A quick question.. do you find the on-screen captions useful?
It takes me a lot of time to write them and time them with the video, so I just want to check whether people find them worthwhile.
(The process is to automatically convert the audio to text, break it into sentences, correct all the mistakes and missing parts, translate where required, add each line to the video and match the timing).
Waste of time. Just put some graphics on places you've been to. Alot of people has been asking fort his
Useful naman sya. pero kung nauubos oras mo okay lang naman kahit wala, malinaw naman yung boses mo sa mic mo.
We can clearly understand what you're saying, your voice is loud and clear. I think there's no need to put screen captions.
not necessary but very useful. i sometimes like to watch without audio and its very useful to just read.
No need for captions unless you want foreigners to understand how notoriously hard-headed Filipinos are.
Seeing these morons being ticketed is stress-relieving. I really hope LTO would triple their fines.
mayors of metro manila council decides how much fines should mmda charge for illegal parking. because the mayors won't win in the next election if they increase it.
Agreed. In their perspective, even a 1000 peso fine is worth paying if they only get caught illegal parking once or twice a month. They should raise it to 5,000 minimum. Watch the streets clear themselves.
That's the thing that a lot of people forget.. they demand "consideration" but they're not considerate of other people on the road.
That's why people find pleasure in operations like this, because they've been wronged so many times by similar drivers, and they finally see the law catching up.
the scratching of the head is the origin of KAMOT-E
"Maybe his head is harder than the ground..." 😄 Yes! And you meet them quite often. Thank you GA.💙
Absolutely true and agree. Wear your helmet, kamote riders! Park into your garage!
man it feels good to see these cars getting towed, i live around the area and these cars are a nuisance when walking around. thank you!
I hope they'll really adjust and find a proper place to park the cars. I actually heard one guy complaining about the "government" being too strict.
But really this is a basic consideration people should have, BEFORE buying a vehicle.
If other people are suffering because of where you're parking the car or motorcycle, then it's not fair, right or proper.
It's such a relief to see those kamote riders having their motorcycles towed. 😇
Much better to have it impounded before they get into an accident with another motorist or pedestrian.
Typically, motorists that cannot show a license, will give nothing but a "sorry" and scratch of the head when they hurt someone or damage another vehicle.
You are right. People are so hard-headed that they don't need helmet when driving.
Also, repeat offenders should have more severe punishments.
I mean being apprehended for the same reasons again and again only means that they never learn or mocking the law.
"His head is harder than the ground" HAHAHAHHA i wish i can meet u guys specially sir bong
"Maybe he thinks his head is harder than the ground."
only nokia 3310 is harder than the ground
NO to one-side-parking, YES to off-street parking! No parking garage, no car.
@GadgetAddict, thank you for giving us information... Thank you for your service to us especially to MMDA.
More power and God bless!
Thanks for the support :)
This video confirms once a kamote, always a kamote.
Do like Singapore and do mandatory scrapage on vehicles older than 10 years and issue a limited number of “certificate of entitlements” that include the need for a designated parking spot.
Marami iiyak 😅😅
"MAHIRAP KAMI" CARD
"CHR HELP, ABUSE OF AUTHORITY!" CARD
"MGA KURAKOT NAMAN NASA GOBYERNO NA BINOTO NG MGA PULANGAW, KAYA OKAY LANG WALANG DISIPLINA" CARD
"KAHAPON HINDI NAMAN KAYO NANGHUHULI DITO, BAKIT NGAYON KAYO NNAGHUHULI" CARD
.... AND MANY MORE....
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
And that will effectively cripple the country. Unlike Singapore, the Philippines very simply does not have the infrastructure to transport people. We barely even have trains. Furthermore, that 10 year old max thingy will effectively put ALOT of cars off the road and unfortunately that includes private transportation, public transportation and even GOVERNMENT transportation. LOL
Do like Singapore and have a highly reliable public transport system first, and eventually people wouldn’t mind the mandatory scrappage for older vehicles. More people might not even bother buying their own private cars.
@@Kyle-kc8cwWhen money is spread so thin from a leader who's a Housekeeper till 2016... How can you? 25% of registered income tax payers in PH with a low efficiency to collect.... Singapore 41%
Instead of infrastructure and borrowing more, the Philippines social welfare helping families who anak pa more with wlang pera is more of an intergenerational expense to the country as a whole than moving the country forward being more modern and efficient.
As a regular customer MMDA must’ve earned a fortune from him!
Rain or shine, MMDA doing road clearing!
Kudos Col. Nebrija and team!
Salamat Po !!!
I enjoy watching your videos! Keep up the good work MMDA ✅
I love the narration type like a NatGeo series... "Ooohhh a motorcycle driver, riding without his helmet in his natural habitat, let's see what he'll do next.. Aaaaahhh scratch to his head, it was subtle and with such grace, if you look closely, it was beautiful... and with that, You know he doesn't have a license.. " 😂
"Oh, that scratching of the head! That normally means no license." 😂 On-point observation lol
" I guess he think his head is harder than the ground " 😂😂😂
Absolutely right! When one is so hard headed, for sure, his head is waay harder than the ground :)
I admire the patience of these MMDA personel.. in explaining the never ending violation to the same violators. Make the penalty 10 times and see who has the thickest wallet. Until it hurts the wallet nothing will change.
Curious on the white car on 0:36, was that damage on the bumper caused by the tow bar?
His Head is harder than the ground lol 😂😂😂😂
Good job on exposing these kind of people in the Philippines.
Keep up the videos GA. I will be returning to Fairview in Quezon City in the Fall and I know it will the same as when I left. It is good to see some enforcement in other barangays. The thing I hate most is disrespect for pedestrians and bicyclists, oh yeah, and the dog poop everywhere.
I hope you'll be able to notice some kind of improvement. But let's see.. you're probably right, unfortunately.
Good work gadget addict, Col Nebrias and MMDA Team!
Jaaaaaan laaaang akoooo gang member apprehended! Ubusin nyo mga yan!
1st time heard you humming 👍
DIYAN LANG AKO GANG is the future HAMPAS ULO SA KALSADA GANG
Tow-mana 😂 Now I know why they bring the vehicles there.😂
Bago bantay, most of the inner roads in that area looks the same, people there feel very enntitled and kept using both sidewalks as theyre very own private garage. Good job MMDA
Kudos to the barangay for doing what's right. Others barangay's don't give an f about illegal parking.
Dyan lang ako GANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😁😅🤣😂😜
What legal case in court you can file if a vehicle obstruction on your driveway caused a DOA of an emergency patient?
Ganyan sa marikina, 2way street ngiging 1way. Wla pkialam local gov.
Si kuya na nka pink na motor, kung nakasuot helmet mo malamang pinalagpas ka pa sana hahahaha
0:33 -- Yes, his head was hard indeed. . . that's what you call "hard-headed".
Hi! Is it possible that this can be done in Bacoor, Cavite as well? If not, who should I contact? Barangay is no use.
Tama yan. Dagdag na revenue sa gobyerno, bawas pa kamote sa kalsada.
How do you report if someone committed a traffic violation in regards with their lights (especially taillights) on the spot?
I guess you could report it through the LTO Citisend app.
I'm not sure whether they'd act on it.
Thats what you call SUKI..
MMDA should give him a discount for his 2nd aprehention.😄😄😄
Goodjob Team MMDA for clearing the streets and road in NCR, Keep up the good work😊😊😊👍👍👍. For the motorist once you broke the rules or law you will face the consequences
Here on Guijo Street, Project 3, there are a lot of parked old cars on the right side. One tenant told me they're never goinh to take out their car on the parking spot just across our driveway because there are cars parked forever on the right side. Sheesh. Just because they don't have a driveway for 2 cars. Sadly.
Some one-side parking ordinances are written much better than others.
I've seen some that specifically prohibit parking across from a garage, because it can make it difficult or impossible to get in and out of the garage.
And then others require that a vehicle must be in a working condition and actually in daily use.
If only every one-side parking ordinance could be updated to deal with this kind of nonsense and abusive behavior.
@@GadgetAddict The car parked is in working condition. But not in daily use. They use a pickup truck like a Nissan Patrol of some sort instead of the gray car parked in front of our driveway. It usually is a lot better and easier to maneuver going into our driveway if it wasn't parked there. There's even a yellow line indicating a parking space. Unfortunately, our Barangay here does not give a damn about illegally parked cars or tricycles on the left side of the road.
@@GadgetAddict Thank you for your reply, sir. And I definitely agree with your comment.
There's also cars here in Quezon City Mindanao Ave. There's too many cars parked on the sidewalk and we get forced to be on the bikelane which is very dangerous because the road is also a busy road that many cars goes by pretty fast and scary. It's by the car dealership thingy but they sell multiple brands. Also multiple cars parking literally on the no parking sign by the church. And sometimes cars from that "dealership" is parked at the bikelane which forces pedestrians to be outside of the road too. Please fix them
Parking spaces should be A REQUIREMENT for registration or acquisition of any vehicle. Simple.
Some law makers have made proposals like that.
But with the recent flip-flop towards supporting cities turning their roads and sidewalks into paid parking, I'm not sure if such a bill would get enough support to pass.
san po ito?
Tigas ng ulo, kaya matapang walang helmet.. Kasing tigas ng bakal, kahit sagasaan ng truck solid yan
satisfied customer!❤
Usually your suki gets a discount.
But this guy got an increase.
Second apprehension for 'no helmet' is P3000
We really need to start punching holes onto driver's licenses, and if you get 7 holes (or whatever number they come up with) you're license is suspended for 1 year until you can renew again. If you do this for 3 straight years, your license is suspended for 5 years or so. We need to start taking away these privileges, as this would help reduce drivers and traffic on the road.
They'll just drive without license after that. As bad as it sound, i think they need to have an accident for them to learn in a hard way, lose a limb or two. That's the reality for this hard headed persons.
@EZoneProduction then make the case/fine for driving without a license worth 20k. If you can't pay out, you go to jail. That should teach them a lesson.
"Diyan lang ako" + 1000 penalty
Please come to Brgy. Socorro, 14th Avenue, 15th Avenue and Main Avenue. Many cars are illegally parked here, also a lot of obstructions on the sidewalks.
The jan lang ako gang😂😂😂😂😂
That black civic.. My dream car is being towed away.. lol
Put him in jail for repeat violation.
0:52 dapat jan ginugupit na lisensya eh.
Great videos 👍🏾
Here in Canada, even if i'm going to a bit near places like gas stations and convenience stores, I ALWAYS PUT MY SEATBELTS ON because it is the law and for safety also. Same as the helmet, kahit malapit lang or diyan lang, magsuot pa rin ng helmet.
Same in the Philippine, people just doesn't care here.
Tired of watching these stubborn adults, tsk! Then pag tiniketan mangangatwiran pa, kala mo talaga Sila pa argrabyado. Kaya Di umaasenso ng Todo Ang Pilipinas dahil sa mga taong to 😒😒
penalty is not harsh enough..charge them at least 10K every ticket/violation...In the US, you wouldn't dare to violate traffic laws because penalty is huge! and then you need to attend traffic school and in very serious violations like DUI, atuomatic revocation of license and you need to do community service...if you don't agree with the violation, you don;t argue with the trafic enforcer, you contest/argue with the court.
How do you stay dry when filming? Or at least not get completely drenched. Are you wearing a rain coat or just use an umbrella?
I'm using an umbrella and rain coat.
But I'm having to put my gear into a dehumidifier every day, because it still gets really wet.
The next video is going to have some blurry parts unfortunately, because the camera got too wet.
@@GadgetAddictcouldn't you just get a GoPro and have it in a weatherproof jacket (even though GoPros are already weatherproof)
how I wish our barangay does the same thing and coordinate clearing of our streets.. here, they announce to the residents that a clearing will be done so the street-parked vehicles are moved in advance
That was the problem that the MMDA used to have, when coordinating with the Barangay.
They would inform residents to move their vehicles just before the operation started, and to put them back after.
The whole point of issuing tickets is to deter people from parking in the same place again.
If you help them avoid the operation, nothing will improve 🤦♂️
That's why they don't tell the barangay the exact date of the operation anymore.
The Barangay still have the option of working with their residents to fix the illegal parking problems before the operation.
Some shops Put plants on the side of the road so that people Can see their Stores and Also people put plants on the side of the road to tell Drivers that there is a Pothole or a Hanging wire or They are Fixing The Road
Yeah sometimes. But a lot of the time, the plants, bollards, tires, wooden struts etc are unfortunately really placed to reserve parking spaces.
@@GadgetAddict You are Right They mostly use it to reserve Parking
Rules for thee but not for me. But when an accident happen because of their carelessness they blame the government 😂😂😂.

Mr gadget, tell the mmda,to put redline, instead of white line,so that no one will park.but if they still park, then doubled their penalties..bout the stores at the sidewalks, non of the barangays will do the work the tell to remove it,coz they will loss the votes of those people's who doing all this kinds of works.😅.by the way ,great videos you've uploads, rain or shines..😊tc
"Save our tradition", di pa rin maghehelmet yan next time.
Under the single ticketing system, the 2nd violation for 'no helmet' is P3000.
So if both his tickets has 'no helmet' and 'dress code (slippers)' then his penalties will be a total of P5700.
P1500 + 500
P3000 + 700
@@GadgetAddict"MAHIRAP AKO" CARD, ACTIVATED! 😂😂😂😂😂
Dyan lang ako gang 😂😂
That repeat offender is an Alumni of DILAG 🤣
That 20th ave is always a mess. Sometimes big trucks park there aside from taxi's. The side walk there smells like urine too. Those drivers use the big walls there as a toilet.
"Maybe he thinks his head is harder than the ground". Yes it is
that logo MMDA you can get it in recto for only 50-100 pesos only and 90% of the houses in Metro Manila/ NCR has no car park.
These violators simply don't care. 😠
Lack of discipline thats why, with or without enforcer we should follow the law 😢
That's why I don't understand the kamotes that call the enforcers crocodiles, instead of admitting they're blatantly breaking the rules of the road.
It's like the kamotes somehow have this broken logic of always defending the wrong.
I even saw a guy reply to a comment about riders blocking multiple lanes of the highway, under the footbridge, while it's raining...
He said something like "come on man, you're a rider too, you should defend them even if what they're doing is wrong"
That's really their mindset, that even if what they're doing is wrong, they need to defend it and pretend it's okay 🤦
"Dyan lang ako" -No Helmet
SUKI!
Keep at it. That is the only way, in time, maybe they will learn. I think about 4-6 generations.
Most of the people have cars but no garage space.
fine should be P 20,000 up and re education on traffic rules from the beginning before being cleared, let us see if anyone will violate.
DYAN LANG AKO!!! 🤣🤣
I think it would be appropriate if the MMDA would impound those vehicles for several months or depending on the severity, total disregard traffic laws and recommend to suspend or revoke the license of the driver that would surely make them think twice before committing a violation. Cause they simply pay the penalty get back the vehicle and violates again and again without a worry in their mind that they will just pay easily the fine.
your title is funny asf haha
jan jan lang ako gang
Grabe ung unang nahuli sana all na sya wala na tuloy motor hahaha
*Dito lang ako* 😂
These guys has a lot of money. Sana all.
Always remember, if a rider is not wearing a helmet, then there is nothing to protect. 👌
Exactly! 👍
Dito lang ako...should be a rap song so that it can relate more to the masses.😅
Please go to our place also
Caa Las piñas city. Side walk and street are blocked by the cars. Please please please.....
Revoked the license then again kahit wala na license mag momotor pa din yan ahaha
We have the DILAG and the BRITNEY group in the Philippines
So why arent people like this put in prison or confiscation of his vehicles?
I have couple of suggestions, 1st offense ticket, 2nd offense 1 month suspension of license for the same violation, 3rd offense 1 year suspension of license for the same violation and 4th offense removal of license for 5 years.
The second apprehension for 'no helmet' does increase from P1500 to P3000.
So that's something at least 🤷
@@GadgetAddict Nice hear that. Still they are not that scared to do it again. A suspension of license is still a harder pill to swallow than paying a 30000 fine.
actually that barangay traffic enforcer is the one telling them to park illegally.. the car owner just need to pay the enforcer the parking fee.. in our place the barangay enforcer makes profit on parking fee
yes dadalhin sya " TOWMANA"
public vehicles should undergo C.I. before issuing their franchise
Hopefully the LTO would increase the penalty on these violations so that these violators would think twice of violating the law.
The only way to stop this is heavy fines and they should be higher each incident and at some point, say fourth infraction the owner's license suspended or revoked for a period of time. That's how they do it in the U.S. I lost my license for a couple of years because of being stupid. Also, the vehicles could be taken and then auctioned. All these wonderful ways to raise money for the various jurisdictions.
It’s illegal to wear helmet in the Philippines plus license are optional ,insurance not known or you can ignore it 😊
