I have been a Greddy huge fan. And I cannot believe the cost of these catback, welds are great and the sound is probably the best of all catbacks for type R. Great!

Same here, im buying a used one today but one of the first things im doing is fixing the tips at a muffler shop
Love my GReddy SP on my FK8. Just keep in mind, if you ever get a 3” front pipe then you need to swap to the GReddy 3” forward midpipe. Its around $220 from places like Two Step Performance.
And I run mine with a PLM catless downpipe and RV6 3” front pipe.
I actually sold this exhaust and went with the 27won catback . I’ll be making a video soon on that one ! Thanks for watching boss !

Not bad. Doesn’t seem too loud when your just driving, but when you give it some beans it wakes up.
Might look into this sense it’s a lot cheaper.

Great video! Any drone now that you have had it for a while? Im trying to decide between this and the AWE. Always loved Greddy SP products and I feel like their build quality is far more superior than the AWE.
Not really drone but you do hear it . I like the awe but I don’t like slip joint exhaust.. kinda the cheap way out from a manufacturer prospective
@@thebackroadgarage completely agree with you about the slip joints. They did it as a cost cutting measure. Also who knows how well the clamps will hold up over time. I feel like they will be the first to rust.
On the other hand, you do get a full 3in exhaust from the front pipe back.
When you got it did you need a Tune of any kind or is it just bolt in and Go? Also, can you use it in your stock downpipes?

This was just the cat back . No front pipe . However would sound really similar with the front pipe . Adding a downpipe would add more volume
