I love John, Josh and TD so much. I’ve been watching for these newly found videos for days now and I made my I. Ground super soil pot on the 1st in preparation for my plants next month 😊
I have implemented several of the techniques I have learned from you Super Seth. I did avocado tech, and it worked. I just went and grabbed clearance rack avocados from walmart, sliced em in 1/2 covered the meat with coffee grounds ,and ground eggshells and the worms came 😂 John Has 3 Cannabis Angels, Who Give their Best And Honest Knowledge to Us Normies for Likes, This Needs to be acknowledged, with a yuge THANK YOU. 💖🙏🙏🙏 🍁👊🏻👨🌾💖
There is a LOT of purchased items in that home made organic compost. I keep mine to a simple minimum of 4 or 5 things that I can produce myself without purchasing anything. I live on an all organic off grid farm in the middle of nowhere and my plants are monsters.
I use tea, and organic pre mixed from Organically Done. Not super expensive and I don't need to think as much. I have 6/7ft wide plants :) I also only use 1/3 cup a month lol idk of this guy will need fertilizer for years!
John I love this video. You both are too cool uniting in the garden in this series. Its wonderful to see two people connect through likeminded passion and persistence…through time and space
I really appreciate and enjoy your time and effort that you have done but like you and everyone else that I've 💯 watching for the past 3 years and there's no one who truly shows what ph that your soils that everyone has mixed up and truly to me it's truly meant 💖 and as far drainage ph and no one's ever gone over the most important thing
Looking good bro was nice of Ole Ribbster to shout you out good dude 👍🏻 hey just a tip that heavy defoliation begin of flower sometimes strain depending will result in the lowers be small since the leaf energy was stripped I’ve tried both ways strip and not and most times not usually gives me better buds growth selective defoliation is key thnx for the content like ribbs saykng content is getting scarce
And trust me yes the PH MEANS SO MUCH TO your plants life than what it gets credit for its life thru it's growing and alot of people truly don't want to explain the truth and yes there's a lot of people who truly don't ph and ppm and they do well and there's some people that to worry about the ppm and ph
Most of those amendments are not going to break down in nearly enough time for those plants to flower. This is more of prep for next year… in my opinion.
Can I ask For top dressing, I was planning on using EWC, that Coast of Maine food you have, some Bud/bloom dry amendment (also from COM) and some Biochar That is a pretty good mix, right? I am waiting until my 30 day mark which is June 17
Kids, do not add all the nutrients together like this. Never gonna be evenly spread throughout. Plus you’re adding all the NPK, micro and macro nutes and making your own compost, all together ? Excessive .
There a reason the cannibis plants all look like canopy trees and not like normal hemp plants? Are they pruned in a way that does that, or are they a certain kind of plants that grow like that? I've seen many growing videos and have seen many 100s of plants... but I don't see very many that are that large and that shape. They look more like other kinds of plants than they look like most cannabis plants.
Man this end of season has been messed up for me and my ladies only did 2 this year outside and it’s been down pouring for the past week and blew my girls right over went out and my 8’ purple Thai ladies were leaning all the way over hate when this happens with it being so humid in my area still I have to do some magic to not get bud rot nothing sucks more then a big awesome run and have it all get fucked by bud rot can’t get my big greenhouse soon enough going with grow domes 40’ers in a year or so I use the same stuff this dude does for big pots only way to grow outdoors indoors I do the same just do things different for space reasons quicker flip and training
Easiest cheapest shit homemade if possible worm castings kelp meal and malted barley is all you really need but neem cake Karanja cake are a great addition and hold nitrogen into the soil plus neem will keep bad soil bugs out
How come whenever I have worms break things down, they ONLY poop out clay? Their worm castings are clay and nothing, but clay. Other people's worm castings look like nice, organic soil.
You started off nice and cheap using natural what you have ingrediants, and then got expensive with all the "supplements". Somehow we got to stay frugal and organic or its more a hobby than self sufficiency. I love all your videos and share them always, but stick to using what we have.
Pretty sure most of that stuff is redundant if you're already adding good worm castings, etc.. But I guess it's fine if you're just using up leftover stuff except it's not like those products are going to lose much if any of their nutrient value over time especially if they're dry.
So what are we supposed to learn from this? All I see is someone ruining what started as reasonably good amended soil with a bunch of random products without any sort of reasoning behind it. Very bad advice for someone that is starting and stumbled upon this video like I just did. Although I happen to know enough to not follow this nonsense. Love the channel btw.
gad damn guys you just gave away thousands of years worth of wisdom in this video NO JOKE so naturall..nice work boys EVEN EM1 LOLOL no way in the western world uses that stuff but us LOL
Tell me you don't know the difference between Indica and Sativa without telling me you don't know the difference between them. Not to be rude, but his guy doesn't really know much of what he is talking about.

The Coast of Maine products are great. Especially the lobster, fish meal, clam shell mix.
John has a huge heart 🫡
Bless his soul

loll
There is a LOT of purchased items in that home made organic compost. I keep mine to a simple minimum of 4 or 5 things that I can produce myself without purchasing anything. I live on an all organic off grid farm in the middle of nowhere and my plants are monsters.
I agree I grow home-grown cannabis and use half of those products and I have a vegetable garden
I use tea, and organic pre mixed from Organically Done. Not super expensive and I don't need to think as much. I have 6/7ft wide plants :)
I also only use 1/3 cup a month lol idk of this guy will need fertilizer for years!
Same here mate. Keep it simple!👍
Amen ❤
I just shit on the ground, Kashi, and local placenta
Johns face when mixing the ingredients ahah 😂 It's like taking a ton of vitamins.
Greetings from Europe and thank you for sharing your knowledge about plants and more❤❤
John I love this video. You both are too cool uniting in the garden in this series. Its wonderful to see two people connect through likeminded passion and persistence…through time and space
I live in Colombia so I just made my own build a flower. it got hot, glad I made it a couple weeks in advance. Also had to make my own Craft Blend.
I'm missing TD right about now.
First of all i love you man. Your a God send and a incredible human being. Is Josh going to drop a vermichow......cuz I'd buy that.
I really appreciate and enjoy your time and effort that you have done but like you and everyone else that I've 💯 watching for the past 3 years and there's no one who truly shows what ph that your soils that everyone has mixed up and truly to me it's truly meant 💖 and as far drainage ph and no one's ever gone over the most important thing

this is a well thought out dank recipe. Really diverse

Great episode.. Thanks guys!
Thanks for sharing. Great video.
Awesome awesome
Great info 😊
Awesome video
You wouldn't believe how many leaves are fine to take off until you procrastinate pruning😂

Great vid man keep it going
Mine are in flower as well , not that large because root area but yeah , amazing
Thanks for sharing
Most of those amendments are not going to break down in nearly enough time for those plants to flower. This is more of prep for next year… in my opinion.
A cement mixer would be a good idea. And a drop in the bucket $$$ for this.
Can I ask
For top dressing,
I was planning on using EWC, that Coast of Maine food you have, some Bud/bloom dry amendment (also from COM) and some Biochar
That is a pretty good mix, right?

Kids, do not add all the nutrients together like this. Never gonna be evenly spread throughout. Plus you’re adding all the NPK, micro and macro nutes and making your own compost, all together ? Excessive .
Step 1. Buy the entire discount rak
2. Mix
Amazing

Not enough perlite. I stand by rainbow mix guano. Good video
I boil yellow clover and pumpkin blossoms chaga then enjoy
cool garden

You make it sound tasty!
Easiest cheapest shit homemade if possible worm castings kelp meal and malted barley is all you really need but neem cake Karanja cake are a great addition and hold nitrogen into the soil plus neem will keep bad soil bugs out
Will yall ever get into electroculterd organic grows ?

its okay if you gave a double digit iq dude
Pretty sure most of that stuff is redundant if you're already adding good worm castings, etc.. But I guess it's fine if you're just using up leftover stuff except it's not like those products are going to lose much if any of their nutrient value over time especially if they're dry.
Wouldn't be a good to add worms into the soil so they can continue pooping in the container?
💯 I have a half wine barrel garden (10 half’s) loaded with worms. Introduced them early on and they’ve reproduced to a big population 🤙🏼
You top dress an entire grow shop
The only thing that I would do differently is not to add smaller perlite for more air thru the dirt using the right size #4 perlite
Jack Olaine of the plant world
U don’t know what ur doing man ! Just put it all in there .😂
You should have said " oh my gourd" when you picked up that pumpkin.
Used cement mixer would come in handy 😂
I don't think he put enough ingredients 😂.
just like my grandma when had to make dinner for us grandsons - a meat roll with everything-that-was-into-the-fridge stuffing 😂😂😂
Just here to see what he add different
Concrete mixer would be ideal
❤
@13:31 so true
Might as well call it the kitchen sink.
Get a concrete mixer to blend all of your ingredients together.
👍💪💪💪💪💪
Not a perlite fan. I prefer pumice if u can find it at your local rock guy
Kinda too hot soil 😭😂but is never actually is ✌️❤️💪
But I would add more rice hulls and buckwheat halls than I would perlite
Wow, is that a thousand dollar top dressing? Bro must be lacking some children. Think it's worth it? Baller level for sure.
lol that’s the mix .
Where td grow?????
I put it in my soil when i did it just chopped
So what are we supposed to learn from this?

exactly! im so glad john called it out when he asked if his methodology was "cleaning out the garage" when mixing ingredients.
They are marigolds and he used them as trap plants
gad damn guys you just gave away thousands of years worth of wisdom in this video NO JOKE so naturall..nice work boys EVEN EM1 LOLOL no way in the western world uses that stuff but us LOL
11:20 please guys don't dump perlite like that, its powder is dangerous to breathe! Perlite has to be wetted before, or at least wear a mask
Giant food processor..
Delta 9thc 😅
I say great but not new
Tell me you don't know the difference between Indica and Sativa without telling me you don't know the difference between them. Not to be rude, but his guy doesn't really know much of what he is talking about.
4 sure👍
All that $$$ spent, just go buy the weed 😂
Seth just buying repetitive products and adding them in thinking he’s adding diversity
