I own this car. AWD is not available. I would have preferred a traditional automatic, but the CVT is very smooth. This car also has a good balance between ride and handling. On the negative, this car depreciates quickly. I saved about $10K buying one with 5K miles on it. I love the car, but I would avoid buying brand new. I would have taken an Avalon or a TLX over the Maxima if I was willing to spend new car money. However you can get a great deal on a used one due to the heavy depreciation, especially in the SV trim.

I hate Nissan cars due to their unreliability and cvts. I did rented a maxima and it is really fun to drive. Has to be my favorite car from Nissan.

Jesus Christ this was one of the worst reviews to watch.. for one car is called Maxima.. not maximum and Nissan Maxima does not come in all wheel drive or rear wheel drive their old front wheel drive.. The only Nissan sedan that’s all wheel drive now it’s going to be the Altima smh

Sadly, I believe the 2021 Maxima might be the final model year, at least as a gasoline model. There's been rumors that Nissan may discontinue it due to poor sales. There's also been rumors that an all new EV vehicle might replace it.
