I like this Nissan Maxima, but the only thing that keeps me from buying one of this is the CVT Transmission. If Nissan would ditch the CVT on the Maxime just like they did in the Pathfinder, they would be selling a lot more cars and I would buy one. The Infinity Q50 is a perfect example of what a Nissan Maxima should be.

My friend who owns a Maxima 2016, this CVT shut down at 87000 Kms!! Why don't you google this issue and get informed in the Nissan Forum how many peoples had the same problem with the CVT? Nissan have this problem for a long long time and not only on Maxima, all their models. And you know what, Nissan does not give a damn about their reputation, and they are responsible for giving a bad name to Nissan, they lost a lot of customers. What kind of company is Nissan that did not resolve these CVT problems for many years? Nothing wrong with the CVT right loool

Nissan also knows that almost no one who buys their cars care what type of transmission the car has. Majority of the people who talk shit about these Nissan CVTs are people who aren’t even in the market for these cars and are just shouting things they heard on the internet that they’ve never even said themselves.
I don't like Nissans, they lack technology. They don't add LED's to their cars, there outdated interior wise, no sunroof or glass roof these things are about 45k

There's no problem with the cvt and they arnt having any problem selling them.
