen breathing episodes and was sent home with a diagnosis of hypertension from anxiety and told me to follow up with my primary doctor. After my "15 minute" primary doctor visit, he seemed to dismiss my described sypmptoms and diagnosed me with anxiety as well and then prescribed anti-anxiety meds. I may have looked like I was anxious but I was worried about the horrible sypmtoms I was having however, all he could see was anxiety! I never took the anti-anxiety meds because I knew it wasn't going to fix my real problem. I gave up on doctors and felt all I could do is try to save myself. So, I educated myself with tons of online research and watch lots of you tube videos, etc. Afterwards, I decided I would have to eliminate the stress and sugar and get on a healthy diet and supplement with minerals and vitamins. I suspected that I had leaky gut, nutrient deficiencies and possibly some sort of nerve damage. My goal was to heal the gut. Out with the bad bugs and in with the good. The first thing I did was quit my high stress job and then started an anti-imflammatory diet. After about a month my symptoms started to go away which was great however, I ended up with Bell's Palsy about 3 months later where the right side of my face was totally paralyzed. Doctors never connected it to my prior health issues but I read that infection could be one of the causes. I've been fine for a year now but I've been left to only wonder what happened to cause my health to go bad. I just wish the doctors could have narrowed it down for me because I fear it could happen again or fear that the doctors missed a serious issue that I may still have sitting a bay. A "15 minute doctor" just can't really help. So sad!
Did you took the injection or had the,, sars cov bug,,? I can rely to you... I got something like this in Feb 2020. All the best from Romania! Take care!
I went glutenfree and dairyfree 13 years ago after using the elimination diet to figure out what was causing my skin problems. At that time, I also found out I've got MS, but once the active lesions went inactive, it hasn't really progressed. It's still there, but causing just minor issues. I've always suspected there is a link, so it was interesting to see what it is.
I'm 64 living in Bacong Philippines and I've known I've got a problem with gluten since birth. My wife's having a baby soon and I'm watching your channel hoping to teach her about the problem. So she'll be aware so if our baby has this as well. She'll know what to watch for.
My thyroid went under active and I was diagnosed with M.E. I was not told about gluten or dairy. I also suffer from narcissists abouse. According to a narcissist therepist& youtuberner . This type of abuse affect the hypothalamus, the adrenals and the pituatry. A double whammy for me. Thank you doctor ❤️
happened to me living in a narcissistic environment they can never see what they are always doing about them all the time you have to realize what is making you feel bad lupus has gone down a lot now it has caused me a lot of grief over the years no matter how bad i was i had to look after the home and the kids they are grown now can not remember any of it cause of lovely brain fog etc fatique. gut down on crap food carbonated drinks, fizzy pop, tea, coffee milk, dairy, cheese yogurt, cereal, pasta rice even baked goods meats canned products takes a while to get used to it but health is more important to food and drink.
My brown spots on arm, along with rash on nose disappeared shortly after going on keto…my digestion is excellent. I wish friends and other family would try going gluten free…they simply don’t have willpower. I share your videos all the time. Thank YOU.
Yes Gliadin is a like a Gluten Protein that is transformed by digestion into Gliadorphin, a morphine like compound. It took me 3 to 4 weeks to get past the addiction
I am having severe problems from a rapid detox off of several years on a benzodiazepine… It causes a severely sensitive nervous system… There is a thing called benzo belly… I’ve had all these very severe neurological and gut issues so this was probably one of the best explanations about the gut brain connection so anyone going through Benzo Withdrawal should listen to this UA-cam!!!
Absolutely!! I'm six years benzo free and still not completely back to baseline. I've been semi gluten free, but after discovering this amazing doctor, you can be sure I'm going completely gluten free!
How are you doing today? Did you find relief from Benzo withdrawal? I am tapering off of Ativan...feeling like my nervous system is on overdrive! I just ordered his book and am going to go gluten free.
I live in South Africa and there is ZERO medical assistance in this country. Thank you for your video it is VERY helpful. Thanks again for book reference. "No grain. no pain"
Had migraines since forever. I've tried every triptan, migraine med there is. Get dizzy frequently and light-headed every time i bend down and come up. Recently got diagnosed with graves and hyperthyroidism. They just send me on my way with a prescription until it runs out then repeat the process Your videos are the greatest blessing to me. Thank you for all you do to help many! I will share this ro all who will listen. God bless you sincerely. ☺️
Hi I’m Karen from Indiana. I’ve been hit and miss gluten-free which doesn’t count. I’ve got to regain my health. So I’m listening to you for information on how I can make changes . Thank you
Thanks so much. I’ve learned tons from this video. I’m 4 years into refining my diet and have managed to intermittently alleviate migraines through diet and supplements. Now I’ll get your book, take your class and look at the necessary tests. Really appreciate and feel good that I’m on the right path and excited to have found a great direction towards my healing journey.
Your work is so important I share almost every video because my life has drastically changed for the better. Seriously thank you for the work you do! 🙏🏼
I received your book today, it’s past midnight and I can’t put it down 😉 I’m celiac and I’ve been eating GF processed foods, and I still feel unwell. Time to change my diet to whole foods. Thanks for all the work you do, watching from Australia 🇦🇺🐨
My Drs warned that following celiac many found themselves with type2 diabetes ... That was true for me as well as SIBO with the need for low FODMAP diet. I am starting to feel better 15 years later but I also take a raft of vitamin supplements as of late. I will never eat gluten, sugar, processed foods and some high FODMAP foods FYI, I was dx with hashimotos hypothyroid in 1993. The Celiac dx did not come until 2009. During those 15 years and even before that, I knew something was wrong, but thought it was alcohol allergy because the worst of it disappeared when I stopped drinking. Turns out it was the gluten in beer (wheat) and premix drinks (malt liquor, wheat) that triggered me most physically. Although physically I feel better, my debilitating anxiety seems here to stay ... That's been a lifelong problem.
So much respect for how this Dr handles his channel with real info and no sensational antics to obtain more views (like other popular channels).. big respect
Dr.Saleem Akhter from Pakistan . I AGREE 👍 I HAVE ALREADY SUSPECTED THE DOCTORS WHO SAY ' IDIOPATHIC ' WHEN THE CAUSE FOR A CERTAIN CONDITION IS DISCUSSED . I FOLLOW AND APPRECIATE ALL YOUR WORK AND KEEP INFORMING OTHER DOCTORS ABOUT YOUR WORK .
I went on a high fat carnivore diet. I really noticed improvement when I stopped gluten. I have healed the alkalosis part of my Hashimoto's and hope to get off thyroid medication completely.
Fasting or skipping one meal could cure all types of health issues. I'm slowly healing from tinnitus due to EMF and bad posture, not eating nutritious foods, digestive problems and emotional stress. God is helping me.
In my FB community, a nurse indicated how angry the people that eat at meal supplied venues are. I suggested that perhaps reducing gluten may help. I was admonished by many people. My aha moment came when I heard you say " do not cast pearls in front of swine. I never understood that meaning before. The knowledge you share with us is high value. Thank you. Love and respect ❤
if setting in your environment is poisoned you, dosen't matter what diet you are eating you will not get a prescription to help for that, it requires careful observation, it could be another person wanting to cause you harm, just a thought .
After years of numerous digestive issues including IBS, lower back pain and knee pain everything was resolved with elimination of plant based foods. I eat only meat, eggs, butter, fish. Against better judgement when I eat sweet things like cake or ice cream I get massive headaches that last about 3 days. Coffee causes anxiety and affects my sleep. I’m too alert right before going to bed. Every other non animal based food disrupts sleep. Sleep is shallow and I feel tired after waking up. When I eat animal food only my sleep is extremely deep and refreshing even when I wake up at 5:30 in the morning. I tried different brand of coffee and I got severe eyeball pain for couple days. Again when I eat non animal food I get itchy eyes and my vision is affected. Certain hard cheeses cause having runny nose. It may look like I have some food sensitivities or allergies but reality is that after being on carnivore diet for longer period of time my body became more sensitive to foods that cause inflammation. In a sense my body reacts properly right now. Previously I ate foods like everybody else and developed illnesses that are rather standard for human population.
Been eating traditional gluten free for 25 year...just learned from the masterclass about rice, corn, etc. I can't believe I never learned this over the years!!! Thank you Dr. Osborne!
Hi Dr Peter Osborne, I love your book "No Grain No Pain" and it has saved my life after discovering my gluten sensitivity in addition to corn and rice. I live in Australia and seeing a functional medicine doctor as you recommended. Do you know when I may be able to buy your supplements from Australia?. I currently buy them from your USA website but its very expensive to ship them home. God bless you mate.
I've learned something new in every videos you kindly educated us with. It still has not ceased to amaze me what a wealth of knowledge and care you put into educating yourself and us. Thank you so much.
I’m from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have very severe RLS for 40 years . I have been on Clonzaspam all that time but want to get off that pill. I also found out I am gluten intolerant and have started an elimination of gluten. Also have Tinnitus. I am 77 yrs old but otherwise in good health.
@@phoenixrising3629 hi, going GF has had a great benefit to my health. As for the RLS, the only thing I have better results with is, I read every label, and do not buy anything with MSG, nitrates, natural, flavours, or histamine ingredients. Really hard too do, but feel like a different person. BUT I still have to take a pill every night.
😢 How sad no one explains this, educate or investigate, explore individuals debilitating conditions. Thank you Dr Osborne, up to this date I'm struggling all you mentioned. Cut story short i have been referred to psychiatrist.. ( I haven't attended no appointment) I stated to the doctor Im not suffering from mental illness... However pain causes depression as you just cant get rid of pain. I dont think doctors have your level of awareness or insight . Doctors only act on what they specialise on. Therefore your teaching shows people great insight on whats happening ( biology) is not looked into holistically. Thank you sharing this your time is greatly appreciated.
Dr now days don’t look or search for answers why you not feeling well, they just hand out prescriptions and send you on your way.. with a ten minute appointment what do you expect .
This is the most correctly informative lecture I have yet come across concerning neuropathy. Yes, neurologists "don't know what causes it," but I have always known that it has something to do with gluten through my experience with food. Thank you for validating my experiences. ❤
Oh numbness in hands I’ve been having that. But luckily not the other things that you mentioned. Mostly thoroughly exhausted which prevents me from being able to do as much as I need to do.
Thank you so very much! I feel like crying 😢. All my doctors did was gave me a sheet of paper with all of the foods and things that I am allergic to. Wheat was number one, then egg whites, dog danders, oak…cottonwood, sesame seed oil…15 more things. For years, my quality of life has been poor. Several gastrointestinal surgeries and so much medication for the symptoms. The first time a doctor told me was about twenty years ago. I tried to do this on my own with the limited research back then. I didn’t understand all that you are explaining here. For years, I have been eating other grains not realizing that they had gluten. This actually feels like a malpractice that neither doctor did anything more than handed me a paper. Now I am a mess. So many surgeries and pain and suffering. I felt like I was dying recently. Obviously, I was. I have been taking better precautions within the last few weeks. I feel a little better but so far to go. I just ordered the book and look forward to healing if it’s not too late. Thank you!
I am sharing your videos with friends and family. I have been gluten free since May 8th with two accidental exceptions. I guess I need you Gluten Guard. Thanks for explaining how long it will take to get it fully out of our bodies.
This stuff is no joke. Gluten, especially if you're sensitive, can cause REAL problems. I've been experimenting with a gluten and dairy free diet for the past year. I can tell if I've accidentally eaten gluten or dairy just by the symptoms that come on shortly after exposure.
Yes my dr said I was dealt bad cards.. gave me beta blocker for heart rate in 90s even though they make me dizzy! I have EBV long covid but I just cleaned up my diet! Vertigo is horrid! I’m in my 6th week! The gluten causes migraines daily which have mostly gone now but I can’t cheat! My esophageal burning and bloating are gone but I can’t cheat! I’m totally sensitive to meds, environment and food!
Yes Sir. I have peripheral neuropathy and the doc tried to prescribe Gabapentin. It is very expensive with a slew of bad side effects. No mention of Benfotiamine, which I take. It helps but is not perfect. Going to go gluten free. Thanks for this video💕
Grateful to have found this. I thought I was going crazy. Tested for celiac or allergy.... I KNOW wheat makes me hurt and now I can tell my primary what we missed. Thank you !!!
Started with primo one about 4 or 5 years ago for tremors in the hands,I am also a diabetic and have used a lot of different diabetic sugars, and have had diet cokes. 2 years ago I broke my ankle and now have neuropathy in that foot and take gabapentin for the pain. I have days when I lose my balance and shake so much it’s hard to walk, and I sleep a lot , this has been going on about 2 months now ,trying to get an appointment with a neurologist now. This certainly sounds like me. I am 75 hope changing my dietary habit to gluten free.
Love your content Doctor. I’ve had a debilitating undiagnosed nerve condition for 6 years the past two years dealing with burning brain, joint pain, serious lateral muscle atrophy in back, chest, arms, legs, shoulders muscle weakness as well. ( tested negative for ALS) My question is are you familiar with Dr. Alan McDonald and his findings at Boulder Medical center boulder Colorado that MS is caused by Parasitic infection found in the CNS and spinal fluid. He believes that lesions are inflammation caused by parasites. Just though you would find it interesting. I love your work I am going to get your book.
This was an excellent presentation, Dr. Osborn. I am sad I just recently found out what the mechanism behind leaky gut and gluten sensitivity was, and tried to find out where we can test two autistic boys (my grandsons) for genetic predisposition regarding gluten. I found the answer in this presentation, thank you.
I’m just watching this but my story is: Ulcerative Colitis at 15. Im 55. Just went to doctor and was told I need to be on a drug. $400 per month and could not tell me why. Kept saying I have a disease. I fired them in January
Stopping grains gluten and dairy dramatically improved my quality of life im 33 and dont need any meds or supplements anymore , just diet and proper rest . Also cutting out caffeine helped a bunch
Love this Doc! Is there a link between orthostatic tremors and gluten?Ive been gluten-free about a year but have numbness and tingling as well as gluten symptoms. Thank you for all your do helps me so much!
I am suffering from severe migraines since last 20 years, recently diagnosed with celiac so I hope now being gluten free will get some relief from migraines
Somebody please cast this man for the next western/cowboy movie... All jokes aside, I was diagnosed with ALS four years ago -- aged 43. Later, an outside-the-box GP informed me of the neurological implications of my gluten sensitivity, as evident in antibodies; but I never believed that it could affect me so severely. Beginning September 2021 I began eating only meat (for unrelated reasons) and am seeing major improvements in strength, hip and back pain have vanished, and fully atrophied muscles have even begun to twitch again. I am curious to know if milk also has a negative impact on the nervous system.
, Through my research about autism (I am 75y old grandma of two autistic boys), I learned about one type of autoimmunity caused by dairy, which is very frequent in autism. It's autoimmunity against folate (vitamin B9) receptors. The antibodies to this receptors block the entrance of folate from the blood into the central nervous system. This causes enormous damage to the brain. It can be tested in only one lab in America. Very high doses of folinic acid (not folic acid) are proposed as a solution for this autoimmune disorder as folinic acid can enter the brain using another pathway which is not very efficient.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEN TO ME. I went to the top doctor for migraine and memory issue Dr Goedsby he was unable to diagnosed that I have autoimmune disorder. I have also issue with gluten. many doctors are in hand with big pharmas and will just offer only their crap medicine. my way to stop the flare was fasting. then found out it was due to gluten which provokes my migraine and brain fog
Great video, I have been gluten free for almost 5 years and was wondering if l glutamine with a zinc supplement will heal my gut? I try to take vitamins and minerals as I feel I’m always lacking. I have also developed scalp psoriasis and was wondering what your opinion on nutritional treatment for this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
You got psoriasis after going gluten free??? That’s disappointing because that’s one of the reasons I wanted to try GF. Do you eat a lot of dairy? Sometimes there’s a connection with psoriasis.
I just ordered your book off Amazon. I hope to find answers to my issues. I have changed my diet so much already over the last two years avoiding wheat, soy, and sugar as much as possible, as well as artificial ingredients, dyed, etc. Try to eat whole organic foods and clean as possible. However, I heard you mention about nuts and seeds. I do eat a lot of those...as I have felt they were superfoods with lots of protein, magnesium, zinc, etc and learned about seed cycling for menstrual and hormonal issues and the anti-parasitic nature of seeds. Do you have a video on seeds and nuts? Or is that addressed in your book? Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us! I seriously want to make the 4 hour trip to visit your clinic amd get answers to my problems. Out here trying things on my own as I do not trust doctors and pharmaceuticals, nor their tests. Have a great day, Doc!
I forwarded this video to my Pastor who claims she is gluten sensitive. When we go out for lunch, she'll request something that is gluten free but yet she'll eat cookies that aren't gluten free. She has used artificial sugar too which I've warned her about. She has a sweet tooth and I wonder if the sugar is the cause of her problems. I appreciate you naming the test for her to take to find out if she truly is gluten sensitive. I appreciate your knowledge and desire to help people. You're amazing!
Dr. Osborne, what do you respond to people who say that they are not gluten sensitive however they may have joint pain, fibromyalgia, eczema, psoriasis, arthritis.
My son was misdiagnosed for years after finding out he had double vision at birth then did not go through puberty and started having absent seizures, he had a benign astrocytoma brain tumor on the base of his brain stem. Had to have surgery and lived brain injured for 15 years.
Speaking of feeling worse! I am having outright anxiety, panic attacks and serious outbreaks of hives and welts All over my body 😢😢😢no sleep and constant itching. Very poor health feeling. Wits end!
Oh crap I not only have leaky gut I got leaky brain to. I’m dealing with extreme fatigue all the time. Losing my balance falling, and trouble with concentration.
Sometimes people just need time to wake up. I have a Cousin while in Chiropractic college that would warn me. That was in 1999. It wasn’t until 2009 that I woke up. Give it time.
Q: What's the best food to fight inflammation? A: FASTING Q: What's the best exercise to be "stress free"? A: Sincerely study and bring into practice, the teachings of the Noble Qur'an and Sahih Hadith" as is envisaged by Islam. Al-HamduLillah!

Losing weight isn't vanity...it's living life well
take magnesium and/or lg doses of B vitamins for epilepsy, works great also for tourettes.
Would it help for fibromyalgia
Did your ME/CFS fully resolve? Please answer im also suffering from CFS

I am in Ontario....gonna try going gluten free as I have all kinds if various sypmtoms that it is hard to get through a day.

Yes I have had some of these symptoms. Your work is remarkable.
So sad!

During those 15 years and even before that, I knew something was wrong, but thought it was alcohol allergy because the worst of it disappeared when I stopped drinking. Turns out it was the gluten in beer (wheat) and premix drinks (malt liquor, wheat) that triggered me most physically.

This actually feels like a malpractice that neither doctor did anything more than handed me a paper. Now I am a mess. So many surgeries and pain and suffering.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! I'm anxious to read your book that i just received! Thank you
I’m just watching this but my story is: Ulcerative Colitis at 15. Im 55. Just went to doctor and was told I need to be on a drug. $400 per month and could not tell me why. Kept saying I have a disease. I fired them in January
if gluten free doesn't help, try going low oxalate or carnivore, and get checked for parasites
@@kathyconway6585+1 for carnivore 💯
Stopping grains gluten and dairy dramatically improved my quality of life im 33 and dont need any meds or supplements anymore , just diet and proper rest . Also cutting out caffeine helped a bunch
Going gluten free resolved my RLS, fibro symptoms, vision issues, headaches, and vertigo.
What were your vision issue like?
@@artsythrifter hey 👋🏼 I was having difficulty reading at all, like my vision was blurry and doubling. It’s since gone away with a gluten free diet!
Love this Doc! Is there a link between orthostatic tremors and gluten?Ive been gluten-free about a year but have numbness and tingling as well as gluten symptoms. Thank you for all your do helps me so much!
😢 Have you quit grains other than wheat? If you are still symptomatic, perhaps you missed something?
I'm in England , love these videos , very informative .
I think dairy is no good either. I hope your doing well I know ALS is horrible. May God bless you and heal you.
Thanks for the kind words, @@lashawnablanton4649... May situation is really not so bad. Just as despair has no bottom, hope has no ceiling.
Most people with gluten sensitivities do not tolerate cow dairy either

, Through my research about autism (I am 75y old grandma of two autistic boys), I learned about one type of autoimmunity caused by dairy, which is very frequent in autism.
I just love to listen so that I may help others. God bless you for sharing your knowledge.
Sometimes there’s a connection with psoriasis.
might be oxalates
@@arpana1639 the cider helped, thank you
Gluten free or grain free?
And the basic underlying cause for this is stress.. Its so clear. Cut out all the stress too
I just ordered your book off Amazon.
I’ve got all my info from you Dr before I started my clean diet! So thank you so much! You go in depth which is very helpful and educating.. 👍
Dr. Osborne,
what do you respond to people who say that they are not gluten sensitive however they may have joint pain, fibromyalgia, eczema, psoriasis, arthritis.
Still to gluten free and dairy free possibly go on an animal based elimination diet
might have an oxalate problem
My son was misdiagnosed for years after finding out he had double vision at birth then did not go through puberty and started having absent seizures, he had a benign astrocytoma brain tumor on the base of his brain stem. Had to have surgery and lived brain injured for 15 years.
Thank you, doctor Osborne! I'm just sorry why I didn't find you years ago!
Great information. Thank you.

This is very true. Whenever I eat chicken my body reacts similar to gluten.
Oh crap I not only have leaky gut I got leaky brain to. I’m dealing with extreme fatigue all the time. Losing my balance falling, and trouble with concentration.

Friends, coworkers, and family would prefer to suffer, become disabled, and die horribly rather than change their diet.
Sometimes people just need time to wake up. I have a Cousin while in Chiropractic college that would warn me. That was in 1999. It wasn’t until 2009 that I woke up. Give it time.
