And exercise is generally healthier for you in the long run than dieting, especially when (like most people) you aren't dieting properly. Dieting without exercise often also results in your metabolism slowing down, which makes it harder to get out of bed and it makes you generally less energized

I'm sure they do... But there are way better options. Beat Saber is good for exercise for example
