Day 1 : Done Day 2 : Done Day 3 : Done Day 4 : Done This is awesome! I have been doing it since 4 days and though no changes in my weight, my body got toned. My stomach got a bit flat and my collarbones are more visible. Will sure try my best to complete this 7 day challenge. Day 5: Done (I am so sweaty. Also, I lost about 0.5 kg weight) Day 6 : Had to take a break as I was running low on energy and was very sore Day 7 : Done So overall this is amazing as I saw some changes in my upper arms and tummy area. Also lost 0.5 kgs. Losing weight is very hard for me hence the weight loss is very much appreciated. I have decided to continue this for another week. Day 8: Done Day 9 : Done (It still has not gotten any easier for me but I enjoy doing this) Day 10 : Done Day 11 : Done (I am tired!! but I will try and continue...Fighting!! By the way lost another 0.5 kgs so total 1 kg and My tummy and upper arms are getting toned day by day. So Happy!!) So I got diarrhoea and was on bed rest. I am feeling so weak and drained but started again today. Day 12: done To be honest it feels like I am starting from day 1.

But if we talk about this excercise, I did it for a month, it just stopped showing any changes in my body after initial toning. So I added walking. But not much improvement. I guess I have to double up the effort as soon as I regain my health.

Heeyyy. So I wanna let everyone know that this excercise will seriously make you tone and you ll cut all the extra fat in your body. So, when I just started this workout I was 82 And now after 7 months I am 59. And that's really unbelievable. Coz loosing this much weight wasn't expected. But this excercise and some proper diet do wonders to your body.

This burns 244 calories in the first 30 minutes. I hate when some video slow it down for last 10 minutes as it loses intensity and is recorded on my Fitbit as a different exercise and not part of the same one I was doing. So I just move along to a new one. I love how Mira got them all to smile eventually. Cheer up ladies! Make Working out fun again lol
