I work in a salon of all women. Some of us are new to the field and most of us didn't learn men's cuts at all in school. I wanted to quit my job because we do so many men's cuts and I was doing an extremely poor job. Your videos turned that around completely for me. I no longer fear men's cuts and my customers are happy to come to me. They're even coming back. My whole salon is now learning from your videos. Thank you so much for making this information free and available to everyone. You're a hero and you saved me my job. Plus, now I get to help my coworkers develop confidence too with your help. Thank you doesn't even cut it.
That looks very good. Ive been a barber 18+ years and i love your videos. Im always interested in new techniques or learning new things. I liked how you were using the shears to kinda lightly go over his head and fall in the comb for the blending. I'm going to try that
Hey man! Finishing barber school next month, still have a LOT to learn! your videos have been such a valuable resource and helped me and my classmates so much. Thanks for being such an inspiring, knowledgeable, well-spoken and cool guy! Cheers from Minneapolis MN
Great cut. I love watching you. My daughter uses a #2 and shaves my grandsons entire head. He's getting too big for that. I'm saving this video and trying this. Thank you much. I see your You Tube hanging on the wall. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉
Excellent Barber with talent, unfortunately in recent years in London the old school barber shops with experienced old school barbers have gone. Now we have a lot of small shops with so called barbers in them, who possess clipper’s a comb and would not know how to use a pair of scissors. They usually ask do you want a 4 on top and a 2 on the side, and start cropping. So it’s nice to see someone who is actually a barber applying his skill,as they use to have back in London.
Everything. From debulking at the bridal ridge by going straight up the wall. To going around the he ad to debulk vertically then horizontally using scissor over comb. I am now obsessed with your videos. You really have a way of simplifying things. I am a pandemic training Barber so it's been a true uphill battle. Your channel has made things so much easier.
Thank you for your videos! Your explanation is the best, so good for understanding. I'm not a professional, could you please show more detailed how to trim a bangs (fringe) in the haircuts like this?
When would you use vertical sections vs horizontal sections to connect the sides to the top? What is the difference between the two or are they essentially the same thing because in theory you will cross check?
Your channel is great, can you make a vioeo of "how to style" the following haircuts: *pompadour, *faux hawk /Quiff, * crop top, *combover, *Slick back, (Also which products were used) People never show the styling of those haircuts in their videos. If you also show how you cut those it woul'd also be cool to see your cutting technique of those styles. And the texturizing techniques for the top part to make the texture pop. Thank you❤
I love to what how barber technique faced hair cuts so beautiful. I am Operator licensed but, at my work had alots customers there are want faced haircut.
Hello sir I am currently cutting hair at a church on my off days for the unhoused and I thought I would be doing a lot of course hair. I have been getting all straight hair and I would like to see your best videos on cutting the ends and some of your best fade videos trying to get my skills up to par
I don’t have anything on really straight hair that I can think of. But the best thing to do is have a look at my most watched videos. This is where you will find the best info
I cut my husband's hair and struggle everytime to blend the top with the sides! He likes a mid fade with a longer top. Shorter than what you show here.
The shorter you go on the sides the harder it is to blend. I’m imagining his haircut and I think I’d use a one and a half guard and glide off the parietal ridge with it. Then blend up into that with shorter numbers.
Women’s hair is a bit of a weakness for me unfortunately Marvin, I don’t have enough experience to give good advice on it. A uniform layer is probably the most basic cut you could give a women. Where every hair is the exact same length. But not every woman would want that.
Video was dope, I can tell you are very knowledgeable within the craft however, the choice of clipper I can say I’d veer from. I’m not entirely sure if it is an overseas company now supplying in the US but where I am from those just don’t stack up against any other machine on the market. My brother had a few suprent clippers sent to him by the company to test out and they weren’t the greatest. I say this as I happen to be a barber myself and I was not pleased after coming in contact with yet another copy/paste clipper prototype. They’re far too reminiscent of already existing products that have already been established by other brands with what I feel is a fraction of the functionality. After providing concerns and constructive criticism as well as aspects we felt enhanced the clippers, the company ultimately dropped communication. Sucks but it is what it is. Hope they can make something of their name in the near future however for the time being, you have a lot better of options to go for and I would avoid this brand as I personally feel they have some serious work to do.
Truth be told I use a variety of clippers. This is suprents best clipper so far in my opinion. In the past they were mainly domestic clippers. I do like to see other companies coming in and trying to do something in the market as it is dominated by a few major players who also regurgitate the same thing in a slightly different colour every year.
Best barber for everyday haircuts I've seen on here. So many fade merchants. Love your work msten
I appreciate that! Thanks so much

Fantastic. Your videos are always helpful and packed full of top-rate advice. Keep them coming, Michael.
Thanks Dave, I really appreciate that man. I’ve got an overwhelming amount of video I’m working through just now so there’s plenty more to come

I use that technique quite a lot, let me know how you get on with it.
Hey man! Finishing barber school next month, still have a LOT to learn! your videos have been such a valuable resource and helped me and my classmates so much. Thanks for being such an inspiring, knowledgeable, well-spoken and cool guy! Cheers from Minneapolis MN

Glad you like them! Thank you 😊
Your content saved my ass yesterday!!!! Much thanks to you !! You are a great educator!

Yes I can. I will do in future videos.
You started your taper on the left straight across and on the right more of an angle. That’s why it’s higher on one side. Still a damn good cut.
Супер урок, мастер, Спасибо тебе 👍👍👍🙏
Nice haircut, love your work
Thank you so much 😀
Informative ❤
When would you use vertical sections vs horizontal sections to connect the sides to the top? What is the difference between the two or are they essentially the same thing because in theory you will cross check?
Good question. If the hair is too long I would have to use vertical sections. Scissors over comb without tension is difficult if the hair is too long

De nada querido Amigo, saludos cordiales desde Cipolletti Provincia de Río Negro Sur Argentino
What guard number did you use in the beginning of the video ? Thank you
I think it was a #3
Legend ❤
I have the hardest time tapering 😫 I think I have a mental block.
Do these videos help at all? Are you using a clipper with a lever? And a taper blade or a fade blade?
@@theoneminutebarber I am going to use this video and start practicing on my son... You're explanation is very good btw 😊
