    Get Strong! No Weights Strength Training at Home | Joanna Soh
    No equipment! Using just your bodyweight we are going to strengthen and tone your lower body, upper body and ab muscles, as well as get your heart rate up. This workout is designed for beginners consisting of fundamental movements to have a strong foundation to build upon. Movements are low impact and a steady pace. If you are not a beginner, you can still do this workout and add volume by using weights or increase the intensity by working at a quicker pace.
    Interval: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest.
    Circuit: Repeat each circuit twice.
    Duration: 30 minutes
    Estimated Calories Burned: 220 - 300 Calories

    LOWER BODY
    1) Alternate Heel Lift Wide Squat
    2) Curtsy Lunge to Side Leg Raise
    3) Reverse Lunge to Cross Crunch
    UPPER BODY
    1) Up-Down Plank with Arm Raise

    When you begin workout by day 1 its common that you couldn't do it for more than 5 min, but don't stop there take your time and be consistent..it takes 1-2 weeks for body to get into this routine..just trust your body, don't push too much..because Joanna also do really hard work for years to reach here..so just do it every day regularly, and one day you will do full 30 min workout without break..its my experience 😊👍👍

    Joanna has a rich experience with workouts especially for ladies. Ladies at the gym always say things like " I don't wanna jump. I just want a workout that will help me burn calories without jumping" .Joanna does it very well. Her pace and rythm are just perfect.

      yes , i don't hate jumping but whenever I do workouts involving jumping ,my period cycle gets really bad

      @@Madrasluv depends on the person having the period, sometimes it increases the pressure on the uterus when the person working out has a period that time. some women dont have period pains tho

      @@chittithalli8367 actually I'm suffering from pcos from years now .
      I just study about it and by doing home workout and by going gluten & dairy free diet I drop this much weight.
      I also go for 45 min walk in evening too
      And yes I do have turmeric+ginger+black pepper Tea at night .
      That's it 🔥

      Joanna Soh cares about the people who watch her video. She always talks about maintaining proper posture and breathing techniques. Choles' work out is effective but if you are an amateur and start following her, you might end up getting hurt. I have tried both their workouts. Based on personal experience, Joanna is the best. Her intention is to actually help you become healthier and it shows on her videos.

    After doing this my entire body went limp and every part of me is burning. Actually my arms are trembling as I'm typing this which means it's already taking effect. Will definitely keep this up for the foreseeable future.

      "love-hate" relationship is the perfect way to describe it. The moment I finish with them, I decide that they're the best workout, but the moment I have to do them again, I'm just internally groaning.

    Guys guys guys ! I saw alot of comments about ppl not being able to complete this AND ITS OK ur body is not used to it yet and it will get used to it soon if u workout regularly(it's not important to do it everyday atleast yet so do like 3x a week or smth) ull do it one day so dw keep going

    I really love your workouts, Joannah! ive done this particular one five to 10 times and its stuck as my workout routine for the strenght category. Though I cant quite do them all the way through.     I only did a little bit of the up and down plank as well as the push ups because I’m not so strong upper body but I hope that will change the more I do this. Doing this Tuesday and Thursday’s ❤️ I didn’t finish the last set of abs as well but i still feel really good. Thank you! I will be sure to continue doing this ✨

    Thanks so much for your videos! I was advised to do strength training near the beginning of my weight loss journey to help build muscle mass and boost my metabolism but I find gyms very intimidating and don't have the money for work out equipment.     I'm really amazed that Joanna can talk and instruct the right and wrong forms during this entire hard workout while I'm like almost drowning in sweat sea LOL !! Joanna,you're the best !!     Today its my 3rd session seem bit harder but I can’ quit till I match tune with J Soha. You are the Best J Soh, best part She alwaz have killer smile on her face ☺️. In 30min following her really sweat a lot,same I feel when I run 5-7km. Thanks a lot for sharing .

    Thank you Joanna and God bless you. I have done dozen HIIT and cardio from UA-cam trainers. Joanna gives the best instructions by far. Her workout are easy to follow yet challenging at the same time. She shows the correct form and posture and doesn't overkill on unnecessary enthusiasm.

I know that I explain a lot in my videos, but I feel that it's extremely important for all of you to perform the right posture, because most times we think we're doing it right, but little tips and cues can make a big difference, and it helps with your results. 💪

    Please do make a video on how to properly engage and tighten our core and how to brace and breathe simultaneously for ab exercises. Really struggling with this one! :(

    I have been doing this workout three times a week with Joannah’s guidance for a few months. Thank you Joannah for the videos and the results I am seeing. What would you recommend for a problematic shoulder as sometimes the push ups and plank up and down agitate my shoulders? I’m hoping I can continue to train while my shoulder recovers. Thank you!
