@@RevereOverland don’t flip out like EVERYONE else. But i just ordered a gladiator rubicon diesel. The fuel mileage is killing me lately. Yes the new tundra would be amazing with crawl and locker and no leaf springs but I’m going to the dark side for a bit. Decked is heavy and wasted space on the sides. I would make my own and wait for rsi smart cap or alucab to make a topper.
Firstly, the work you and the team have put into this is amazing. Could you share more insights into the issues you had with the stove slide design? I'm thinking of purchasing your plans, and would like to set it up as a mobile kitchen. I was considering putting a stove slide under the fridge slide; acknowledging that it this would make it more difficult to get food out of the fridge. Also, adding some type of sink setup and a retractable cutting board/prep-space.
This looks great! What size and weight fridges are supported on the slide? I have a Dometic CFX 65w - will that fit and will the weight be supported with the tilt feature?
The slides are rated to 250lbs. The plans are designed for fridges with a base up to 24"x16.6", but the CFX 65W is about 29"x18". Obviously it can be adapted to work though!

Chris, with all due respect, I have 20 years of building experience in fine woodworking with all types of handcut and machine cut joints as well as an engineering degree. While there are definitely better joints than a butt joint, in this situation a butt joint is more than enough and will last a lifetime. An end grain screw into baltic birch is a very strong joint.
That is a good looking drawer system!
I feel like you're a little biased...
Really looks good. Both vehicles
You do excellent work!
The tilting feature is a nice touch - really incredible how it handles all that weight. Great video 👍
Very nice drawer systems. It does help to have a friend who is a master carpenter/craftsman. Love the tilting drawer for the frig.
coming from the decked system in my tundra and hating the wasted space this is the way to go for what we do.
I’ve been trying to decide between DIY and Decked for the Tundra. The good thing about Decked is that it’s weather proof!

Nice Video... it's amazing how much a drawer system helps with organization! Nice Craftsmanship!
It really does! It's one of the first things going in my next vehicle!

Please share link for raptor paint. Sorry I didn’t see parts list
You guys rock! I'll be buying plans soon
Interesting that you did away with the slide for the stove. On my XJ Cherokee build, it's my most used and convenient feature.
I wish I was a bit better when it comes to building things. I would love to have a drawer system for my 2005 WK.
Super nice! Any plans for a 4Runner that could be used as a sleeping platform? I’d love the longer version.
Not at the moment, but it wouldn't be too hard to do. We'll be working on seat deletes at some point, so it would go well with that.
Plans purchased. Really looking forward to this build!
Keep us updated! Do you have an Instagram we can follow the progress on?
Nice drawer system! It's a bummer you don't have a 3rd gen available on your website. Would any of the others work?
Are you using 3/4 plywood on the dravers? If yes why?
Cool build but how is the whole thing secure to the truck
how do i go about purchasing these plans from you? Link in description does not seem to work.
Thank you!
Do you have plans for Toyota fortuner 2022 model, thanks
I think this is cool but dobinson sells these made out of aluminum if I’m correct for far cheaper. What makes these better?
and how to reach our DC on a 4runner ?
It would have been so nice to have a kitted out shop to build my rig in. Lol. Nice set up. 👍
It really helps having his workshop! He has a vehicle lift too. I'm pretty jealous.
I don't see the plans available anymore? I have a JKU
Does the insulation help with the noise?
Very nice 👌🏽👍🏽. What kind of paint u use ?! How do u mount the refrig?
Nice work! 👍🏻👍🏻
I was thinking about building a drawer system for my 4Runner for our summer 2022 road trip from Quebec to California, this is helping inspire me!
Does this work if the 4Runner has the slide out shelf in the rear?
Do you have the old plan version with the drawer systen for the stove?
thimking about the same actually
Hey mate how can I get ahold of this drawing I’m in Australia
Beautiful!
Do you have kits for an LX570?
Rob, where is this company located?
Good work, I like the revised model, what does it weigh?
A lot. I'd guess a couple of hundred pounds.
Does this system have the ability to strap the fridge down both front and rear?
Yes
What about a 4th gen Toyota 4 runner?

Minute 2 why did you cross your arms when cutting, not safe. But nice job !
So can you get the 2nd version for the 4Runner? Very nice work.
Yes, the 2nd one I showed is the revised version and is what the 4Runner plans and parts will look like
CFX3 55 work with this kit? And what are the drawer slides weight limit ? Thank you

Brilliant. Too bad I don't live in your country, or I will pay you to build mine!
What is the final weight of the drawer system without anything stored, or stacked on it?
About 200 lbs
@@RevereOverland That's not horrible. It' s about the same as adding another adult male to the vehicle.
Nice craftsmanship. How much does the setup weigh?
I'd guess around 200lbs. They're not light!
I think fridge should be removable so you can use flat surface.
Great build! How much does this weigh?
I'd guess around 200lbs. It's heavy!
Got anything for the 4th Gen 4runner
Not yet, but Wes will probably work on something soon. Is the back a similar size to the 5th gen?
@@RevereOverland it's very similar... could you work off measurements if I send you mine?

DO IT
That's some good work there!!
Great build, but definable not DIY. Lol..That drawer system is really nice.
This looks nice but those butt joints aren't going to be very strong. Dados or similar would have been a better option.
I just checked my mileage log and I've done 24k tracked miles since the drawers were installed, with a big chunk of that being rough unpaved roads!
