I do ultrasound and have a 2 year old that always wants to be carried on my left hip. I can't tell you how much pain my right shoulder has had. I had a deep tissue massage 2 weeks ago and everything has slowly been retightening until yesterday when it got bad again. This actually helped a lot! Im hoping between strengthening and doing this each day I can stay comfortable. I think I need something specific to the scalenes as well, but it got most of my pain! Btw ive had an MRI and everything trying to get to the bottom of the severe shoulder pain.
These stretches are very useful, especially doing each routine by 1 minute if it is possible! It is simple and easy to follow too. Thank you for sharing these valuable stretches with clear instructions!
I have muscle tightness on my right neck & upper right shoulder (levator scapulae) & right rhomboid for 3 yrs. Great exercises which are suitable for my ailment. Kindly do your exercises also to side angle so I could see that I’m doing each exercises correctly. Kudos for teaching us the right way to relieve us of our body pains. Many thanks.
as I did my second rotation of the second stretch i felt something "shift" in my shoulder and i threw up felt super spinny but when i felt better my pinched nerve of the last 6months is gone... or at least extremly relieved 😂 im freaking crying right now thank you so much Dr, ❤❤❤
