Attempting to do this for a while as a teen who has no time for the gym: Additional info: I gain and lose fat/muscle quite easily so my experience won't reflect that of everyone else, not to mention I move quite often since I live in a country of psychopaths that enjoy the effects of gravity. +I enjoy pain so I always do burpees at the end. Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔ Literally dying when it comes to my arms and legs, though I dont feel much around my stomach. Tips maybe..?? Day 3: ✔ Hurt my shoulder a bit but stretching helped, doing this checklist thing helping me continue this fr Day 4: ❌ The snow killed me (got home very late) Day 5: ❌ Snow literally killed me (got sick) Day 6: ❌ Helped my friend move all day so that was enough of a workout for me Day 7: ✔ The gods tried to strike me down but im back. It's more difficult than before but I already see some progress. My thighs are less plump and my arms are starting to shape up as well.

Im intrested in the bootcamp im just curious what kind of home weights equipment do we need 😀😀so i can purchase everything you do i need hun and tells us what you drink before your working out on daily baises to go about it please hun your amazing and after what your eating 😀😀 to get an idea and so i can have an idea i guess lol im so bad would you also reccomend doing this i work at a loboring job with boxes 📦 and its always alot of waiking lifting do it part time im just thinking how i should eat and go about it if i should do this daily 30 mins everyday what do you think i should do hun please and thankyou your the best and i just need to loose a little bit of belly fat inhave a decent butt but i want to get it bigger im just thinkinh how i should do it i do waik a lot and my legss need to get a little bit more toned with a lot of waiking its just im just thinking to not over work myself unless i need to drink 2 protein shakes more so that im good ughh im lost 😢

Do water fast for 7 days if your in a plateaue then do workout as well as work management.. It'll workm
