Thank you for sharing your real life experience at 100:50 about how studies can be poorly designed or even designed purposely to fail in order to support an agenda rather than to find out true information. That is so important to understand when we listen to the news, or in reading stories about conclusions from studies, etc. It is so important for us to find sources of information that we can trust. Thank you for being a great source for information we can trust, and for including the time for questions and answers too. My journey to fix my health began when I found you in UA-cam videos explaining how the thyroid works, and about the triangle of health, and they made me want to know more. That was well before "Pick Dr. Osborne's Brain" and even before your book, No Grain, No Pain. You are a wealth of valuable knowledge and a fantastic educator. Thank you.
I’m from the UK and I’m smiling all the way through this video. Shouting Yes! Yes! Yes! To everything you have said! So glad the algorithms suggested you. Everything you have said makes so much common sense. I sure wish you were my doctor 😊
Cannot thank you enough for delving into the details of what constitutes "high blood pressure". Love your presentations. Thank you for helping us all. Thank you from the masses!
Thank you so much for your information I'm two months postpartum and had preeclampsia I've been all worked up thinking my blood pressure was terrible at 127/89 Now I know I've done an excellent improvement with a healthy diet
I'm surprised youtube hasn't taken this video down. Thank you so much for sharing factual information that we don't normally get from our medical providers
I've noticed that if I eat high sodium processed foods my ankles swell but when my diet is clean of processed foods I can put sea salt on my food and no swelling
pig out on fresh garlic. nap in the afternoon, and sleep well every day. If you rest or even nap all day before your doctor's appoint, and eat nothing but garlic butter rice with a whole head of garlic to each cup (dry) of rice your blood pressure will be lower, probably normal. I did this accidentally one time.
Doctors today, fresh out of school in most cases, are told exactly how to treat via filling in the blanks on internet pages without talking with the patient. This is extremely informative.
You said it man. I hear inferior forms are sometimes used on certain studies too, unfortunately so it really messes with accuracy and effectiveness. Have to be skeptical at times. Thanks for speaking out and I appreciate the advice on the omegas, Doc. Great information on the topic of blood pressure.
Drs also hand out printouts of a dietitian's recommendations of a 'good' diet 🤷 Great, great vent Dr O. Thank you for all your time and research to help us . You're a good dr and a better man.

Hi Dr. Osbourne. I am commenting on your discussion of health insurance about 1 hour 9 minutes in. I am listening on the replay. I have not had health insurance since Obama Care took away my catastrophic plan which was affordable and suited my needs (I am self employed). I pay for my health on the front end by taking care of my health with good food, clean water and a happy healthy lifestyle. Yes. I have paid penalties for not having it. Those penalties, while not fair are still a lot less than the premium costs for a plan that I can't use and only covers maybe 60% of any costs. Maybe you have to be insured because you have employees and I don't know ow what tax laws are in Texas (I am in California). Yah.... our sick-care system is despicable.
Your doctor would tend to believe that the meds lowered the blood pressure which is false, so if the BP dropped to a safe level, were you concerned about stopping the meds and the blood pressure going back up? How did you know that your BP would not go back up if you’re still taking the meds ? How is your BP now ?
@ginoasci2876 BP has been low normal for 6 years now. No, I wasn't concerned, I am a doc but old enough so the effect of insulin on kidney function/sodium retention wasn't known when I trained. For MOST people with 'essential hypertension' dropping your insulin will drop your BP.
Your information is so helpful. Thank you . I'm in a wheel chair now I need to learn how to exercise from the chair. Help. Blood pressure was high at the Dr. Office today. I'm glad you are telling us good information. Thank you I want off meds . You are so right. Love you telling us the truth.
I’m in this boat! Thanks for great info. When I take my bp at home, resting, at end of day, the lower number is 70-63! In his office a bit higher. Very low dose pill. I’ve cut in half for 2-3 weeks and cut my all day strong tea drinking, cut Claritin to the correct dose, only when I need (or Flonase), cut Sudafed. Was way overdosing allergy meds so I would not sneeze at work! Also added vitamins and supplements. My sodium bloodwork is low and potassium high. Thanks to the drugs. I take magnesium and extra sodium where I can, so I don’t cramp. The brain fog is like jello. Time to get off that pill. I’m tired of feeling worse to make the NIH rich. I eat a super clean organic diet. Gluten free. Cut the leftover homemade organic holiday cookies in March. Super low carb and only clean fats. And I’ve eaten like this for years. I’m always a bit higher in dr office.
You have what's known in the medical field as "white coat syndrome" in regards to the increase in your BP (blood pressure) when you are in your dr's office. Try taking a few deep breaths and letting the air out slowly while tightening your muscles and then relaxing the muscles in your arms, hands, etc. Bring some soothing music, etc. Learn biofeedback, imagine being at a place you like being at, to try to decrease your BP when you're at the dr's office. Otherwise, good luck! From a retired RN
@@ritasplace1 thanks for the info I’ll try this again For whatever strange reason when I try breathing exercises it can make it worse. I’ll work on it. Maybe I’ll stop stressing so much. I used to be much better but after all the bru-haha for the past few years and a really bad experience with an eye doctor, I hate dealing with anything medical related. (And my grandfather and great grandfather were in medicine). I’m off all meds for bp, which were low. I took my bp for a more than a month and was consistently low, so my dr was ok with stopping the meds. I only have a problem now if I take Advil or too many allergy pills. So the breathing I’ll work on. Thanks!

Thank you for this invaluable information. I have extremely low vitamin D I just learned... I requested the test.... I was curious as to why my blood pressure kept fluctuating when I basically eat right. Eating right means zero junk food, limited meats or high sodium foods. My other issue is that my BP is always sky high (anxiety related) when i visit the dr. I ask them to please do not take my bp when i immediately walk in. Of course, they recommend blood pressure meds. My average bp is 128/79 I think I am going to start taking a sedative when before i arrive at the physician's office. 😂
Thank you so much Dr Osborne for caring enough to share this important information, I found it so helpful. I'm heading out now to buy vitamins and will definitely share your videos with family and friends God bless you! Regina
So good to hear you explaining the importance of Sodium! Besides for holding on to water towards maintaining adequate BP, Na is also needed for absorbtion of Vit C - including in the gut and brain, and (as was rightfully pointed out): Heart disease/events and strokes could be a form of Scurvy. Interesting how sweeteners like Stevia and Erytritol for example also function as duiretics; thereby lowering BP, and leading to electrolyte imbalances, which is probably why some complain of dizziness and heart palpitations as side-effects.
Great video! I found out earlier this year that my vitamin and mineral deficiencies are likely the root of my ongoing health problems (15+ years). Thanks to blood pressure medicines and reflux medicine my doctor made me SICKER! I've kicked the reflux medicine, blood pressure medicine will be next!
@@marywolfe6598 several of my vitamins I started taking this year have digestive enzymes, I'm taking Dr. Berg's gallbladder formula (I do NOT have a GB) which has many things in it, and also ACV gummies. I also recently started a better probiotic. So I think a combination of those things helped. I've heard zinc carnosine helps too, but I haven't had to add that. Reflux medicines are terrible for you. I believe they are a necessary short term evil in some circumstances, but many doctors will just leave you on them forever. Also note, it depends on what the cause of your reflux is. If it's just a lack of acid (counter intuitive, but it's a real thing) it's easy to fix. If you have a deeper problem you may want to work with a holistic doctor to fix it.
Same here, I've suffered from energy issues for more than 25years. Doctor put me on Ritalin which helped for a few years but then I hit my 40's and nothing worked. Desperate with no health insurance I found Dr Osborne and learned about the nutrient deficiencies associated with gallbladder removal and antidepressants and his list of nutrients contributing to anemia and I was able to figure out what my doctors should have told me many years ago. I had my gallbladder removed when I was 13. It's absolutely disgusting that a doctor can just remove organs and tell you that you just don't have any use for them when clearly you do and the initial problem could have been eliminated by diet change with no risk to your quality of life. I'm so thankful to have found Dr Osborne.
@@nolies1 Yeeesss! I also lost my gallbladder thanks to doctor's incompetency and have iron deficiency without anemia. Also had vitamin D deficiency, but while not optimal yet, is higher than probably most American's levels now sadly. My chronic fatigue and pain have improved greatly this year with my own treatment, who needs a doctor who wants to throw pills at you to make you sicker?! I've wasted soooo much money in the healthcare system and received no HEALTH, it's disgusting.
The HBP med the doc put me on caused edema added to my other ailments. And with each go round the edema signals became worse and at one point my knees looked like hippo legs. He refused to switch the med, or even stop it, but added the diuretic to the list, making 3 prescriptions when he knows I am trying to get off all big pharma garbage. So I slowly took the dose down and then I quit taking it altogether. That is when I was finally getting results on the edema. As long as my body was ingesting even a small portion of med, the edema got worse and stayed around longer. It appeared to run in cycles. The other med he had me on was making the Raynaud's go off on steroids. I am still taking the water pills until the edema is cleared up, and then I am done with big pharma crap. I am convinced my doc gets paid from Big Pharma. Hence every time one walks into his office, ya walk out with another drug prescription. I am almost 70 and I am learning how to keep my BP on the lower side. Thanks for all the info.
I agree with you about Drs only write prescriptions. They do nothing about healing us nutritionally. I’m trying to stop my pressure pills. She had me on amlodipine & water pills. I had awful leg spasms for years & read it could be water pills. She finally took me off water pills & my spasms left. I’m trying to lower BP naturally but it’s still high

Thank you so much for your help. With in two days my blood pressure was in the " new normal" range. I didn't start on the blood pressure meds that my Dr. had prescribed. Each one warned of dizziness and impaired driving, which is a problem for me as a truck driver!
Wonderful informative youtube from a doctor that really knows what he is doing and how the body works, entirely. I loved it! Thank you and Congratulations Dr. Peter Osborne.
Nice video. I have high blood pressure and have read a lot on the subject. One thing I want to ask you is about the research indicating that a person's dominant arm is also up to 15 points +/-. Harvard found this to be true with something like 1900 individuals. I mentioned it to my doctor and he just looked at me. I started checking my blood pressure in both arms and have found that my right arm is almost always lower. (I am left handed). The doctor has me on 100mg Losartan, 5 mg Amlodipine, 25 mg Hydrochlorithiazide. It holds the pressure to 125-130. I am 60 years old and my family has a history of HBP. It is the focus of my doctor whose focus has been to get it down.
Keep taking those meds your doctors gave you and never listen to Dr Osborne. This will make sure you will die prematurely, like your other family members with high blood pressure.

Thank you so much for helping educate people on how to make the best health decisions for oneself. I have, like anyone who's well read on the subject, a healthy aversion to chemical medication. If one has the understanding of the reality of the need for self discipline, that in this case, let food be your medicine, & even then, research all you need to know, regards to healthy farming practises & try to stay with organic for sound reasons. Also wash fruit & veges to do the best one can to rid the chemicals that invariably enter skin, of these foods, when one is not sure of the farming procedures.

Your right they need to know how yo take it properly. I just had an assistant who saked me,what arm do you want me to use !! Took it from my left arm, arm NOT in relaxed state. Got a reading very high. And of course oh you are looking at taking meds. Don't ask how are you feeling. What have you been doing. Are you stressed, what is going on in your life,,how is your diet. Nope !
Dr. Joel Wallach has been teaching the same things for decades. Great job, keep it going.
…Joel is amazing also, like this guy
So grateful to you Dr Osborne not only for this wonderful information but also for your honesty and courage to speak the truth!!! ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Popped up in my feed, I listened and subscribed because I have high blood pressure blessings to you great video
Age 75 increased coq10 from 100mg to 400mg 2mos later knew change was happening BP went down with out meds
Cannot thank you enough for delving into the details of what constitutes "high blood pressure". Love your presentations. Thank you for helping us all. Thank you from the masses!
You're welcome!
Thank you so much for your information I'm two months postpartum and had preeclampsia
I've been all worked up thinking my blood pressure was terrible at 127/89
Now I know I've done an excellent improvement with a healthy diet
I'm surprised youtube hasn't taken this video down. Thank you so much for sharing factual information that we don't normally get from our medical providers
I've noticed that if I eat high sodium processed foods my ankles swell but when my diet is clean of processed foods I can put sea salt on my food and no swelling
Thank you for being so bold and standing up for us.❤❤❤
Dr. Osborne I so appreciate your frankness & non-apologetic style of medicine and education!
pig out on fresh garlic. nap in the afternoon, and sleep well every day. If you rest or even nap all day before your doctor's appoint, and eat nothing but garlic butter rice with a whole head of garlic to each cup (dry) of rice your blood pressure will be lower, probably normal. I did this accidentally one time.
❤❤I do ♥️ me sum garlic & cayenne pepper... I'm 😋😋 spicy!!!!
Doctors today, fresh out of school in most cases, are told exactly how to treat via filling in the blanks on internet pages without talking with the patient. This is extremely informative.
All Dr's don't matter age or time
DR OBORNE I TAPE ALL YOUR SHOWS AND YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE I CAN RELY ON REAL SCIENCE
I need to listen to this over and over again
You are so right about the media and sound bites! Thank you for educating us! I learn something every time I watch.
Drs also hand out printouts of a dietitian's recommendations of a 'good' diet 🤷 Great, great vent Dr O. Thank you for all your time and research to help us . You're a good dr and a better man.
Just want to let you know that I “like” your videos before I even watch them!
Because I know they are gonna be awesome….And you never let us down!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a clear and concise way
Dear Dr. Osborne, I am very happy to meet you on air! My practice has gained in quality and in humanity too. Thank you.
Excellent!
My bp read 225/170
Struggling for the most of my life. I've been with a cardio, took all the pills, 4 pills a day, and nothing. I gave it up.
Don't give up.How about a functional medicine doctor?💖
Do give up you can start a intermittent fasting change your eating habits and God for strength to go through.
Try Mukta vati.
Change to a keto way of eating. It will take a yr to get it down. And follow dr Osborne info. Get off carbs and sugar. All sugar. Just meat and veg. it will reverse it
What is that? My BP runs extremely high too.@@clivewright7778
Hi Dr.
Thanks so much Dr Osborne, for your excellent channel . I am not in the US but if I were I would not only be a subscriber but a real client of yours
Ketogenic diet normalised my BP within 10 days and stopped my meds
Godbless u doc and protect u and ur family
Your information is so helpful. Thank you . I'm in a wheel chair now I need to learn how to exercise from the chair. Help. Blood pressure was high at the Dr. Office today. I'm glad you are telling us good information. Thank you I want off meds . You are so right. Love you telling us the truth.
Chair yoga is great try it you will find it's addictive good luck
@@ritasplace1 thanks for the info
I’ll try this again
For whatever strange reason when I try breathing exercises it can make it worse.
Thanks!

@ritasplace1 I have same issue. Pls keep me informed as to what's worked for u. Thx & God bless 🙌 🙏
❤this is so helpful!we need more Doctors like this one .TY !!!😊
Dr Peter ..Thank you for being Honest!!! Your a Good Doctor!!!
When we talk about numbers, Age plays a big rule too. If you over 70 I think 140/90 is totally normal.
I agree you can't be 120 over 80 as you age
I had my high blood pressure since 2016. It goes Up & down. I'm so happy to hear & discussed the factors on how High Blood develop in the body. And how to prevent this High Blood in me. Thanka Doc. Peter OSBORNE 👍🏻🙏
OMG you're the man, amazing person, people are needing ❤ learning from your great wisdom to cause a change to our today's terrifying world, thanks so much ❤ God bless you, keep it up,
Thank you Dr Osbone. I've learnt much. We go to hospital without knowing all these.
Great video btw, you are so knowledgeable and informative. Thank you so much. You are very much appreciated 🙏🏻
You are a very good teacher.
Wow excellent educative information on High Blood Pressure
Be your advocate
Thank you for this invaluable information. I have extremely low vitamin D I just learned... I requested the test.... I was curious as to why my blood pressure kept fluctuating when I basically eat right. Eating right means zero junk food, limited meats or high sodium foods.
My other issue is that my BP is always sky high (anxiety related) when i visit the dr. I ask them to please do not take my bp when i immediately walk in. Of course, they recommend blood pressure meds. My average bp is 128/79
I think I am going to start taking a sedative when before i arrive at the physician's office. 😂
I tried it. It works😉
Thank you so much Dr Osborne for caring enough to share this important information, I found it so helpful. I'm heading out now to buy vitamins and will definitely share your videos with family and friends God bless you!
Regina
I heard that Ubiquinol is better than CoQ10.
Is that true?
Thanks doctor for sharing this with us. I believe God wanted me to see this video. Thanks a lot❤
May the Heavens protect you always, Dr Osborne ❤
So good to hear you explaining the importance of Sodium! Besides for holding on to water towards maintaining adequate BP, Na is also needed for absorbtion of Vit C - including in the gut and brain, and (as was rightfully pointed out): Heart disease/events and strokes could be a form of Scurvy.
Interesting how sweeteners like Stevia and Erytritol for example also function as duiretics; thereby lowering BP, and leading to electrolyte imbalances, which is probably why some complain of dizziness and heart palpitations as side-effects.
What is the ideal CoQ10 dose per day?
Great video! I found out earlier this year that my vitamin and mineral deficiencies are likely the root of my ongoing health problems (15+ years). Thanks to blood pressure medicines and reflux medicine my doctor made me SICKER! I've kicked the reflux medicine, blood pressure medicine will be next!
How did you kick the reflex medicines?
Go girl …. 👍
Thanks for giving us the most educational info and I’ve learned so much watching your video.
Please share how you heal your BP
OMG. All those Doc some of them don't care about hw you feel all they see ia money. That's why before taking any meds Google the side effects. A freind of mine if it wasn't God's miracle he was going to die last year but we thank God for his mercy and favor upon his life. The Lord gave us the intelligence to be eligible while in this world stop taking medicines now he is taking care of his life style and stop all the process food together with prayers he is doing wonders 🎉❤
Had experienced how regular fasting lowers BP; to the extent that the Blood Transfusion Service would not allow donation.
I have blindly been given drugs, Madeline starts with letter F I have stopped due to no improvement, Now on Organically grown food and big difference in my body.
Thank you so much for your help. With in two days my blood pressure was in the " new normal" range. I didn't start on the blood pressure meds that my Dr. had prescribed. Each one warned of dizziness and impaired driving, which is a problem for me as a truck driver!
Me too after about three days of going off meds and following this advice. ❤
EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! Full of useful information! Thank you so much! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Rise it to be given, take a hold of one's health
Wonderful informative youtube from a doctor that really knows what he is doing and how the body works, entirely. I loved it! Thank you and Congratulations Dr. Peter Osborne.
Another great class Doctor.
Really connected with your style and manner of educating, and supported info, but when you momentarily touched on global warming, that was it. Subbed.
Great information on nutrient depletion related to meds prescribed for high pressure, diabetes etc. Doctors unfortunately do not have the info.
Thanks Dr Osborne, I'm learning so much from you.
No way will I be living on meds‼️ 😊🙏
Thank you for your sooo valuable video, Dr Osborn 🙏❤️ it is very helpful 🙏
Thank you for you very informative and very direct teaching. Learning from the Philippines.
I'd like to share my BP recently was high 170/110
I was put on BP meds which helped initially
I started reading Dr Osborne book on no pain and grain 6 weeks ago , I implemented B complex into my diet , My BP lowered naturally .
Informed GP advice to continue with meds 😅😅You know why I'm laughing 😂 I continue naturally doing what is best for me as I'm gluten sensitive and have reactivated gastritis that can be really pain 😢.
Anyway the positive here is Looking after your own anatomy is your personal responsibility not no one else.We are grateful for the meds and advice however listen to your body ,I can only highly praise DR Osborne as if it wasn't for this presentation and learning this I would still be indulging poison.
I listen to all DR Osborne presentations.❤
I am in control of my body.
Dr Osborne is gifted angel 😇💕 sent here for us pray for him with good health and success. We love you ❤ Kam UK .
Thank you 🙏 for this information you have taught me a lot God bless you
Thank you for this great information as I try to manage my blood pressure
kudos. thank you so much for your message .
Awesome information, thank you
Brilliant presentation and explanation of the control system. Thanks doc. for explaining this so clearly and taking time to produce.
It's a good knowledge about the adverse effects of some BP medicines and to be careful
Thank you. My husband is taking diuretics and hcl, and keeps getting worse and we were wondering why, when they will only tell us that he needs to lose weight, but after losing 40lbs, BP is just getting worse! His breathing is his BP problem. Silicosis.
This video provided vital information thank you Doctor God bless!
Glad it was helpful!
Bravo!! Excellent lecture. Thank you for your willingness to speak on the BS that goes on within the system. Vital information in this video for everyone 💕🔥🌟
I love you! I'm glad I found you! You're speaking my language and I'm absorbing every word! Thank you so much!
Welcome!
My BP is high 147/87. My doctor checked my cholesterol too. It was 204. The doctor insisted I take a statin to reduce my cholesterol. I said no. The next cholesterol test showed that my cholesterol went down to 188. He still wanted me to take a statin because my triglycerides were too high. I still said no to statins.
Look at how the benefits of statins are measured. Relative risk vs absolute risk. Do the math! Statins really don't do much.
Guidance and blessings to you and yours. Thank you for confirming what most of us already felt.
Great information Doc…. Thank you for your honesty and brilliance!
Thank you So much Dr. Osborne
Another great explanation I have been doing better getting my nutrients
Guess the best way to determine what high BP for the individual is based on the size of the person and his normal BP on her younger days. My younger normal BP was 90/60, during pregnancy was 110/70. I want to know how many mm/hg increase can you consider me having high BP. You're very articulate . Appreciate your sharing your knowledge. GOD bless
Life is not cheap
Priceless.
Thank-you for your onesty
I can't thank you enough. Marvelous insights. Awesome.
Thank you for this video. Great information.
No doctor have ever said this information to me regarding my Blood 🩸 Pressure. Thx u Dr. Osborn for important information. Will share my doctor and shock him with good news. 🙏🏼
As a retail pharmacist, I ABSOLUTELY agree with all of this
Very grateful for such vital information. Keep sharing
My doctor was surprised when my High "normal "BP became normal. She asked what i have changed. I told her that I cut out alcohol. She previously said that if I started on BP medication, It would cause dependance
Thank you.awesome information 👍👍👍
Is Ubiquinol better than Co-Q10?
Dr.Osborn thank you thank you thank you you’re heaven sent I wish I’d had known you 20+ years ago I could’ve saved myself a lot of unnecessary pain I feel like God has led me to you because I had so many questions and doubts in my head about starting meditation for HP and diabetes from the very beginning and in my heart I was just never sure what was happening to me but after your podcast I feel like I’m in 101 class for medicine I ve learned so much from you I’m forever grateful I’ve taken opportunity to doing a lot of reading and learning as much as I can from Doctors like yourself and as a results I no longer have diabetes my HP is under control and I’m carefully taking it one day at time thank you sir and others like you who actually takes time to reach out we love my family loves you please continue to inform people it’s so important because we go into these hospitals and clinics putting our lives an d trust into their hands it’s rough out here and all we want is an honest answer and the truth without it costing a arm or a leg God bless you and you family!!!!!!!
