Thank you for those workouts! I was working out and lost 20 pounds, but then my feet, ankles and knees started hurting. I went to the doctor and he told me that I have issues with how my joints are built and that it would be best if I stopped workouts that involved jumping/squating. So those are perfect! They are still pretty intense but no pain. Awesome.
Knee friendly is also apartment friendly. Plus no equipment required. No excuses with this one. Also like that it’s not too long. Can squeeze this into a busy day. And I LOVE the format. There isn’t unnecessary waffling on. Straight into the workout. Timers so you know how long to go. Thanks for making it easier for us to get fit.

I had plateaued with my weight loss and integrated this workout into my routine. I can only do it 3 times a week, but after a month’s time, I lost 3lbs. I’ve got arthritis in my hips and feet, and this workout was not an issue and had no flares.
This is my second time doing this workout for this week. I was able to get to Round number 3- Table top bridges. The single arm pushup is very challenging. I looking forward to mastering it by the end of this month.

Love your videos. But this one is one of my faves. Love the setup with the floor exercises grouped together. The length is perfect. I combine sereval of your videos together (warmup, workout, core and strecthing) create a playlist and go for it. I switch out my combination weekly. I'm not sure if I'll go back to the gym when they reopen. You have made me a lover of video workouts. Thanks.
starting week 2 with 2 days on, 1 day off and I'm thankful to find a regimen that actually works! I'm able to do two days in a row yet that third day tends to be a stretch. right now my main goal is consistency. thanks so much so this workout with workout schedule!

So happy I have found this workout! It's great to find one that doesn't include lunges or squats but also donkey kicks and fire hydrant as those moves are so painful on my injured knee!

My elliptical has kicked the bucket so I'm so happy to find the knee friendly workouts. I'm currently on knee gel going through the insurance motions to get a knee replacement. The better shape I can be in for surgery the better!

I'll update every day🔥 DAY1:it sure was sweaty but I didn't get out of breath DAY2: damn why did it become harder Day 14: Ok so i did it for 3weeks regularly and I'm sorry for not updating. To be very honest, there isn't much change. Yeah I do feel less exhausted now but I only lost 0.5-0.7kgs and trust me when I say I have a healthy diet. I expected it to be more effective tho. But like they say... It varies from person to person. It's a fun workout tho. Definitely give it a try! Might work for you :)

I've been doing a 28-Day challenge with another UA-camr, but I always substitute this particular workout in when I need to do a full body workout for 20 minutes. A lot of these challenges have FAR too many squats and lunges and my poor knees can only take those in small doses. I still want to give it my all when I'm doing these exercises. Thank you so much for this and your entire list of knee friendly exercises. You're making this whole exercise thing even more doable. Perhaps when I'm a bit stronger, I'll be able to handle these crazy squats. Until then...I'll have this video on repeat. ^.^

I love these type of workouts. I have downstair neighbors and always look for these type of workouts that have no jumps, but give a great burn!
