@@319studiosllc yup makes a heck of a difference but you have to replace the thermal paste and if flat the thermal pads also not just the ssd. I use it as a backwards capability machine it's amazing struggles on the newer games tho 😁
I just paid 40 bucks for one. My pops needed a 4K blu ray player for his collection. I prefer Sony as personal preference but PS4 can’t even play 4K blu ray’s.
Yeah I payed recently 65 eur for an all digital 1tb with a mint condition controller as I moved overseas and my series x stayed home, it runs great for what I want to play online casually with friends.
I built myself a pc with a xeon 10 core / 20 threads cpu with a gtx 970 and 8 gigs of ddr4 ram it can play any game from 2023 and below at medium to high at 1080p with decent frame rates atleast 30+ fps all for 90 euros so if you manage to find a xbox one s for under that price id recommended you get that instead
I’m trading in my series x for money to get some b.s and because I truly can’t see the difference after owning all the Xbox’s and still having an Xbox one S just
@@DeeYo-rb1nt Unless you're building a 6700 xt/3070 computer build or better, I wouldn't do that. If you don't see a difference it has to be the monitor you're using. I seen a drastic difference between my Xbox one S vs my Series X. I'm running 1440p easily while the One S struggled to render 1080p, but in the end it's really your decision. I played call of duty I don’t remember which game it was on ps5 before and ended up with a one s after. Played on it last night and don’t notice too much of a difference in responsiveness . Was playing titanfall 2 and it feels very smooth at least on my end
@@suprxmefire9497 yeah for most fps games, titanfall and call of duty is ok but not for some story based games such as tomb raider or assassin’s creed , it depends on what kind of games you play
"X BOX THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY"
😁
replaced the thermal paste and upgraded the hdd with an ssd it's whisper quiet and ice cool while playing! great machine for sure
Thinking about doing this… big difference?

@arturoehr why all digital tho?
@Kiwi_2k24 personally I don't care about the disc drive and it was cheaper

One S is still great !
it's digital only tho
@Kiwi_2k24 there is a version that is only digital but there is also a version that has a disc drive

Got the Series X for $350.00 new on sale. Huge difference, but even the Series X is now aging.
Series X is aging wonderfully. Outperforms my RTX 3060ti at 1440/4k all day long. For $350 you are golden!

i retired mine today. Cod black ops 1 and 2 had fps drops lmao
After I played PS5, I can’t tolerate 30FPS now😢. Guess it’s time for one s to retire.
