Just wanted to say a big thanks for all the great content you guys have put out. I'm weeks away from opening my first cafe using the same configuration sp2, ocd, puq press and fb80 😅. I love the flow and full credit goes to you guys for all the advice
Congrats on your success I like to implant there style recipes etc in USA at my own coffee cart with a twist of my own. But fully inspired by them all at artisti I hope your adventure brings you great friends and new beings and more.
Note: at about 53 seconds into the video the person doing the video puts his fingers into a cup and then proceeds to put the cup back on the pile. Not sure about you all but I prefer to drink from a cup that hasn't had someone elses fingers in it.
Good video, can contest that Village Pantry make excellent coffee. I can’t wait until we get to 40kg a week, this video inspires me more to get the new barista station ready.
Good question! We tend to use the stand alone 900mm knock tube/box which we can move around depending on where we like to have it rather than something that's fixed: artisti.com.au/products/rhino-thumpa-knoockout-tube-large-900mm
Could u do something on a cart even if it’s like two carts side by side for work flow obviously since smaller flow will be slower but never know depending on location that day or week or month
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters if you don’t mind can I tag me in the video I see coffee trailers but there double size and need more things legally then cart in my state in USA
Build my bar about 2 years ago with too little experience and its killing me every day. All those tiny little mistakes carry so much weight. Can't wait for renovation! 😂
The clearance under the bench is 900 to allow for space between the fridge and bench, that way the machine power and water can also fit. We’ll have a video out with these details soon. Keep an eye out.
Yes, it happens when customers are on their phone and rushing for their coffee and don’t pay attention and they grab the wrong coffee. So annoying as then you have 2 wrong orders to remake that the customer won’t pay for. 😂
Yes it’s a very time consuming area. Alternative brewing is the 1% of sales for many cafes, it looks fantastic and really needs a dedicated person on that station. It’s not a profit area more for marketing unfortunately. But if you can pay and get a wonderful coffee then it’s worth it for the customer
I'm wanting to build my very own espresso shop. I live in village that's below 400 population. I have everything that's needed. Italian small commercial espresso machine, small commercial coffee grinder that's built in scale, mat, and few accessories. I would LOVE to get your professional opinion and help start my small business
If you're in Australia and need help with your cafe set up then reach out to us via the form on this page: artisti.com.au/pages/wholesale-coffee
I'm a customer at Village Pantry. From the start, the coffee here has been consistently great. Thanks to everyone involved!
Great to hear!

Thank you. This will work beautifully for you. Work flow is such a huge part of the slow coffee movement we see in cafes.

Great info! I'm interested in how you have your undercabinet setup? Frig, freezer, mug washer.....

this is the best one I ever see
Great video and explanation, what is your recommended height for the bench top?

You’ll get there!
Hello, I’ve been watching your channel for a long time, but I’m starting from the coffee point, take with you what you recommend
Great video
Hi, can we see how you made the plumbing and the electricity ?
What about iced drinks?
i saw you at the icecream shop sydney wow
Really? In Surry Hills? You should have said hi 👋🏻 I’m always stoked when I get recognised.
Could we get a format guide for that dosing card?
What about the knock box?

@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters thanks for the reply! Why not go with a counter knock box chute?

Glad this can help you
What kind of grinder ect equipment you use?
La Marzocco GB5 machine
Anfim SP2+ for blend & single
Anfim Best on Demand for decaf
Puqpress.
I-rinse
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters thank you for the answer. Awesome videos
What are the measurements?
puqpress instead of cinoart auto tamper? Any reason?
We have found over time the press has had some motor issues that cost more to replace than repair. 😢
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Thanks for your reply. So you guys favour the cinoart?
Yes, we do.
What is the length and depth of this bar? thank you :)
Sorry Michelle leave that with me and I'll find out for you :)
Any news on the answer yet? Thanks!
whats the depth and height of the bar?

the link for the free guide isn't working...
Interesting...just starting out. Did you ever have a customer put too much sugar in the cup ❓️ Or two customers orders got mixed up ❓️
Yes, it happens when customers are on their phone and rushing for their coffee and don’t pay attention and they grab the wrong coffee. So annoying as then you have 2 wrong orders to remake that the customer won’t pay for. 😂
What about the manual brewing station? Most of the time it’s the one who clogged the work flow
